After staring at the blank scroll for a long ti, Shen Changqing suddenly vanished, only to reappear in less than a breath. The difference was that his hand now held a golden object radiating a powerful aura.
Demigod Phalange! This was a piece Shen Changqing had just snapped off the Ghost Saint's remains in the Demon Sealing Tower.
To write on a blank scroll, an ordinary brush simply would not suffice. Only by using the Demigod Phalange would it carry enough weight.
Imdiately after, he extended his palm. Suddenly, the intact palm split open, and a drop of blood, radiating a strong aura, floated out. Then, under Shen Changqing's control, that drop of blood gradually rged with the Demigod Phalange.
HUMMM...
The Demigod Phalange trembled, emitting an even more terrifying presence.
Shen Changqing thought to himself, The Demigod Phalange is indeed extraordinary. If any other object ca into contact with my blood, I'm afraid it would've disintegrated instantly.
After his breakthrough into the Cave Heaven Realm, his blood had beco even more fearso. Ordinary materials could not bear that kind of power.
Taking a deep breath, he held the Demigod Phalange in one hand, closed his eyes tightly, and imrsed his heart and mind into the Sea of Consciousness, silently invoking his comprehension of the Heaven and Earth Slash.
After a long while, Shen Changqing opened his eyes again. A golden light burst forth, and he moved the hand holding the Demigod Phalange toward the blank scroll in front of him.
He was not drawing, but was writing sothing. With each stroke, his understanding of the Heaven and Earth Slash flowed through the strokes and into the blank scroll.
In an instant, the scroll vibrated intensely, and the desk below it silently vanished. But strangely, although the desk had vanished, the scroll that should have been resting on it remained suspended there, as if held up by an invisible giant hand.
Blade's Hum!
A Sky-Piercing, resounding Blade's Hum!
As the brushstrokes fell, the sound echoed throughout the Demon-Subduing Division, then spread across the Capital City, such that people across thousands of miles could clearly hear the pleasant hum of the blade. No one could discern where the Blade's Hum originated.
As the final stroke was laid down, the pleasant Blade's Hum vanished, as if it had never existed. The scroll that was initially floating seed to lose its supporting force and gently fluttered downwards. But before it completely touched the ground, a hand caught it.
"It's done!"
Shen Changqing looked sowhat pale. He had not expected that, even with his current strength, fully infusing the Divine Skill Imprint would result in such a huge drain. This drain was like having battled an equally powerful adversary for ten to fifteen days.
A major part of the reason was that the grade of Heaven and Earth Slash was too high, and the insights within it were too profound.
If it had been a weaker Divine Skill, the consumption while writing wouldn't have been as great as it is now, Shen Changqing believed.
Imdiately, he shifted his gaze to the scroll in his hand. On the originally blank scroll, there was now a golden character for 'blade.' The character appeared simple, but each stroke was like steep and rugged peaks, exuding an aura that sent chills down one's spine.
Regarding this work, a look of satisfaction appeared on Shen Changqing's pale face. Using Demigod Skin as the dium, writing with the Demigod Phalange mixed with my blood, and infusing it with the tenth-level Perfection insight of the first-grade Divine Skill, this scroll has beco equivalent to a terrifying treasure. Not to ntion the preciousness of the Divine Skill within, the scroll itself might be able to suppress a Demon Saint without a problem. However, other than myself, it won't be easy for anyone else to trigger the power inside the scroll. Of course, compared to the Divine Skill inside, the scroll itself seems a bit cheap.
A first-grade Divine Skill was not sothing that ordinary treasures could compare with.
Right now, it might not be apparent because the power of the Divine Skill was completely contained. Only when soone imrsed their mind within it would they be able to perceive its profound mysteries.
