Her voice at the height of pleasure was like a beautiful song, akin to the lody of a Sea Demon.
This seemingly frivolous and enchanting woman had a noble status. She was the beloved mistress of the Mother of Great Bliss and served as her close attendant. She had even been a maid to the goddess of pleasure, Lierla, serving the Divine Spirit’s saint for so ti.
She was also one of the masterminds behind bringing Duncan’s human form into the Joy Church.

Duncan’s eyes slightly narrowed as he read the human form’s mories, marking the parts of fragnted mory images from prior assassination attempts, then searched for everything related to Joyful Dancer—Lila. Finally, following the habits in his mory, he reached his hand into her luxurious gown, indulgently searching for joy.

Lila let out a long sigh, seemingly pleased with Duncan’s initiative and secretly delighted by her own charm.
The usually reserved, strict, and ruthless Duncan-Starfall had begun to actively seek out pleasure under her influence.
The Mother of Great Bliss would surely reward her.
This human form’s original na was Duncan-Starfall, born sowhere in the Starfall Sea. Unlike other mbers of the Wealth Church, the Mother of Great Bliss had taken notice of him for simple reasons: Duncan was exceptionally capable in battle and had killed mbers of the Dragon Cult.
In all of Seargant, few dared offend the Dragon Worship Sect, but those with power always commanded respect, and Duncan-Starfall was such a person.
Unfortunately, after the Wealth Goddess Waukeen disappeared,
Duncan-Starfall lost the divine favor and, more importantly, was unable to wield the Golden Guard’s abilities. Eventually, he was assassinated by an enemy and captured by Duncan as a human form.

Lila lazily embraced Duncan in front of her. As a true ’Fun Person’ and a hedonist, she had extensive connections within the Joyful Church, with the Fellowship of Joyful Dancers secretly controlling a power that influenced the entire Starfall Sea’s trade routes and even the financial magnates of nearby cities.
This power was the erging ’Scarlet Comrades’ organization, a secret cult adept in assassination under the joy goddess’s command.
Now, the main strategy of the entire Joy Church was to undermine the Wealth Church, drawing all those powerful individuals who once served the wealth goddess over to their side.
Duncan-Starfall even made it onto the Mother of Great Bliss’s list, being assessed as potentially having the legend status in him.
In the corner of the hall,
Duncan slowly shook his head, then glanced indifferently in the direction of the Mother of Great Bliss. There, three financial magnates were whispering with the High Priestess. Regardless of the reason, with the disappearance of the Wealth Goddess Waukeen, the power of the Wealth Church plumted. These financial magnates had to cozy up to the forces of the Joy Church to preserve what they held.
Because to them, the ’Dragon Worship Sect’ was like a thorn; without the support of the Divine Spirit, these financial magnates couldn’t even sleep soundly.

Duncan suddenly felt Lila, the Joyful Dancer, kneeling before him. She seed to have misunderstood him when he looked toward the Mother of Great Bliss. The enchanting woman bit her lip, an inexplicable look flitting through her eyes, and she stealthily glanced around, hiding her body in the corner of a gilded statue, a position that conveniently shielded her from others’ views.
"Mother of Great Bliss, it’s not possible."
Lila’s voice was intermittent, gazing up at Duncan with bewitching eyes, and she softly said, "She’s the beloved consort of the goddess Lierla."
"If you like, I can introduce you to a few more sisters."
Even a potentially legendary figure like Duncan-Starfall wasn’t worth the Mother of Great Bliss personally recruiting him, unless he could ascend to legendary status imdiately. If that were the case, the dignified Mother of Great Bliss would surely be willing to personally recruit him.
After being favored by the goddess Lierla’s saint, the Mother of Great Bliss no longer belonged to the Church’s regular mbers; she was considered the deity’s earthly lover.
But nothing is absolute.
If Duncan’s power was strong enough, strong enough that even the Divine Spirit couldn’t ignore it, then not only the Mother of Great Bliss, but even the goddess of joy, Lierla, would be willing to send a manifestation to personally recruit him.

"Tamla has always wanted to join the Business Council."
"He is a newly erged business magnate."
At this point, Joyful Dancer Lila had already wiped her mouth clean, lying on Duncan’s shoulder and said, "This guy started by colluding with pirates and smuggling goods."
"It’s said that he has trade connections with Baldur’s Gate."
"He’s ambitious."
"But the Mother of Great Bliss doesn’t favor him, because he’s rely a businessman, not a true financial magnate."
