The power of the Dinsion Space is extrely strong.

The human forms it captures are not in the sa cosmic dinsion, but so worlds are normal, so are unfinished, and so even worse worlds are like cesspools.

Duncan has now encountered an unfinished world, fortunately not a cesspool, otherwise the only option would be to find a way to blow it up and end it.

An unfinished world.

Patching it up can continue to accommodate people, but that’s the work for a True God, and there’s no doubt they are on the Demon God’s side here.

One cannot expect much from the Demon God.

They did not help during creation, and it’s good enough if they don’t add insult to injury during destruction.

"Demon Gods are probably extre egoists."

"Coincidentally."

"I can be too."

A flexible moral baseline.

You fish, I fish too.

The Juvenile Dragon returned to the Northern Ridge, unknowingly having wasted a day or two in communication with the Heister Tree. The Divine Trees were quite generous, sharing a lot of mories from the Ancient Era, maybe because they usually didn’t have anyone to talk to, a group of trees held their words for too long and suddenly chattered endlessly.

Near the Dragon’s Nest, it was very quiet.

The Dark Elf Empire probably won’t attack so soon, there might be small exploration teams, but their main forces are currently engaged in multi-front wars with Sub-dragons, humans, other elf types, undoubtedly making this era the strongest for Dark Elves.

Sothing feels off.

As Duncan flew back near the Dragon’s Nest, he noticed sothing unusual, the mark on the altar constructed by the Catman tribe changed.

In this world, ordinary altars are sowhat like Celtic faith’s sacrificial stones—just a simple pile of stones, worshiping at specific tis, usually to Ancestral Spirits and worship objects.

But now it’s different!

Duncan saw a temple, or rather, a temple that hasn’t been completed yet.

The significant difference is akin to comparing Celtic faith’s sacrificial stones, Holy Forest, Holy Sanctuary with Greek Gods’ altars, temples, Divine Halls.

The Dragon Stone Altar’s mark is an engraved dragon pattern—a Dragon Totem on the stone.

And what the Catn are doing now is sculpting a dragon statue, using this Dragon God Statue as the center, they are building a small temple, and the sacrificial fire basin is protected in the center, constantly guarded by Catman warriors to ensure the sacrificial fire inside never goes out.

"The sacrificial fire doesn’t extinguish?!"

Duncan’s expression gradually grew serious. Having dealt with Divine Spirit religions with his number one human form for so long, he naturally knew the aning behind ’the sacrificial fire doesn’t extinguish’.

This is a sign of the Primitive Religion (Pantheon belief) transitioning towards the belief in gods.

In the ancient era, humans lived in dire straits without conditions for constant worshiping, so they worshipped whenever feasible, generally on specific days with ancestors. As human civilization developed, material conditions and productivity kept pace which allowed worship at any mont, leading Primitive Religion to evolve towards belief in gods, and thus replacing crude sacrificial stones with temples.

The unextinguished sacrificial fire of the Olympian gods is a significant symbolic aning.

Below Dragon Cliff.

Dozens of Catn are transporting wood to build the temple; they aren’t short on food now, there’s plenty of fish from the last catch, but the tribe’s biggest survival issue currently is safety due to attacks by Dark Elf hunters.

The surviving Catn are focusing their full efforts on building this small temple.

Construction is happening on all sides nearby; a formidable Catman warrior is guarding the sacrificial fire, which they ignited using fish fat, allowing it to burn for a long ti.

—— Dragon Worship Sect Temple (Incomplete).

Everything has changed!

Duncan was only out for two or three days, and upon returning, finds everything different.

Dinsion Space.

In the markers on the projection page, the title of that elderly Catman Priest had undergone a significant change.

—— Catman Dragon Priest (Dragon Worship Sect) (Tribe Leader) [Three-star Gold]!

The elderly Catman Priest’s eyes were bloodshot, expressing excitent; that gaze, how should it be put, sowhat resembling when the tribe suffered devastating blows from the King of Giants.

Underneath his eyes lay deeply suppressed emotions, the life or death of the tribe is right before him, beneath those complex emotions also lurked a hint of obsession and madness.

The Catman tribe lost around twenty warriors and hunters in battle.

Severely crippled.

The initial vassal relationship established with the Giant Dragons could no longer sustain the tribe’s survival; the elderly Priest foresaw the entire tribe’s slow demise. In such situations, the Catman Priest must adopt more extre and aggressive asures to forge closer ties with Giant Dragon, to sustain the tribe’s survival and gain the power to continue thriving in the Northern Land.

Daily worship alone was no longer adequate; the Catman Priest chose the most extre approach.

—— Dragon Worship Sect!

They began worshipping the number two human form as a Divine Spirit.

—— Catman Temple Guard (Dragon Worship Sect) (Fanatic) [Three-star Silver Grey]!

The burning sacrificial fire seed to possess so kind of magical power.

A wisp or two of the magical power fell upon nearby Dragon Worship Sect followers, but most surged towards the Juvenile Dragon’s body, soon causing the mana bar to exhibit slow growth.

On the projection page, a prompt appeared.

"The Ancient Catman Tribe spontaneously ford a cult organization worshipping the number two human form [Dragon Worship Sect]!"

"The number two human form establishes a very weak faith link."

The mark of the entire Catman tribe had changed too.

—— Catman Tribe of Dragon Worship Sect.

—— Dragon Worship Sect Catman Worshippers (One-star Silver Grey).

Under the guidance of the elderly Catman Priest, this surviving tribe held rituals twice a day, morning and evening, offering almost all their best and most valuable items within the small Divine Hall.

——Catman Saintess of the Dragon Worship Sect (Dragon Worship Sect) [Two-Star Silver Gray].

