Inside the Soaring Dragon Boundary, Lu Ye set his mind at ease the mont he saw Hua Ci through the reflection that looked like the surface of the water.
Since she was around, there was no doubt he would be safe.
Initially, he was hesitating if he should stay in Soaring Dragon Boundary for a longer ti and only leave when the cultivators of Thousand Demon Ridge were gone. Now, there didn’t seem to be such a need.
As a thought flashed through his mind, the ripples before his eyes materialised.
The Ward Cultivators of Thousand Demon Ridge were studying how they could repair the broken Teleportation Ward left on the altar when the turn of events took place.
Ripples spread across the Void above the altar as if soone had dropped a stone into a still lake.
The Ward Cultivators were startled for a mont before one of them asked, “Brother Yuan, what have you done?”
The man called Brother Yuan was puzzled as well. “I’ve done nothing. I’ve only tried to directly activate the Ward without repairing it. I didn’t expect it to work.”
They were all elated. If they knew it was that easy, they wouldn’t have tried to repair it.
While they were in their thoughts, a figure suddenly erged from the ripples. All of them were dumbfounded upon seeing that.
As soon as the anomaly took place, the cultivators of Thousand Demon Ridge noticed it as well. Therefore, the mont the figure showed up, soone yelled exultantly, “Lu Yi Ye!”
Through the ripples, they could faintly see Lu Ye’s figure and the reflection of a world that was void of any vitality. It was as if the world had co to an end.
The more dexterous ones activated their Spirit Artifacts and cast their spells the mont they caught sight of Lu Ye, apparently hoping to be the first to make a move. Nonetheless, all the attacks penetrated Lu Ye’s figure but didn’t harm him one bit.
More cultivators of Thousand Demon Ridge gathered, plunging the place into chaos.
Among the crowd, Xia Liang, Tan Sheng, and the others stared intently at Lu Ye’s reflection. Despite their acute eyesight, they still couldn’t tell what the figure was. They had a feeling that the reflection wasn’t real, so it was pointless to attack it.
They had been waiting here for one month and a half. Now that the man had finally shown up, they were naturally ecstatic.
This ti, they had to make sure that Lu Ye couldn’t flee; they were determined to kill him.

A layer of green light stread out of this ek woman’s body and turned into a thick, green fog before it spread across the area.
Only a breath of ti had passed from the appearance to the proliferation of the green fog. All of them were held rapt by Lu Ye’s reflection, so they were oblivious to what Hua Ci had done.
The green fog covered a radius of hundreds of tres in an instant. At the sa ti, colourful mushrooms appeared out of nowhere from the spots where Hua Ci had stood. They quickly grew to be huge.
It was as if soone was blowing air into these mushrooms. The colourful mushrooms soon expanded and exploded, their spores sweeping across the green fog. They could continuously hear the sounds of explosions.
“What are these?” soone exclaid.
“Damn it! It’s poison!”
“Those of the Grand Sky Coalition have dropped so poison!”
“Get out of here right now!”
People were heard screaming everywhere, and the chaotic situation due to Lu Ye’s appearance was exacerbated.
They quickly flew into the sky to leave the coverage of the poisonous fog. Despite that, they felt extrely itchy as though countless bugs were squirming in their flesh. What was even more horrifying was that their Spiritual Powers had beco sluggish.
It had to be said that the cultivators of Thousand Demon Ridge could react swiftly when a turn of events took place. All of them stayed out of the fog in just three breaths of ti.
Only Xia Liang, Tan Sheng, and the others stayed in front of the altar.
It wasn’t that they were immune to poison. They couldn’t easily fend off the poisonous fog that appeared out of nowhere, and things were made worse as the strange mushrooms released spores following the explosions. The longer they stayed here, the worse their situation would be.
However, Xia Liang had seen that the anomaly took place the mont Lu Ye’s figure appeared as if he was stepping out of sowhere.
Apparently, soone among them had worked with Lu Ye to help him flee this place.
Therefore, Xia Liang was reluctant to retreat just like this. He hadn’t been able to kill Lu Ye after several attempts, so he had run out of patience.
Shrouded in the poisonous fog, he stared fixedly at the reflection and looked at Lu Ye, who seed to be in another dinsion. He initially thought the other party couldn’t see him, but much to his surprise, Lu Ye lifted his eyes and stared back at him before putting on a provocative smile.
“Dang it!” Xia Liang growled. He didn’t expect that Lu Ye could see him too.
