"Sort out your own discipline."
Duncan tossed the axe to Anne Potter behind him, and the beautiful female pirate, equally ruthless, raised her hand imdiately to chop down another pirate who plundered and set fire on his own accord.
They were just a bunch of scum. If Duncan didn’t need them, it wouldn’t matter if they were all dead.
Crete ca with a group from the palace upfront, escorting a batch of beautiful won, so of them were concubines of the King and his princes, so were the King’s daughters, a dense crowd of dozens of people. Crete held up the face of a beautiful lady and said to Duncan: "This is the King’s wife, the Queen here."
"Do you want her?"
"There are five or six princesses over here, and two or three dozen people over there are the wives and concubines of the King and his sons, all looking very pretty."
In this era, the victors enjoy everything.
Before Duncan rose to power, Hegel even killed a minor King to take his wives and daughters.
That fool.
Duncan didn’t even bother to pay attention to him; he gestured behind him, and Anne Potter took charge of everything imdiately. They ca here to rule, not to burn and plunder and then swagger off.
Hegel watched all this expressionlessly, seemingly unmoved by beauty for the first ti.
Crete was montarily stunned.
Needless to say about Duncan, he had a beautiful female pirate by his side and her maids. These wives and daughters of the King, he wasn’t in a hurry to enjoy them now. Lately, he was actually breaking through to Legendary and was not indulging in won.
Hegel didn’t need to be ntioned. Ever since returning from the Storm Islands, he hadn’t been near won until now.
Tambourine had been castrated and had no need for won.
Ugar was quite restrained; he wasn’t too fond of won, only occasionally indulging.
Finally, only Crete was left standing there dazed, feeling out of place with the others. He sheepishly let go of her hand and picked up his battle axe.
Why did it seem like everyone didn’t like won anymore?
It’s exhilarating to kill people, just as it is to sleep with won!
"When the battle’s over, send a few to your room."
Hegel looked sharply, reprimanding: "Do that again next ti, and don’t bla for being impolite."
In front of the palace.
A group of people saw a majestic statue of a very valiant young man holding a sharp sword and a shield made of sea dragon skin, with a snake-bodied Banshee trampled beneath him. Not far away on the palace walls were all murals, so showed Barrycius wielding a catapult, so depicted him killing a sea dragon with a sword, and others illustrated him lying indulgently in the embrace of a group of rmaids.
The experiences of ancient mythological heroes were not much different: killing all the way, having all the way, and finally marrying a princess and being embraced by the mortals to beco a minor king.
Everything ordinary people yearned for was just the daily life of legendary heroes.
"Tear down the statue!"
"Destroy these murals!"
As Duncan ordered, rumbling, without knowing when, a rumble of thunder suddenly echoed in the sky.
Cut off the legendary hero’s bloodline, and sweep them off the altar.
——Barrycius (Legendary Hero) (Hundred Shots Hundred Hits) (Blood Sacrifice) (Divine-like Power) (Five-Star Gold)!
Rumbling.
A bolt of lightning struck, hitting the pirates who were toppling the statue half to death. As a majestic figure descended from the sky, an ancient hero, as if walking out of the Mythical Era, appeared before everyone.
He possessed a brave and resolute visage, draped in a leather armor of sea dragon skin, holding a shield in one hand and a sword in the other, with the legendary hundred shots hundred hits catapult at his waist. Behind him were the wings gifted by sea maidens, said to be Pegasus wings, which allowed flight for a short duration, and Barrycius once used them to leap over straits.
Standing at nearly over three ters tall, he was taller than anyone else, which was a characteristic of Divine Power. So Divine Spirits’ avatars could be dozens of ters, even a hundred ters tall, and could easily level city walls and palaces.
"Why are you destroying my statue?"
"Hegel!"
The group with Duncan had slain Barrycius’ descendants without him batting an eye, but as soon as Duncan ordered to overthrow the statue and destroy the Shen Kan, he couldn’t sit still.
Hegel raised his head, lifted his battle axe in a deep voice: "Because you are not worthy!"
As a legendary hero, Barrycius enjoyed endless glory and wealth throughout his life, slept with countless beauties, and finally married a princess, siring dozens of offspring. In his old age, he was still surrounded by dozens of beautiful concubines, and after his original princess aged and faded, he even married a young princess from an Island Country, ultimately dying of old age near a hundred, with his descendants ruling Trit Island for over two hundred years.
What he received far exceeded his achievents.
But he built a statue for himself, which was different. Sotis, once you step up, you must face all challenges.
Duncan and Hegel flanked Barrycius on both sides, encircling the legendary hero.
Storm Eira and Anne Potter were slightly lagging; the forr had already picked up a spear while the latter was chanting spells, the female pirate sowhat had the deanor of an early Demon Swordsman.
Crete and a crowd of Barbarians were all ready for battle.
Heroes slay monsters!
Heroes transform into monsters!
Successors slay the legendary heroes-turned-monsters!
The truths of the world are sotis just that honest and unadorned. Barrycius’ direct bloodline, the n, were nearly all killed today, and he himself would also fall at the hands of new heroes.
So things even legendary heroes cannot easily touch.
His accomplishnts had been washed away by the tides of ti, and such matters couldn’t cause much ripple.
Boom!
In an instant, the stone slabs beneath Duncan and Hegel’s feet shattered inch by inch. Both seed to erupt into a Frenzy, rushing towards Barrycius like raging giants. He swung his shield to deflect Duncan’s attack and then lifted the legendary giant’s sword, aiming the sword that once slew sea monsters at Hegel.
After one exchange, both were shaken.
Hegel marveled at the legend’s fierce power, while Barrycius was astonished by the terrifying Barbaric Power the two possessed.
He instantly spun with a great Horizontal Sweep, forcing everyone back, then flapped the Pegasus wings behind him to soar into the sky. Barrycius took out his catapult, whirring it to aim at others; this weapon had a massive flaw of being extrely cumberso and slow to fire.
Boom!
Storm Eira hurled her spear instantly, unleashing the Amazon’s power, transforming into a high-speed rotating whirlwind.
Barrycius raised the sea dragon shield treasure to defend.
But at that mont, his whole being plumted downward, and when he looked down at his feet, Duncan’s figure had already leaped up. He grabbed Barrycius’s ankle and with a mighty leap flew into the air.
The next second.
Duncan practically lunged onto his back; as the frenzied Barbarian roared, he reached out and grabbed the Pegasus wings growing from Barrycius’s scapula. Amidst an ear-piercing scream, he forcibly yanked out the right Pegasus wing, with an outburst of blood spraying everywhere. The torn Pegasus wings were still connected to Barrycius’s bones.
Boom!
Both figures plumted from the sky, Duncan delivering a punch to Barrycius’s jaw, deforming the legendary hero’s skull, then stomped on his spine, crashing him into the ground, shattering all the stone slabs before the palace.
A teeth-gritting sound occurred.
As Duncan’s figure stood back up, he had ripped off the enemy’s other Pegasus wing alive.
Beneath his feet, Barrycius’s form began to change.
