Following a boss’s logic, P2 skills would inevitably be more powerful and effective than P1 skills.
Unless it was a life-or-death battle, from a combat power maximization standpoint, he would naturally want to enter and remain in the P2 phase as quickly and for as long as possible.
The 1,000 Life Value in P1 was a perfect buffer.
In actual combat, this amount of health was enough to allow him to actively and controllably enter P2 during a trade of blows, instantly switching his combat form and catching his opponent off guard.

More importantly, the "slowly lose Life Value" negative effect would completely disappear at max level.