Inside the Divine Hall.

Apart from the Catman Temple Guards responsible for guarding and tending the ritual fire, there was also a young female Catman with snow-white fur; she was in charge of the daily maintenance of the entire Divine Hall and assisted in tending the ritual fire. Usually, she would kneel in front of the Dragon God Statue in prayer and ditation.

She also seed to be able to cast spells, specializing in the Recovery School, possessing the ability to heal minor injuries.

However,

it seed that many in the entire Catman tribe had now learned simple Healing Spells.

Upon thinking of the captured Dark Elf executioner, Duncan imdiately switched perspectives and saw the female Dark Elf, who was tortured beyond recognition. Her body was covered in wounds of various sizes, and it seed she had endured a great deal of tornt. anwhile, the elderly Catman Priest was healing her, continuing to torture her.

While applying the torture, a special mark ’Missionary’ appeared on the elderly Catman Priest.

——"Missionary: The Catman Dragon Priest is trying to influence the faith of the Dark Elf prisoner through torture, brainwashing, and conversion, but the target’s will is extrely resolute, yielding very little success for the Dragon Priest."

(The Dragon Priest is attempting to destroy the will of the Dark Elf prisoner.)

The severe interrogation continued.

The elderly Catman Priest seed intent on squeezing out the last bit of value from the Dark Elf prisoner, using so sort of ntal technique to attempt to convert her into a follower of the Dragon Worship Sect after breaking her will.

But this process was destined to be extrely long and could possibly never succeed.

"It seems that the survival pressure made them develop a fanatic faith."

If it weren’t for so many Catman hunters dying, this primitive tribe wouldn’t have transford so thoroughly.

This was an act of desperation.

Thinking of this, Duncan imdiately recalled the migrating Frost Giant tribe; the last catch was extrely abundant, and the Catman tribe couldn’t finish it all.

Soon.

As the figure of the Giant Dragon slowly landed, nearby Catman believers of the Dragon Worship Sect began moving out a large quantity of frozen fish. They also brought out a frozen, rock-solid Dark Elf corpse. The Dark Elf’s equipnt had already been used to arm other Catman Warriors, but as the tribe currently lacked forging capabilities, weapons and armor were entirely dependent on captures, and Elf Armor fit poorly, so they could only wear Half Armor.

The Juvenile Dragon took to the skies once more!

Having explored once before, this ti, it was much easier to navigate.

While passing over the Great Icefield, Duncan discovered hunting Northern Land wolf packs, mostly marked as one-star or two-star whiteboards, except for a Winter Wolf’s mark, which was a bit more noticeable.

Upon seeing the Giant Dragon soar by, they abandoned their prey and fled en masse into ice caves.

But it was useless, as the Giant Dragon pierced through the ice caves with ease while hunting.

The edge of the Northern Glacier.

Unlike the previous visit, upon nearing the mark of the Giant tribe, the Juvenile Dragon initiated a Dragon Roar for the first ti.

The Dragon Roar startled the other Giants.

However, this ti, the King of Giants with the blood-colored Skull Mark was absent; only so Giants remained in the tribe, while others had likely gone out hunting.

The appearance of the Giant Dragon did not incite panic among them, though so Giant Warriors did raise their spears.

Among them, there were dull-witted Giants watching the hovering, descending Dragon with anticipation written across their faces.

Having tasted it once, they rembered.

Splash!

A vast quantity of frozen fish fell like a downpour.

Before the stationed Giant Warriors could shout a halt, other Giants rushed forward, tussling and ravenously chomping away. Having experienced it once before, their hostility had notably diminished.

Eventually, the Giant Warrior holding the spear couldn’t resist bending down and grabbing so fat fish to eat.

The Dark Elf’s corpse was still divided and eaten by them.

Among the Giants below, the simple-minded looking bald Giant who was the first to rush over and eat the most, after being satiated, had his antagonistic mark change. It was no longer a blood-red mark but rather a light red mark, situated between hostile and neutral.

The figure of the Giant Dragon soon departed.

After an unknown span of ti, a group of burly Giants appeared near the glacier, with the King of Giants carrying a walrus on his shoulder, seemingly trekking from afar. Behind him were other Giant hunters; one even carried a fishing net, quite rudintary, as the Giants’ fingers were too thick to weave fine fishing nets, resulting in scarce fish in the catch.

The simple-minded looking bald Giant stepped forward, holding several fat fishes in his hands, offering them to the returning King of Giants.

"Dragon? ... Ca again? ..." (Giant language)

The King of Giants looked up at the sky, but the Juvenile Dragon had already flown off.

The female Giants of the tribe used bone knives to cut open the walrus’s skin, and as other Giants prepared to distribute the walrus, the silent King of Giants stopped them.

He pondered for a while, and with a low voice, he gestured along the walrus’s belly, saying: "The fattiest parts... reserve..."

"Next ti... Dragon... appears..."

"Give it..."

The Giant Dragon ca twice, delivering nearly a ton of fish at in total. The Giants had extrely rudintary skills; their thick fingers couldn’t handle delicate tasks. Their fishing relied solely on hand grabs and spears, having only Barbaric Power but often garnering little from it.

In their formal fishing operations, a group of Giants would wield big clubs to strike the water’s surface, stunning the fish outright.

Such was the plight of primitive fishing and nomadic tribes.

The King of Giants had trekked for days along the glaciers to hunt the walrus, managing to catch one by sheer luck, while the others jumped directly into the sea.

They had many racial disadvantages.

The Giants couldn’t sneak; their footsteps were too loud, with terrifying strength but average stamina. Their bodies had high burdens, giving them less endurance than humans. Often during hunts, the prey noticed them from afar and fled before they got close.
