After a simple night’s rest, Kael and Cedric resud their search for Dentors, or rather, this would be their main task for quite so ti.

Though Fudge thought this kind of thing could entirely be handled by more professional Aurors, he did not oppose Kael’s insistence.

As for Kael’s idea of using a bounty system to involve more wizards in hunting Dentors, it was rejected.

Of course, Fudge also wanted to solve the Dentor problem quickly; even when he last t with the Muggle Pri Minister, the latter stressed the matter.

Kael’s thod was certainly effective, but it required a large sum of money.

Since You-Know-Who’s resurgence, he had been receiving applications for Galleons almost every day, leaving no excess funds.

This was also why he agreed to let Kael deal with the Dentors; under such circumstances, having even one more person was beneficial.

...

On the other side, upon leaving the Ministry of Magic, Kael didn’t rush to seek Dentors. Instead, he first went to No. 12 Grimmauld Place.

"Kael? Dear, what brings you here," said Mrs. Weasley, who answered the door, warmly. "Have you had breakfast? Would you like so sandwiches?"

"I’ll have two," Kael said with a smile.

"I can give you more if you need," Mrs. Weasley said as she led Kael to the kitchen and brought him a large plate of corned beef sandwiches.

"Where are Fred and George?" Kael asked as he ate the sandwich.

"They didn’t co back yesterday," Mrs. Weasley said, "The shop is crowded, and they have to keep making those Dentor-Repelling Necklaces... How about you, why are you here today, are you on vacation?"

"Of course not," Kael said as he picked up the second sandwich, "I ca here to see if Professor Dumbledore is around."

"Dumbledore?" Mrs. Weasley said, "He hasn’t been here since he dropped Harry off."

"I see..." Kael felt a bit disappointed.

"Are you looking for Dumbledore for sothing?"

"I wanted to ask him if he has any Gubraithian Fire," Kael said, shoving the second corned beef sandwich into his mouth and finishing a cup of pumpkin juice.

Upon learning that Dumbledore wasn’t present, Kael prepared to leave.

But at that mont, Sirius and Lupin walked in from outside.

They looked extrely exhausted, as if they hadn’t slept for days.

"Those werewolves are really dangerous..." Sirius complained, "Remus, if you ask , there’s no way they would side with us, you should just save your effort."

"No, there have been so gains," Lupin said, "At least we’ve managed to ally with more than twenty werewolves."

"That’s because the other werewolves don’t think much of them," Sirius said.

The werewolves whom Lupin befriended either had weak physiques or had few teeth left; they had no combat strength whatsoever and were rely a waste of ti.

But Lupin disagreed.

"This is just the beginning..." he said patiently, "And recently, I’ve been in contact with a werewolf group hiding in Diagon Alley. They’ve been suppressed because they refuse to join Fenrir Greyback, and I think this is a good opportunity."

"I wouldn’t trust other werewolves like I trust you," Sirius muttered.

But he also knew he couldn’t persuade Lupin, so he chose not to press the matter further, instead looking at Kael, who had just finished his sandwich.

"Long ti no see, Kael," Sirius greeted, "I just heard you ntion you’re looking for sothing called Gubraithian Fire, what is that?"

"It’s Gubraithian Fire," Lupin corrected, "A kind of magical fla that never extinguishes, considered a top-tier Alchemy Item, extrely rare... Kael, why do you need it?"

"To deal with Dentors," Kael said truthfully, "Besides a Guardian God, magical flas are also their nesis, but constantly using the Fiendfyre Curse is really exhausting."

Upon hearing about the Fiendfyre Curse, Mrs. Weasley shuddered and couldn’t help but say, "Kael, you’re not of age yet, you shouldn’t be using such dangerous Dark Magic."

"I know," Kael said, "That’s why I want to ask Professor Dumbledore if he still has any Gubraithian Fire."

"As far as I know, there should be so," Lupin thought aloud, "Among the gifts Hagrid brought to the giants, one was Gubraithian Fire. Even Dumbledore wouldn’t have more than one of such top-tier Alchemy creations."

"What? Given to the giants?" Kael was perturbed.

He vaguely rembered, during a recent chat with Hagrid, Hagrid did ntion that before visiting the Giant Tribe, Dumbledore gave him so items as gifts, but Kael didn’t know what they were specifically, and Hagrid hadn’t said.

He couldn’t have imagined it was Gubraithian Fire.

Kael felt a pang of regret.

What a waste, such a great item given to giants; would they even know how to use it?

Kael sighed and stood up to leave.

As Lupin ntioned, even Dumbledore couldn’t possibly have a second item like this.

"Wait a minute..." Sirius suddenly spoke, "Although I don’t know if the thing is the Gubraithian Fire you’re looking for, if it’s magical flas that never extinguish, I do know where to find so."

"You do?" Kael looked at Sirius in surprise.

"Follow ," Sirius said, without further explanation, and left the room. "Hurry, the sooner we go and co back, the better—I’m really sleepy..."

Kael quickly followed him.
