Now reading: Chapter 548 - 159: The Baldness Curse and Mental Shadows3 from Hogwarts: Bloodline Legend, a Fantasy novel by The moonlight is so beautiful..

The next mont.

Miss Beaver clutched her forehead and fell to the ground. She had clearly hit the boundary of the mory illusion, right on a wall inside the orphanage.

"I did warn you."

Ian reluctantly helped Hermione up.

"You did it on purpose!"

Hermione couldn’t hold back anymore and began to wail loudly.

"..."

To be honest.

Hermione’s bumping into the wall wasn’t Ian doing it deliberately. His mory illusion magic wasn’t as good as Dumbledore’s, so there was definitely an invisible boundary.

"You crybabies are really sothing else." Ian waved his magic wand, canceling his magic, and he and the sobbing Hermione returned to the corridor of the orphanage.

"I’ll give you a book, don’t cry."

Ian pulled out a genuine Lockhart book from his money bag. He still had quite a few, although most Lockhart books had been turned into toilet paper.

Honestly, the toilet paper in the Wizarding World is quite disappointing to him.

"What book? A magic book?"

Maybe for other kids, candy would cheer them up, but Hermione was an exception. She was instantly captivated by the trashy book Ian offered.

"Magical "

The title alone made Hermione feel like she was seeing a fantastical world.

"You still have to lift the curse for !"

Hermione clung tightly to the book Ian handed over.

"Didn’t you say you would find a way yourself?"

Ian blinked.

"Of course I can!"

Hermione, who always wanted to be strong, imdiately responded, even though she was still worried about being bald. But recalling how Ian brought out the desk earlier and then took it back, she dared not make that choice.

"Alright then, but you can’t tell once you accept the gift."

Ian chuckled as he playfully manipulated the eleven-year-old girl in front of him—just as he expected, Mr. Granger appeared, and Hermione didn’t ntion what had just happened.

When Mr. Granger asked about her eyes, she simply said it was sand, at least keeping the promise, although gnawing on tables might be the one thing Hermione couldn’t comply with.

"If possible, I hope that Mr. Prince could recomnd my daughter to your school. You can ask for any reward."

Mr. Granger seed to have guessed a lot. It’s clear why he would make a large donation. As he spoke, he seed to inadvertently show Ian his donation receipt, which was a clever move.

"See, your dad is much more generous than you." Ian first said to Hermione. Seeing her look up to heaven, ignoring him, he turned to Mr. Granger.

"If you could, within your community, help look out for families willing to adopt children, I hope you’d assist my brothers and sisters a bit." Ian knew it’s better to teach people how to fish than to just give them fish, understanding that finding good hos for the orphanage kids was worth more than donations.

"Of course, no problem!"

Mr. Granger agreed imdiately, reaching out to pat the Little Wizard’s head, "You’re truly a wise child; it seems Lady Yelena was right."

Ian was naturally pleased to receive this praise.

"And there’ll be no problems with Hogwarts. Miss Granger will soon receive an admission letter, and I’ll definitely have her back at school."

"Maybe you don’t know...I am, actually, a school bully." Ian’s promise ant sothing, and he lowered his voice, looked around, and introduced himself to Mr. Granger with a quiet tone, fearing that Mr. Granger might not understand his self-proclaid status as Hogwarts ruler.

"I truly express my gratitude." Facing Ian’s "confession," Mr. Granger seed unsurprised, perhaps having already "keenly perceived" this point.

Before leaving with a more worried Hermione, Mr. Granger warmly waved to Ian and gently nudged his daughter to say goodbye to Ian.

Unwilling Miss Beaver felt a bit indignant inside.

"I will definitely find a way to break the bald curse! I can and will!"

Maybe she saw Ian’s book as a magic learning to, tightly holding "Magical " with both hands as she left the orphanage with Mr. Granger.

Perhaps, at that mont, Miss Hermione Granger Xu still hadn’t realized that her worry about the "bald curse" might beco her life’s smallest psychological shadow.

The shadow of ntor His Majesty Prince Ian.

Had just begun to shroud this girl not yet even in the Wizarding World. Indeed, this shadow would surely push her fate toward a more glorious height.

Whether it’s a blessing or curse...only future Hermione who carves her own epitaph would know.
