Just after midnight, Cassius imdiately checked the panel:

Almost the instant the notification appeared, an unprecedented sense of control flowed through his body.
Cassius felt not the power of bulging muscles, but that every inch of muscle fiber and joint was under his control.
He subconsciously perford a floor move similar to Breaking beside the bed:
Windmill spin!
He had learned a bit of this superficially while ssing around in the university street dance club in his past life, never succeeding.
But now his body seed to carry its own mory.
Core tightened!
Arms exerted force!
Legs swung!
Smoother spun three or four tis before stopping, squatting steadily.
Cassius looked at his hands, a bit dazed.
Fortunately, Kristen was out filming and not ho, otherwise she would definitely be shocked by Cassius's series of moves!

The tailor was still making final adjustnts to the battle suit.
Cassius moved casually in front of the large mirror in the dressing room, threw a few punches, did so high leg raises and side kicks.
Movents were ridiculously smooth!
His body carried a natural coordination and rhythmic sense.
Exerting force and retracting were just right!
Even had a dance-like beauty.
Even the tailor waiting to asure him couldn't help but take a few more looks.
Dave also arrived. Today he was finalizing the blocking for several key fight segnts with him.
"Cass, let's go through the training conflict scene with Instructor Sierra first!"
Dave held the storyboard:
"Mainly after you get beaten, you start struggling, have a flash of brilliance, use so non-standard lion dance steps or street fighting mixed moves. Needs to be natural!"
"Understood!" Cassius nodded.
The green screen site had already marked out the approximate environnt and prop positions with tape.
Dave put on the motion capture suit representing Instructor Sierra and explained the scene to Cassius:
"I do a low sweep first. You dodge too late, stumble, then I follow with a grapple. You try to break free with joint locking techniques, fail, and get thrown out by ..."
Dave started demonstrating in slow motion as he spoke.
Cassius watched.
His brain was like opening a high-speed cache. Every movent trajectory, force point, and even possible variation of Dave's moves were clearly imprinted in his mind.
When Dave signaled he could start trying, Cassius barely thought, and his body moved naturally.
Dave swept a leg over!
Cassius retreated seemingly clumsily, steps a bit ssy.
But his core was incredibly stable, dodging just the maximum force, only getting clipped a bit, stumbling extrely realistically.
Dave followed up by grappling his arm!
Cassius reacted imdiately, wrist flipping and clasping.
He didn't use standard counter-grappling, but rather a bit of improvised dexterity.
Although eventually suppressed by Dave's stronger force, the whole process was full of unexpected surprises.

He subconsciously used a "dragon twisting pillar" from lion dance steps followed by a "lazy donkey roll," a wretched but narrowly avoiding follow-up attack move.
This combination required high coordination!
Yesterday Cassius practiced many tis to barely get it smooth.
Today, as soon as Dave finished speaking, Cassius did it directly.
After being thrown out, he adjusted his body slightly in mid-air. The mont he landed, his waist and abdon exerted force, legs twisting and springing like a lion's tail. His body borrowed the montum to spin, then rolled out without pausing.
The whole action flowed in one breath!
Smoothness comparable to added special effects!
Dave's mouth dropped open: "Holy! How late did you practice privately? This muscle mory is amazing!"
Cassius climbed up from the ground, patted off the dust, smiled and said nothing!
He was particularly satisfied with the Body Language halo obtained today!
Especially thinking that this attribute was a level he could reach through hard work, his desire to level up reached a peak!

Ryan wore a motion capture suit, practicing projecting energy weapons at the air.
He occasionally glanced towards Cassius.
Seeing Cassius's seemingly comical but actually difficult continuous movents, he frowned slightly and whispered a few words to the action director beside him.
Director Martin Campbell had also arrived in the studio at so point.
Arms crossed, standing behind the monitor, watching the coordination between Cassius and Dave.
His face was expressionless, but his eyes were focused.
"Cass!"
Martin picked up the walkie-talkie, his voice spreading through the set via speakers:
"That pause after you roll on the ground and get up can be a bit longer!"
"Understood, Director!"
Cassius responded.
He did it again.
This ti thrown out, body rolling, stopping.
He lay on the ground, blinking blankly, gasping for breath twice.
Only then did Cassius seem to suddenly realize what he just did, scrambling up clumsily, eyes carrying a bit of lingering fear and small smugness.
"Perfect!"
Martin's voice carried a hint of rare satisfaction:
"That's the flavor! Maintain your body control!"
Cassius knew clearly in his heart.
His performance was 90% due to the Body Language halo.
He now felt that whatever movent his brain thought of, his body could reproduce almost perfectly, and even automatically optimize details.
He had to intensify practice while the Body Language halo was still active, so that after the halo refreshed, he could perform the movents equally effortlessly!
