In the morning, as Qin Miao climbed out of bed, the task alert from the system rang like his alarm clock.

[Task: Touch the Peak]

[Task Requirent: Win the championship on the Baku circuit]

[Reward: 1 Free Attribute Point, 1 Team Free Attribute Point, 1 Golden Lottery, Lottery Points equal to the points earned]

[Task: King of Baku]

[Task Requirent: Be voted the Best Driver of the race by the audience]

[Reward: Rain Combat Ability 1]

[Task: Temptation of Tires]

[Task Requirent: Achieve pole position in the qualifying race]

[Reward: Random Attribute Points 2]

...

Looking at the tasks provided by the Grand Prix system, Qin Miao raised an eyebrow with so surprise. To be honest, Qin Miao was quite interested in the rewards for these three tasks.

There’s no need to elaborate on the strength of Free Attribute Points and Team Free Attribute Points, and even an extra Golden Lottery could bring Qin Miao one step closer to accumulating a ten-in-a-row Golden Lottery.

As for the Random Attribute Points, what if luck hits his Rain Combat Ability? At that ti, the barrel effect would no longer be the biggest problem troubling Qin Miao.

On Wednesday morning, Qin Miao halved his regular physical training workload and used all his spare ti to brush up on his proficiency on the Baku circuit.

Soon, in the half-hour before lunch in the afternoon, Qin Miao crossed the finish line for the last ti and then exhaled deeply.

The system notified Qin Miao that his proficiency on the Baku circuit reached 1000, Purple Lottery 1, Purple Lottery total: 6.

After a short rest and so stretching, Qin Miao took Qing and Barber to Azerbaijan in the afternoon.

Since the circuit was still in preparation in the afternoon, Qin Miao didn’t join the commotion and spent the afternoon idling around the hotel.

After his work got on track, Qin Miao had quite a few things to keep him busy even during holidays, so having an entire afternoon off was quite rare, and he happily spent the entire afternoon playing gas at the hotel.

On Thursday, Qin Miao prepared to walk the track when the sun wasn’t too harsh in the morning.

The Baku circuit is too long, a full six kiloters, and it’s impossible to cover the circuit in an hour and a half by just walking.

Moreover, Baku has a super long straight of 2.2 kiloters, and on this straight, there’s no need to consider the track conditions.

So Qin Miao used a scooter to tour the track.

However, this thing is not very convenient to carry, and Qin Miao couldn’t possibly carry a scooter just for convenience in walking the track.

So, these things were actually brought over by the logistics departnt of the rcedes team for Qin Miao.

On the track, there were also drivers who wanted to walk the track early under the mild morning sun.

When Barber brought over Qin Miao’s scooter, he saw Kimi leaning at the track entrance, seemingly waiting for soone.

To be honest, Qin Miao had quite a favorable opinion of Kimi. He couldn’t clearly articulate why; it was simply because he felt Kimi’s laid-back nature matched his vision for his own future.

So, while waiting for the team staff to find his scooter from the rcedes’ supplies, Qin Miao moved over next to Kimi.

"Hi, Kimi."

Kimi turned his head and, seeing that it was Qin Miao greeting him, extended his hand to Qin Miao: "Good morning, Qin Miao."

Qin Miao smiled and shook his hand, and then the two embraced for a mont.

After separating, Kimi stroked his chin and suddenly said to Qin Miao, "Honestly, Qin Miao, I’m really curious about what you did in Monaco.

After the race, I watched your onboard footage in Monaco, but I couldn’t figure out how you did it."

Qin Miao was puzzled: "What are you referring to?"

"The tires, your set of soft tires lasted unusually long, and I’m not the only one who thinks so. After the race, I saw Pirelli people studying your four tires for a long ti."

Unfortunately, Qin Miao couldn’t provide an explanation for Kimi’s question, so he played dumb: "Honestly, I don’t know what the situation was at the ti. I just felt that my tires were always in good condition, so I didn’t report any problem to the team, and they didn’t call into the pits. Before I knew it, I had run that long."

Kimi was noticeably disappointed by Qin Miao’s answer. At his age, few things could pique his curiosity and a strong desire for knowledge.

But from Qin Miao’s attitude, Kimi knew it was unlikely to get a reasonable explanation for this matter.

Nevertheless, he still couldn’t help asking, "Can you send your data from that race? I’m really curious."

Without hesitation, Qin Miao imdiately took out his phone and called an engineer responsible for data at rcedes’ team ho: "Jack, are you on duty at the team right now?"

"Could you please send my Monaco Grand Prix race data to Kimi’s email?"

"No problem, I’ll explain to Toto and I’ll make sure Kimi won’t pass these data to Ferrari."

After a few exchanges, Qin Miao hung up his phone under Kimi’s sowhat stunned gaze.

"You can check your work email later today; although there’s a lot of spam, I believe you’ll find it."

A driver’s work email isn’t confidential within the paddock; many people know it.

Because so many people know, it inevitably gets leaked, so there’s a lot of spam.

Qin Miao often finds so "goodies" from young ladies in his work email; they all dress scantily and appear pitiful.

Others are more bold, but we won’t go into detail here.

Fortunately, there’s sothing called a search engine bar, so even if there’s a lot of spam, just open the engine bar, enter so keywords, and look up the date, and you’ll find the file.

However, Kimi was a bit surprised; though he and Qin Miao weren’t close, they were just ordinary colleagues who had t twice in the paddock. They’d nod and say hello, speaking no more than 20 sentences, mostly pleasantries and greetings.

Yet, despite this, Qin Miao handed over the data without a second thought.

This is essentially a driver’s private information. Kimi, speaking rely out of habit, raised his desire for the data, expecting to be given the runaround at best.

Therefore, when Kimi faced the unexpected, he was montarily speechless.

"Well, though I didn’t expect you to give the data, thanks." Kimi earnestly said after confirming Qin Miao wasn’t joking.

Qin Miao shrugged nonchalantly and said, "It’s not a big deal, and it’s Monaco’s data. These data aren’t of much reference value on other circuits. But you know, after watching the data, you should destroy it and, preferably, not have it appear on Ferrari’s eting table."

Kimi nodded repeatedly: "Of course, I know what to do."

If it were Giovinazzi, he truly couldn’t guarantee that Qin Miao’s data wouldn’t end up on Ferrari’s eting table.

After all, if Ferrari knew Giovinazzi had Qin Miao’s driving data, they’d definitely ask him for it.

And due to reasons of position and driver seat, Giovinazzi would likely hand over the data.

But Kimi was different; he was now at Alfa Roo for his retirent, earning so inco for his kid’s milk powder. Even if Ferrari knew Kimi had Qin Miao’s data and asked for it, Kimi had enough backing not to hand over the data.

On the other hand, the main reason Qin Miao dared to hand over the data was that even rcedes’ team internally called this data absurd after reviewing it.

Furthermore, Monaco circuit’s vehicle data is not applicable to other circuits since this track is too narrow, making all cars’ setups lean towards high downforce tuning.

Monaco is arguably the track with the highest requirents for grip and downforce on cars. Thus, this track’s data can only serve as a reference for other circuits and cannot be directly applied, especially as Qin Miao’s tire degradation pace seed abnormal in the eyes of other teams.
