The girl's na was Shinkata Misaki, seventeen years old, of Dongying descent, one of the seventeen individuals with supernatural abilities stationed at the base, and a full-ti operative under a long-term contract with the Abnormal Ability Managent Departnt.
Her codena was "Death's Eye", her ability stemming from her right eye hidden beneath the eye patch.
