After the race, Qin Miao went straight back to Monaco.

After all, Monaco is right next to France, and after the French Grand Prix, it took less than an hour for Qin Miao to fly ho.

Plus, there’s not much work at the team factory that Qin Miao needs to handle. This week, Hamilton will definitely stay with the team, so anything that cos up can be handled by him.

On his way ho, Qin Miao took out his phone and chatted with Zhou Guanyu and the others in the group, and found out the specifics of why Leclerc retired from the race.

After all, there were only four people in the group, so Leclerc didn’t hide anything. He directly said that Ferrari’s car had another throttle control failure, but during the post-race interviews, so departnt heads from the team, thinking of their reputation and position, had Leclerc say it was his own operational error.

Since Leclerc’s status in Ferrari is quite stable, and he’s a thoroughly red and expert trainee from Ferrari’s youth academy as well.

He has a high standing in the hearts of Ferrari fans. If he admits to a mistake, perhaps so fans might complain a bit, but no one would criticize Leclerc severely, nor would anyone demand that Ferrari change their driver.

They would just curse a bit at soone like Bi Hai, or call soone a fool, sothing like that.

So naturally, no one would guess who the real instigator of this affair was.

Most importantly, Leclerc owed the other party a favor, and this was a way to repay it.

But seriously, if Qin Miao swapped places with Leclerc, he really couldn’t stand having to take the bla for sothing that wasn’t his fault.

He might have directly blown up with the other party, going down together!

Of course, Qin Miao is not Leclerc.

However, Qin Miao really feels now that making Binotto the team leader of Ferrari is putting him in a bit of a difficult spot.

Mr. Bi is an engine design specialist; he hasn’t worked in the various departnts of an F1 team like most team leaders to fully understand the work process and logic before assuming the position.

Mr. Bi worked as an engine design engineer for over twenty years before becoming a team leader.

Even though those two decades of experience gave him so understanding of the operations in other departnts of a team, as the saying goes, "Don’t take on tasks you aren’t equipped for." Binotto just observed; he hasn’t actually worked in those departnts.

So now Ferrari is visibly chaotic.

Whether it’s the car’s support or the tactical strategy group, plus the logistics, tire changes, and personnel managent, everything has a wild growth aesthetic.

This season, Ferrari’s engine is the only aspect that brightens people’s eyes; other areas rely make people feel that everyone in those departnts is just there for show.

And often performing operations so absurd it leaves people at Iron Buddha Temple in disbelief.

In short, Ferrari managed to suppress the external impact after Leclerc’s retirent.

While chatting in the group, Qin Miao noticed Leclerc’s location was already in Monaco. Initially, Qin Miao wanted to invite Leclerc out for so fishing on Monday to help him relax a bit.

But Leclerc declined.

Qin Miao didn’t think much about it, he simply thought Leclerc probably had other matters to handle.

But alone, going out to sea was quite a hassle, so Qin Miao stayed ho to conserve energy, preparing for the final Grand Prix before the sumr break.

In the past, Qin Miao just thought that becoming an F1 driver would be aweso, because it could bring both money and fa.

In his first season, this feeling remained unchanged for Qin Miao.

At that ti, his main focus was on getting familiar with the car, getting to know the tracks, and achieving good results on them.

Back then, Qin Miao didn’t feel much else, but now, after so many races, he just feels really tired.

This might be the downside of winning the world championship in the first year of your career, as you stand on a pinnacle that most other professionals might struggle to reach their entire life.

Having seen the view from the highest point and tasted the most delicious fruit, there’s nothing left in the arena to look forward to.

So, Qin Miao can’t avoid the feeling of declining passion for the races.

However, it’s just a decline in passion; Qin Miao still loves racing deeply and doesn’t plan to change jobs any ti soon.

Additionally, what made Qin Miao, while resting, feel imnse pressure was that Qing returned on Tuesday.

From Tuesday until Qin Miao left for Hungary, he had to "pay the public grain" at least once a day.

Now more than before, he felt accustod to it. He no longer resisted, just thinking, he’s tired, let everything end quickly.

Moreover, Qin Miao found this frequency acceptable; it didn’t place too much strain on his body.

On Thursday, Qin Miao took a morning flight to Hungary.

Since he was already familiar with the Hengelo track, Qin Miao didn’t arrive at the track early this week.