“We should go, Brother Xia.” Tan Sheng’s face was dyed green. He had only stayed in this thick fog for ten breaths of ti, but he realised he was only left with 70 per cent of his power. If he stayed here any longer, things would only get worse. By then, he wasn’t sure if he would be killed by the poison, but he wouldn’t be able to fend off Lu Ye if the latter erged from the ripples suddenly.
As soon as he finished speaking, he took Xia Liang’s arm and shot into the sky, regardless of what the latter thought.
“Argh!” Xia Liang bellowed.
He was gripped by a great sense of resentnt. The chance was right before his eyes. He could’ve killed Lu Ye, so why did such a thing even happen? Who was the one who did all this without them knowing it?
As soon as Xia Liang and Tan Sheng left, Lu Ye took a step forward and left Soaring Dragon Boundary.
He found it a sha in his heart. Previously, he had co up with a plan that whenever he ca across danger in the future, he could hide inside the Soaring Dragon Boundary. Now, it didn’t seem to work.
That was because he discovered that there would be a bit of delay when he left Soaring Dragon Boundary. Although the process only took three to five breaths of ti, there were too many uncertainties during this period, considering that his enemies were usually powerful cultivators.
That was what happened when he left, and he had no idea what would happen if he made use of the World’s Source to enter the Soaring Dragon Boundary. He would only find out by giving it a try next ti.
The familiar aura ca right at him. He had been staying on Cloud River Battlefield for quite a while, but he had never paid much attention to the aura. However, having experienced the desolateness of Soaring Dragon Boundary, he ca to realise what a wonderful place Cloud River Battlefield was. It was full of vitality and vigour.
The reflection that looked like the surface of the water soon disappeared. Without hesitation, Lu Ye activated Windwalk and charged forward in the direction where Hua Ci was.
In that direction, Hua Ci stood silently in the thick fog. The cultivator of Thousand Demon Ridge at her feet sported a calm expression. It was as though he was sound asleep.
All of a sudden, she lifted her eyes. Although she couldn’t see anything, she could clearly feel an inconceivably strong vitality rapidly approaching her.
“Is he that powerful?” Hua Ci appeared shocked.
She might not be a dical Cultivator in the strictest sense, but as a healer, her perception of vitality was more sensitive than the other cultivators.
Even though Lu Ye already had a strong vitality the last ti he visited her at Myriad Poison Forest, his vitality was inconceivably powerful now.
Hua Ci had only seen the sa kind of vitality in Shui Yuan before. In other words, when it ca to vitality, Lu Ye, a Cloud River Realm Master, was comparable to Shui Yuan, a Divine Ocean Realm Master. There was no doubt it was an absurd thing.
If Hua Ci hadn’t confird the aura belonged to Lu Ye, she would’ve thought that soone else was charging towards her.
Unbeknownst to her, just a month ago, Lu Ye’s Source was depleted. He was so frail that he almost lost his life in Soaring Dragon Boundary.
The imnse vitality was brought to him by the Source of Soaring Dragon Boundary.
Although there was only a bit of the Source left, it was still the Source of a world, after all. Compared with an individual as such a cultivator, it was still enormous.

Hua Ci couldn’t help but spread her arms and hug the man before her eyes.
Following that, the red Spiritual Power surged behind Lu Ye and turned into a pair of wings. A complicated Glyph flickered as he was now blessed with Windwalk.
They were now surrounded by enemies. In such a perilous situation, he had a beautiful woman in his arms. As he caught a whiff of her familiar bodily fragrance, he instantly beca at ease.
He lowered his head to et eyes with her before donning a smile. “Let’s go!”
Hua Ci was startled by his smile. Before she ca to her senses, she was lugged away as they dashed forward at an incredible speed. It was a speed she had never experienced before, so she couldn’t help but yelp.
The next mont, a figure that was full of vitality darted out of the green fog. The red wings behind him fluttered and ford a trail in the thick fog.
When a cultivator of Thousand Demon Ridge saw that, he exclaid, “Lu Yi Ye!”
In Lu Ye’s direction, more than ten people stood there with solemn expressions.
Seeing that Lu Ye was charging towards them, they were ecstatic as they launched their attacks on him.
With a click, Lu Ye unsheathed his Inviolable Saber. One of his hands wrapped tightly around Hua Ci’s slender waist. He was so forceful that the woman felt as if she was about to lt into his body. He held the saber in his other hand. Like a beast that had just broken free from a cage, he was violent and fierce.
“I’ll destroy anyone who gets in my way!”
The saber slashed across the Void as a Saber Light flickered. Shrieks were heard as the cultivators of Thousand Demon Ridge, who bolted towards Lu Ye, fell to the ground like droplets of rain.
