Tovin kept glancing at it nervously. “Is it just , or does it look like a confused puppy made of taphysics?”
Marra smirked. “Better than a hungry void-beast.”
“I an, yeah, but if it starts drooling quantum entropy, I’m out.”
Before they could bicker further, the silhouette at the end of the Path grew clearer—humanoid, radiant, woven from every color of the spectrum. Not a person. Not a demon. Not a guardian.
But a being of threads.
Tall. Calm. Familiar.
Erian slowed. “I know that shape...”
As they drew closer, the figure’s face resolved—not flesh, but moving light—and with it ca recognition.
It was Erian.
Or rather... the Weave’s mory of him.

Tovin whispered, “Okay, either this is really symbolic... or the Weave has a favorite.”
The being spoke, its voice layered with Erian’s tone but deeper, resonating like the hum of creation itself:

Erian’s grip tightened on the Dreamfire. “Why show itself as ?”
The Speaker stepped forward, threads shifting with each movent like ripples on water.
“Because you shaped the Root.
Because you defined direction.
Because to weave the future, the Weave must speak through the one who chose it.”
Marra crossed her arms. “That sounds like a very poetic way of saying you made Erian its spokesperson.”
Tovin nodded. “Congratulations, Erian. You’re now the universe’s custor support.”
The Speaker smiled faintly—an expression made of shifting light.
“You three rewrote the foundation.
Now the Weave must decide what to do with the world beyond this realm.”
The Prism Path brightened, showing glimpses of collapsing fractures, fading shadows, threads reconnecting across ruined realms.
But also...
New disturbances.
Small, sharp, wrong.
Erian frowned. “Sothing’s resisting.”
The Speaker nodded.
“Not all threads welco change.
Not all fractures wish to heal.”
The newborn Root flinched, as if ashad.
Erian rested a hand on its shoulder. “We didn’t erase you. We’re guiding you. Others can be guided too.”
But the Speaker raised a hand.
“So cannot.
So have grown beyond fracture—into intention.”
Before them, three dark shapes appeared, flickering like corrupted reflections:
One twisted in gold—Order turned rigid.
One shuddered in violet—Balance warped into stagnation.
One burned in amber—Creation twisted into chaos.
Marra inhaled sharply. “These aren’t Hollows.”

The Speaker nodded.

The shadows stepped onto the Path, their forms solidifying.

Marra drew her twin blades.
