That person is Duncan IV.
For three generations, the emperors suppressed Monotheism for a full one hundred and fifty years. Once he ca to power, he directly released Monotheism, and to consolidate royal power, he relied on the church as a ’convert’ to stabilize the situation without thinking of reform.
This led to Monotheism gaining strength. Faith lasts longer than dynasties; given a chance, it can rise in a century or two.
Duncan couldn’t guarantee that all his descendants would be exceptional.
From the first emperor’s conversion to the Monotheistic faith, to when the French Empire established Monotheism as the state religion, the tide of history began correcting itself, putting Polytheism under pressure once more, but this ti Duncan didn’t intend to intervene because Monotheism had learned its lesson and wasn’t going for complete eradication.
Even four or five hundred years later.
Monotheism still rembers the agreent made with Emperor Duncan back then; if they could propagate and eliminate Polytheism, Duncan would not interfere, but if they instigated religious persecution, then things would be different.
Because Duncan left so contingencies in the real world, which extended to several hundred years later.

From Duncan’s era, besides Triss the Crow Queen ascending as a divine being, he fared the best, relying on the existence of the Wizard Academy, he transford into a concept similar to the Guardian of Secret Techniques, preserving his soul with the Philosopher’s Stone. In theory, he also has the ability to ascend to the level of an Upper-Rank Heroic Spirit, but he hasn’t completely died and transford into the special state of a Half Heroic Spirit.

For Duncan, this wasn’t entirely unexpected; he said slowly, "rlin is one of the most gifted wizards I’ve ever seen."
Now rlin is truly a legendary-level existence.
After all, he was the first head of the Wizard Academy and one of the founders of the rules of the wizarding world, a revered idol among many wizards in later generations.
I wonder if when he ets Duncan again, he would still be willing to kneel on one knee and address him as ’Your Majesty.’
If not.
Duncan would probably say with a face full of emotion, you now don’t even want to call ’Your Majesty.’

The Holy Relics left by Duncan, only a few can summon him to descend into reality, one is in the hands of the Avalon Guardian Fairy; it’s the first code compiled by the empire back then, another is the Guardian Longsword, but it’s unknown where it has drifted off to.
Other items might serve as diums but can’t provide significant power; the summoned Heroic Spirit avatar might lack the status.
The ritual for summoning Heroic Spirits isn’t that complex.
In the East, there are two spells, one is called Inviting the God and the other is called Inviting God to Descend, the latter is more demanding and is also for summoning the avatar of Divine Spirits.
The main body of Heroic Spirits hardly enters reality; those summoned are replicas.

Magic refueling for the Holy Sanctuary in Avalon has almost been completed, now it only lacks the Guardian Fairy in front who requires an enormous amount of magic power, Duncan must handle it personally.
After dealing with matters here, it’s ti to et with the Crow Queen and rlin.
The current situation in Europe is delicate.
Because sothing has erged, and its impact is huge; it’s called ’Tithing.’
