The transformation of his strength and the changes to his panel were all good things for Shen Changqing. Looking at the remaining seven hundred or so Slaughter Value, he didn’t imdiately enter the enhancent phase. Instead, he left his residence and made his way to the Demon Slaying Hall once more. There was no other reason for this; to enhance the panel, energy replenishnt was necessary.
Just as he stepped out of the door, Shen Changqing ran into Xun Qu.
"Defender Xun!"
"The commotion Elder Shen caused is no small matter!" Xun Qu’s face bore a hint of resentnt. The Scripture Pavilion being ruined was indeed a troubleso issue.
However, what truly concerned him was not the destruction of the Scripture Pavilion, but rather the reason Shen Changqing could cause such a disturbance. Rembering the scene with the rolling thunder, Xun Qu still felt a lingering fear. He had a premonition: if it had been him, he surely wouldn’t have been able to withstand the onslaught of the heavenly thunder. In contrast, Shen Changqing had endured the bombardnt for so long and yet erged completely unscathed. This point alone made Xun Qu feel inferior.
Upon hearing this, Shen Changqing’s expression remained unchanged, without a hint of embarrassnt. "At that ti, I had so insights while contemplating Martial Arts and didn’t expect it to cause such a commotion. However, I see that although the Scripture Pavilion is destroyed, the losses shouldn’t be significant. If there’s anything specific, Defender Xun, you can tell . I believe a few Silver Tael shouldn’t be a problem."
The damage to the Scripture Pavilion isn’t a major concern; money can compensate for it. I’m no longer as poor as before, so finances aren’t an issue. As for the books, only the Grandmaster Martial Arts on the fourth floor were destroyed, and there are backup copies in the Capital City. If not for that, Shen Changqing wouldn’t have been able to remain so calm and composed.
Xun Qu shook his head helplessly. "There’s no need for Elder Shen to worry about reconstructing the Scripture Pavilion. The Demon-Subduing Division can handle such matters. Shen Changqing said, "You could say I’ve gained so insights from the Five Thunder Body Casting Technique."
After a brief, casual chat, he bid farewell to Xun Qu and proceeded to the Demon Slaying Hall.
Previously, when enhancing Outer Techniques, he consud the purest form of energy, which could be replenished simply by eating. Consequently, the Elixirs he exchanged for were typically Satiety Pills, Essence Pills, and the like. Elixirs with similar effects were also available in the Mountain-Breaking City Demon-Subduing Division; although they had different nas, their effects were more or less the sa. Moreover, since these types of Elixirs were not in high demand, there was a considerable stock, and their exchange price was low.
After exchanging for a batch of Elixirs, Shen Changqing returned to his residence.

After fusing to form the Divine Heaven Golden Body, this Martial Art was vastly different from his previous ones. Firstly, while other Martial Arts were divided by layers, the Divine Heaven Golden Body was divided by ranks. A perfected Divine Heaven Golden Body had a total of ten ranks. After the initial fusion, although he was only at the first rank, it had already elevated his Flesh to a level comparable to that of a Great Grandmaster. At the tenth rank of Perfection, it was possible to break through the barriers of a Great Grandmaster and reach another realm. Shen Changqing did not yet have a thorough understanding of that realm, as there were no records of it in the Divine Heaven Golden Body technique.
However, from what he rembered, every advancent in the Divine Heaven Golden Body would invoke a heavenly thunder bombardnt. This process used the power of the thunder to temper the body and cultivate the Qi and Blood Force within the Flesh, enabling it to undergo further transformation and enhancent. This aspect was sowhat similar to the Five Thunder Body Casting Technique. Strictly speaking, however, it was many tis stronger than the Five Thunder Body Casting Technique.
Using heavenly thunder to temper the body endowed the Qi and Blood within the Flesh with the Heavenly Thunder Attribute. This made it even more fiercely yang and unyielding compared to the Qi and Blood Force of the Great Sun Golden Body. Not only that, but because of this Heavenly Thunder Attribute, both his attack and defense were stronger than those of an ordinary Great Grandmaster.
Although I am now a half-step Great Grandmaster, what I truly lack is only in the Divine Soul aspect. In other words, in terms of my Flesh, I am not at all weaker than Grandmaster Level experts. Coupled with the inherent power of the Divine Heaven Golden Body, ordinary Great Grandmasters relying solely on their physical strength may not necessarily be my opponents.
Shen Changqing had a general understanding of his own capabilities.
If, before fusing the Divine Heaven Golden Body, I could only match an ordinary mid-level Demon Evil, then after the fusion, I have a feeling I could even challenge a high-level Demon Evil. Such a transformation is qualitative, a complete change in nature!
