The information displayed on the panel was clear and concise.
Beyond the list of spells Ian had learned, two significant changes stood out. Most notably, his Magic Power level had surged.
"My Magic Power jumped three levels in a single leap!"
Ian understood the profound impact of consuming a legendary apple.
'The Golden Apple.'
A mythical fruit celebrated in Greek mythology and countless fairy tales, it possessed the extraordinary ability to directly enhance a wizard's Magic Power!
Level 7 Magic Power!
A three-level leap!
And this was likely not the limit of the Golden Apple's power.
"Explosive Transition..."
This cryptic description on the panel hinted that the Golden Apple's enhancent could propel Ian's Magic Power even further.
The extent of this increase remained uncertain. Perhaps it will now increase his magic power by one level, perhaps two. Regardless, this was an unprecedented boon.
Most young wizards, after their initial Magic Power surge, experienced gradual increases in Mafic Power with age. Excluding the Elder Wand, a legendary artifact known to few, the wizarding world lacked thods to significantly amplify a wizard's innate Magic Power.
Even the renowned Philosopher's Stone, a potent and miraculous object, did not enhance its user's Magic Power. A wizard's innate Magic Power level essentially determines their potential.
Therefore, Ian never anticipated that the so-called Golden Apple could defy this perceived "destiny."
"No wonder it's considered a key ingredient in potions capable of reversing life and death!"
He began to understand why the Golden Apple had vanished from existence.
Even if Professor Mara hadn't felled the last Golden Apple tree, such a treasure would likely have disappeared over ti. Perhaps it truly beca extinct, or perhaps other factors contributed to its demise.
"Pandero has given an incredible gift. When I return to the 'Twilight Zone', I must prepare a suitable gift in return."
Ian felt a deep sense of gratitude towards his friend from the 'Twilight Zone'. He picked up his wand, now acutely aware of his heightened Magic Power.
"Incendi..."
Ian was about to test his newfound power when he rembered his wooden cabin and even his bed was made of wood.
Wizards in the wizarding world probably weren't well-versed in fireproof paints.
"This was really a close call!" Ian's thoughts had beco remarkably clear after consuming the Golden Apple, likely an effect of the [Wisdom Enlightennt] skill.
This unique skill, the only one he couldn't upgrade, was another gift from the Golden Apple. It fostered a state of constant rationality.
It didn't grant him extraordinary wisdom.
Instead, it allowed him to better utilize his existing knowledge, preventing him from being swayed by negative emotions in most situations and significantly improving his learning efficiency.
Perhaps it could be considered a rudintary version of [Ravenclaw's Diadem]. As a passive ability granted by the Golden Apple, this skill proved remarkably beneficial.
"Lumos!" Ian cast his most frequently used charm.
A torrent of Magic Power surged into the wand, igniting a brilliant light at its tip. The light expanded rapidly, illuminating the entire cabin in an instant.
The light was dazzling and it was far more intense than the light that previously illuminated only a single room.
"No! I need to test a more powerful spell!"
Overwheld by this trendous improvent, Ian's heart pounded. In the middle of the night, clad only in his underpants, he slipped out of bed, donned his homade flip-flops, and rushed outside the cabin.
The night was still and a profound silence reigned under the starry sky.
Ian gripped his wand and pointed it towards the open ground.
"Incendio!"
This was the only offensive spell he currently mastered.
As he channeled his magic, a burst of roaring flas erupted from the wand tip, surging forth like a tidal wave.
"Not enough!"
Ian felt a sense of ease. He increased the flow of Magic Power into the spell. The flas danced like a ferocious dragon, rampaging beneath the night sky.
The firelight illuminated Ian's face, his expression a mixture of excitent and fervor.
"The magic circuit limits the output of Magic Power. However, if I slightly alter the circuit's structure and add more channels for Magic Power to flow..."
With his heightened Magic Power, Ian clearly perceived that the [Incendio] spell's magic circuit had an upper limit on Magic Power output.
Driven by excitent and enthusiasm, and aided by his clear mind, Ian began carefully experinting with adding more Magic Power channels to the [Incendio] spell's magic circuit.
"The frawork of the spell must remain intact, or the Magic Power will simply collapse." After several attempts, the wand tip only emitted a few feeble bursts of fla, like sputtering fire.
Ian realized his mistake.
"Once the channel is established, the spell's frawork will inevitably be compromised. This appears to be an insurmountable problem..." Ian tried again, only to et with failure.
The bursts of fla lasted slightly longer this ti, perhaps suitable for a rudintary firework display. But this wasn't the outco he desired.
"Perhaps..."
Ian gripped his wand, his mind racing.
"I shouldn't attempt to add Magic Power channels to the existing magic circuit."
"Perhaps the most stable and fleeting opportunity arises just before the [Incendio] spell's magic circuit is fully ford!"
With this realization, Ian raised his wand again.
"Incendio!"
The magic circuit stabilized with the aid of the spell.
And as the spell was about to manifest...
"Now!"
Ian seized the fleeting opportunity he had perceived.
"Hiss!"
The flas, previously resembling a serpent, erupted with renewed vigor as if doused in gasoline. A trendous firelight erupted from the tip of the elder wood wand.
"Boom!"
It was a sound akin to an explosion!
The towering flas illuminated the entire field, surging in all directions— the scorching heat wave threatened to consu everything in its path!
"Oh no!"
Ian hadn't anticipated such terrifying power.
He panicked slightly.
The waves of fire surged and tumbled, threatening to engulf the fence, trees, and even Snape's cabin.
"I'm finished!"
Just as Ian frantically searched for a solution, perhaps summoning a horde of corpses to fetch water to extinguish the fire, a voice filled with awe resonated through the air.
"Absolutely dazzling, utterly breathtaking. This is truly..." An elderly voice, brimming with admiration, erged from the cobblestone path as a white-robed old man approached.
"A display of creativity worthy of a grand hall."
He raised his ancient wand and gave it a gentle wave.
And just like that, everything froze.
The heat, the flas, the burning earth and cabin.
Everything ca to a sudden standstill.
