The enormous werewolf let out a terrifying roar as he leaped down from above, lunging at the woman who had fallen on the street.

The woman scread in terror, her legs too weak to get up, while the werewolf’s sharp claws aid directly at her beautiful face.

Just at the critical mont, a massive figure charged over, delivering a punch that sent the werewolf flying!

The woman stared blankly at the figure standing before her, her eyes widened in shock, breath coming in rapid gasps, lips trembling with speechless fright.

"Run! Rosrta, run!"

Hagrid shouted loudly.

Rosrta seed to wake from a nightmare, quickly coming to her senses, as she got up and fled, lifting her skirt.

"Here! Co here!"

From the nearby Honeydukes shop, the shop owner Ambrose Frum had the door half open, waving vigorously to Rosrta.

Rosrta darted over swiftly, Frum grabbing her arm and pulling her inside, imdiately locking the door afterward.

Rosrta fell to the ground, panting with fear, as a cold hand lifted her up. Looking up, she saw it was Frum’s wife.

She was trembling with fear but still handed Rosrta a piece of chocolate, comforting her, "It’s alright now, you’re safe..."

Inside the shop were two wizards visiting from out of town, who happened to be near Honeydukes when the attack happened, and quickly took refuge.

At this mont, they asked in panic, "Why are there werewolves here? Does Hogsade Village have werewolves?"

— Yes, why are there werewolves?

This was also the question in Rosrta and the Frum couple’s minds. They couldn’t bother to explain to the two outsiders but were pressed against the window nervously, watching the situation outside.

The werewolf, who had been thrown out, smashed a few barrels and was already scrambling up from the ground. His eyes were bloodshot, and long saliva dangled from his sharp fangs. His front paw bore fresh bloodstains.

The werewolf growled deeply from his throat, circling slowly with eyes fixed on the man standing at the center of the street, his sharp claws leaving long scratches on the cobblestone pavent.

Hagrid had his fists clenched tightly, while several wounds on his right arm were bleeding.

Yet he ignored them, only taking deep breaths as the werewolf suddenly lunged for his throat. Hagrid let out a beast-like roar, grabbing the werewolf by the neck and smashing him to the ground!

The werewolf, however, was not willing to concede, as though his throat was being choked preventing him from biting, his limbs swung powerfully, leaving a dozen scars on the half-blood giant within seconds.

Hagrid cried out with a "Ow", instinctively picking up the werewolf and smashing him on the ground once again, causing the werewolf to let out a whimper like a puppy, his tail drooping.

Realizing who was in front of him, Hagrid inadvertently loosened his grip a little, and the werewolf rolled free of his hands instantly!

Hagrid imdiately clenched his fists, preparing for another attack by the werewolf, but the werewolf leapt onto the roof beside him and ran away without looking back.

Hagrid stood bewildered for a mont, then quickly reacted, his face changing, and he hurriedly chased after, shouting, "Stop! Stop right there!"

The werewolf, afraid of him, certainly wouldn’t stop. He leapt over the Literary Bureau Quill Store, landing on the nearby alley and fleeing along the street.

Two red-haired young boys peeked out sneakily from behind the wall, glancing around; after confirming no one was nearby, they confidently jumped out.

"Strange, why isn’t there anyone on the street?" Fred said.

"Maybe everyone’s asleep?" George guessed absentmindedly, then said, "Let’s hurry, the Three Broomsticks must still be open; I can’t wait to have a drink."

"And stock up on so Burping Candy and Dungbombs..." Fred said, "It’s a pity we have class tomorrow, otherwise we could stay out tonight..."

"Hey, how about we create a candy that allows skipping classes? Like Burping Candy but with more severe symptoms, forcing the professor to send us to the infirmary."

"Great idea! It might even turn into a profitable venture!"

Fred agreed.

Actually, ever since Flow Mirror started selling well, the Weasley twins weren’t short on money, but their long-standing habits made them fond of saving.

For them, watching the piggy bank being filled little by little was joy second only to successfully pulling off pranks.

"Ahhhhh——"

As if from very close by, suddenly ca a piercing scream that made their scalp tingle.

The Weasley Twins froze for a mont, then imdiately jumped to the wall, drawing out their magic wands.

"Looks like sothing’s happened, Fred."

"No wonder there aren’t many people today, turns out we’ve stumbled onto a big commotion."

Fred licked his lips, fear mixed with a little excitent, as they cautiously moved towards the direction of the scream, sticking to the wall shadows.

A woman in a small floral butterfly-edged dress dashed past on the street in panic, her high heels tossed away, running barefoot swiftly across the ground.

"Madam Puddifoot?" George recognized the woman who owned a popular tea house among couples in the village.

Soon, another figure rolled over like a ball, tumbling to the roadside bench, stopping there, yet still holding up a magic wand and shouting loudly, "Co on! You beast!"

"Professor Kettleburn!" George was even more surprised to find another familiar face.

At the end of the street, a werewolf crashed through the window of Madam Puddifoot’s tea house, shook his head, then charged directly at Professor Kettleburn.

Fred and George didn’t hesitate at all, nor did they consult one another; they instinctively dashed out from hiding, one lifting the elderly man with half a leg, the other flung a few Impedinta Curses at the werewolf.

Having participated in several practices at Umbrella House, the Weasley twins’ Impedinta Curse proficiency was quite good, but the werewolf was only hindered for less than two seconds before charging forward again.

"Speedy Imprisonnt!"

Ropes appeared out of thin air, wrapping around the werewolf, instantly torn apart by him.

"Jelly-Legs Jinx!"

The werewolf staggered briefly, then pursued again.

"Behind , kids! Let handle this beast!"

Professor Kettleburn shouted while waving his remaining arm.

George ignored him, bearing the professor and sprinting wildly, as Fred rembered what Harry had said about his experience, changing his wand’s aim to the ground and shouting loudly, "Glisseo!"

The street suddenly beca slippery; the werewolf, who had already charged up, slid a few ters away.

Professor Kettleburn, seeing this, imdiately followed with another Glisseo, sending the werewolf gliding a significant distance.

Just in ti, Hagrid arrived, grabbing the werewolf’s tail, causing the werewolf to let out a strange whimper, his body going limp.

Iron-like hands imdiately pressed against his neck.
