Behind The Spotlight Chapter 166

Collin heard Wyatt's voice, so he turned around. He saw a 5'7" tall man grinning at him. The man was with an Asian woman, his hand on her waist, and it seed they were in a romantic relationship judging by how naturally their bodies leaned toward each other.

"Hm?"

Collin was confused because he didn't see Wyatt anywhere, so he turned around again, thinking maybe soone behind him was calling the sa na.

"Collin, it's ."

"Eh?"

Collin looked at the man next to the Asian woman, his brain trying to match the voice to the unfamiliar face.

"Excuse ?"

"It's , Wyatt."

"Huh?"

Collin was so confused. The man was definitely not Wyatt. Wyatt was chubby, not soone who looked slim and handso. The last ti Collin saw Wyatt was last year. The director went to Asia and explored many countries. He said he wanted to lose weight, but Collin never imagined the transformation would be this extre.

"You're telling that you're Wyatt?"

"Yes."

Collin looked at the man from head to toe... His eyes suddenly widened as he saw a strong resemblance in his facial appearance.

"W-Wyatt?"

"It's !"

Wyatt laughed and hugged Collin. Collin was still processing what had happened because this felt like eting an entirely different person.

"Wyatt!"

A few seconds later, Collin smiled in delight. He was happy to see that his friend was looking healthy, fit, and more energetic than he had ever seen him. Furthermore, his appearance was outstanding. He was handso as fuck. He might not be as handso as Lawrence Terrence and Tommy Yatch, but he was definitely attractive.

He could star in a movie if he wanted to.

"I didn't expect it. You changed a lot."

"Yeah, I exercised a lot." Wyatt shrugged.

"By the way, this is my fiancée, Elise Montemayor. We t in the Philippines, and she helped lose weight. She's also a nurse. She's a nice cook and her dish is delicious, especially her Filipino ho-style als."

"Hello, Collin. Wyatt told a lot about you."

"It's nice to et you, Elise." Collin smiled back. Although he was confused regarding the woman's surna. She had an Asian face but her surna sounded Latina or Spanish, depending on how you describe it. He wondered if she had a mixed heritage story.

They started having a nice conversation with occasional laughter. Collin called Wyatt every week, so he was updated on his life. He knew that Wyatt was losing weight, but he didn't expect the difference to be so shocking. He couldn't even recognize Wyatt at first glance.

A few minutes later, Axel approached them. He didn't know the people Collin was talking to, but it was alright. This party was ant to et new people. Axel had invited his friends, but from the looks of it, everyone was busy with their lives because no one attended, or so he thought.

"Axel! I miss you, buddy!"

The man approached him for a hug, and Axel found it awkward because he didn't recognize him at all, but he let the guy hug him anyway.

"I'm so happy for you, man. You're a superstar now! The Born Identity is a huge success! $673 million! My movies can't even reach that!"

Wyatt's highest-grossing movie was around $500 million, but none surpassed $600 million.

"Thank you... Although, do you mind if I ask, do I know you?"

"It's , Wyatt! Wyatt Bray!"

"Huh?" Axel raised his brow in confusion. He looked at Collin, waiting for his confirmation. The talent agent nodded and confird it.

Axel studied Wyatt's face, and his eyes slowly widened in realization.

"Holy shit!"

Because of too much shock, Axel lost his grip on his wineglass and dropped it. The glass broke and caused a scene, echoing loudly through the room. Everyone looked at Axel, making the actor flinch. He imdiately reacted by explaining what happened.

"The glass slipped out of my hands, and nothing bad happened. You guys can return to what you're doing. I apologize for the commotion."

So people shrugged, giggled, and frowned, but they all returned to what they were doing.

Axel kept his composure after making a ss. He asked for another wineglass, trying to pretend nothing happened.

The three n continued having conversations about their lives lately. Wyatt's fiancée excused herself as she knew the n wanted to talk.

"Your acting improved greatly. I watched the movie back when I was in Indonesia. Your role as Jayson Born is outstanding." Being a director, Wyatt saw that Axel was different from the past.

"I'm happy to hear that. You talked to on the phone last ti, and you said you wanted to personally talk to ? What is it about?"

Since Collin was the only one listening to their conversation and he was soone they deeply trusted, Axel and Wyatt had no problem talking about serious business.

"I'm thinking of making a sequel to Week On A Cruise Ship. I already talked to Uni-versus Pictures and they are excited about it."

"Of course they are excited. It's a potential franchise and a guaranteed cash cow."

"Indeed. Anyway, they are waiting for my business proposal."

"Have you talked to Henry?"

"Yes, he said that he's in. He doesn't have any projects next year."

Knowing that Week On A Cruise Ship was a blockbuster, Henry wouldn't say no to it. The producer wanted bigger projects for a bigger salary.

"Although I have a bit of a problem..." Wyatt scratched his head and glanced at Axel.

"Are you talking about my salary? Don't worry about it, Collin will handle that part."

"That's the part I'm scared about."

Collin laughed and patted Wyatt's shoulder. He was still not used to Wyatt's new appearance, but he had to adjust. At least his moneymaker was healthy at last and could probably run a marathon at this point.

'I'm not sure if Wyatt stopped smoking but losing weight is already a good thing.' Collin wasn't going to push his luck.

So far, out of his five clients, Axel, Wyatt, and Princess Chantal were doing great. As for Jennifer and Lawrence, they had so problems. Jennifer was still addicted to cigarettes and cussing, while Lawrence was in a tough predicant where he had to live with his stalker. So people might find it romantic, but Collin found it scary. Even if Emma Blackstone was sexy and gorgeous, Collin won't stick it in crazy. Because that was crazy.

"You don't have to worry, Wyatt. I'll make sure you and Axel will get satisfying contracts."

"Yeah, but we have to increase the production budget if that happens."

"Uni-versus Pictures will handle that issue." Collin's job was to suck as much money as possible from the production studio.

"If you say so."
