Amir's gaze turned cold. "Julian, human lives are pathetic. If you study any path of developnt or advancent, you'll notice that it is always paved with hatred, jealousy, greed, and envy. These traits know no bloodline, no love, and no society. If we had opened ourselves up to the outside world and welcod advancent, do you think we could have fulfilled the task we were given?"

He paused, his hands clenching into fists. "No," he answered himself.

"We would have killed each other, destroyed each other, until there was no one left alive. So, we stay isolated. We eat like animals, dress like animals, and I would even go as far as to say that we are animals."

Julian could feel the deep conviction behind Amir's words. It wasn't just empty words but was a belief the tribe had followed for ages.

"But have you not faced any issues from outsiders or mages?" Julian asked.

Amir laughed, the sound filling the room. "What would they want with us? We have nothing of value to offer them," he replied.

Julian smiled, leaning back slightly. "Well, can't argue with that." Then, he asked, "Who sealed your deity, and why?"

Amir's expression shifted, his eyes glowing with hatred. "Morthet, the God of Destruction," he began, his voice unusually heavy, as if reminiscing about a painful past.

"Everything we see—ti, space, life—is the product of three unique and supre beings: the Creator, the Preserver, and the Destroyer."

"Supre beings," Julian muttered, the word unfamiliar to him.

Amir continued, his eyes distant as if recalling sothing deep within his soul. "We do not know how they ca into being or who exactly they are, but their presence can be felt throughout the cosmos, no matter how small. Each of the three has their respective role and agreed never to encroach on one another."

His voice grew even more serious. "But suddenly, ninety thousand years ago, the Destroyer and the Preserver fought—destroying the entire cosmos and causing the mass extinction of everything."

Julian swallowed hard, goosebumps creeping up his skin at the enormity of the revelation. "Mass extinction?" he repeated, his voice filled with disbelief. "How old is our universe?"

"The world we live in now is barely 30 thousand years old," Amir replied.

"That young?" Julian exclaid in surprise. "Does that an it took nearly 60 thousand years for the universe to heal?"

"Yes. The Preserver lost the battle, and all that remained of him was his consciousness. It wandered alone for thousands of years in nothingness. When the world finally healed, it sohow managed to find its way into the world we live in now."

Julian sat in stunned silence, absorbing the revelation. The fate of worlds, gods, and ti itself intertwined in ways he had never imagined.

Amir continued. "After the world healed, the first wave of people to roam the cosmos were seven siblings. They ca across our deity, the Preserver's consciousness and imdiately worshipped it as a sacred object. As they continued to worship, they began to prosper. They reproduced greatly, conquered their environnt, and established dominance. Humans beca the most developed and unified species of all."

Julian nodded as Amir's words painted a vivid picture in his mind, the story unfolding before his eyes like an act on stage.

"Our deity began to heal slowly. He wished to gift the seven siblings sothing, but he had nothing with him—only his energy. However, his energy was too complex and overwhelming for humans to use. So, he decided to split it into seven different forms, each possessing its own unique traits. He gave these forms to the seven siblings, matching each one to their individual characteristics. The eldest, bold and brave, was gifted with the red energy. The youngest, calm and serene, received the blue energy."

Amir paused for a mont, letting the significance of the story settle in before continuing. "In this way, the seven energies were gifted to the seven siblings, and those energies later ca to be known as the elents."

Julian's mind raced as the implications of what he was hearing started to sink in. The elental powers, the bond between the Preserver and humanity—it was deeper than anything he had ever imagined.

Julian pieced the story together. So that's how the elents were separated from the single energy, he thought, his curiosity piqued even more.

He then spoke. "So that's how mages began ruling the world."

Amir nodded. "Yes, those are the forefathers of every mage, and they are known as demi-gods."

Julian's thoughts raced further, his mind connecting the dots. So the authority I have... it must co from one of those siblings who controlled the lightning elent, he thought. But I rember the system saying that the God of Lightning was killed by fire or sothing... did they kill each other? What exactly happened?

Unable to contain his curiosity, he asked, "And what happened to them? Where are they now? I highly doubt they're dead."

Amir's expression darkened slightly as he replied, "Humans are human, after all. No matter how much they try to present themselves as saints. The seven siblings all began developing their own ambitions. They soon concluded that it was no longer worth it to continue living in our tiny world. So, the seven left, each going their own way."

Julian's brow furrowed as he tried to grasp the full extent of what Amir had just revealed.

Where had they gone? What had beco of them?

Dakota, who had been listening quietly, suddenly spoke up, "But what about our deity? What happened to him?"

Amir's voice grew solemn as he replied, "They left him all alone."

Dakota's expression softened with sadness, and she asked, "But... he had trusted them enough to give them part of himself. How could they leave him all alone?"

Amir sighed. "That matters not in the face of human greed and ambition." The room grew quiet for a mont. Then Amir added, "Who are we to judge when we willingly sacrificed our own son for a ritual?"

Dakota lowered her head, unable to respond. The silence that followed was heavy with the unspoken truth of their choices. Stay updated via empire
