With the power of a Grand Mage now within his grasp, Julian felt a sense of overwhelming completeness. Satisfied, he teleported out of his inner world and returned to the outer world. He had been drained both physically and ntally. Exhaustion quickly caught up with him, and with the comfort of his newfound power, he allowed himself to rest.

He fell asleep almost instantly, the plush bed only adding to the comfort.

The night soon passed, welcoming the new morning. The rays of light crept through the window, falling upon Julian's face, casting a warm glow over him.

He stirred awake, rubbing his eyes. Stretching lazily, he rolled his shoulders, feeling the familiar sensation of his improved strength. A small smile played on his lips as he spoke. "Emma, co inside."

The door opened, and Emma entered with her usual grace. Her tight uniform showcased her curvy body, the short skirt teasing a glimpse of her smooth thighs.

Julian's gaze road over her, his smirk deepening as he took in the sight of his sexy maid.

Emma t his gaze with a knowing smile. "How does it feel?" she asked, stepping closer. "This is the first day of you as a Duke." Julian chuckled, leaning back on his pillows. "It feels… powerful."

Emma's gaze imdiately fell on his cock, her eyes glowing with mischief. "You certainly look powerful," she murmured, closing the distance enough so that he could sll the scent of her perfu. "Stronger. More… commanding."

Julian reached out, catching her hand, his grip strong and possessive.

"And do you like that, Emma?" She smiled and leaned in, her breast touching his arm. "I serve you, my lord," she whispered seductively. "Your strength is… alluring."

Julian pulled her towards him, making her stumble slightly. "Alluring?" he murmured with a slow break.

"Then tell , my dear Emma, what part of is most alluring?"

Emma bit her lip, her cheeks flushing. Her fingers reached for his chest, caressing it seductively.

"Everything," she admitted, her voice barely above a whisper.

Julian chuckled, his grip on her tightening. "Then maybe I should make you prove it."

Emma smiled, her eyes darkening with anticipation. "As you wish… my Duke."

Just then, a sharp knock echoed through the room. Emma panicked and hurriedly stepped back, smoothing her skirt to regain her composure.

"Julian," a familiar voice called from behind the door. Julian chuckled as he glanced at Emma, who was still slightly flushed. He stretched again. "Yes, mother?" he called out.

The door swung open, and Regina stepped inside with her usual elegance. Her gaze imdiately landed on him, then shifted to Emma, who bowed in greeting. Regina sighed, placing a hand on her hip. "Julian, how can you wake up just now? You have so much work to do." Julian yawned, running a hand through his morning hair. "Mother, what exactly am I supposed to do?" he said lazily.

Regina shot him a sharp glare. "Get up. You have duties to fulfill as a duke." Julian sighed before turning back to Emma with a smirk.

"Looks like duty calls, Emma. But don't think I have forgotten our little conversation." Emma bowed her head. "Of course, my lord." Regina crossed her arms. "Julian, stand and freshen up," she said.

With one final stretch, Julian finally got off the bed. "Fine, fine. Let's get this over with."

He quickly freshened up and stepped out, following Regina down the corridor.

As they walked, Regina glanced at Julian with a smirk. "So… did you conquer Emma already?" Julian chuckled at Regina's question. "Of course. She was my first conquest." Regina laughed softly before raising her brow. "And which conquest was I?" Julian smirked, tilting his head as if in deep thought. "Hmm… I don't know. I don't rember." Regina chuckled, shaking her head. "Yes, I wouldn't expect you to keep count. I am just one of many, after all." Julian nudged Regina, "Look at us, mother and son talking like this. If soone were to hear us, they would faint on the spot." Regina let out a knowing smile. "Well, good thing no one else needs to know… except the ones you plan to add to your collection." Julian smirked. "Oh, you know too well." He paused for a mont, his voice turning serious. "Mother, how do you feel about us?"

Regina stopped as well, glancing at him. "How do I feel?" she repeated, tilting her head slightly. "About us… like this?" Julian nodded, his gaze never wavering from her. Regina smiled, her face lighting up with a mixture of both warmth and joy. "I suppose I should feel ashad, guilty, perhaps even regretful."

She paused for a mont. "But I don't." Julian grinned, stepping closer to her. "Neither do I," he whispered, his hands reaching out, grabbing her waist gently.

"In the middle of the castle? Bold as ever, aren't you?" She mused with a shake of her head.

Julian chuckled, unfazed. "Can you bla , mother? You're irresistible."

Regina sighed, though a small smirk played on her lips. "What am I going to do with you?" Julian leaned in, his hands moving upwards from her waist. "I can think of a few things." Regina playfully swatted his arm. "Enough of that, Duke Easvil. You have responsibilities to attend to." With that, they both made their way to the Duke's room.

As Julian stepped inside, he was imdiately welcod by the majestic presence of the room. The room was massive, and it was literally exuding authority and legacy in every corner.

At the center stood a grand table whose surface was filled with towering stacks of papers, notes, scrolls, and important His gaze drifted toward the wall behind the table, where the portraits of past Dukes were hanged. Alden, his father, stood in a dignified pose, and next to him was Augustus, his grandfather.

Julian exhaled softly, taking it all in. This was a new chapter in his life, and everything was all his now.

Regina stepped beside him, watching him carefully. "Feeling overwheld?"

Julian smirked, rolling the sleeves of his shirt. "Overwheld? No. Just wondering how quickly I can bend this position to my will."

Regina chuckled. "Spoken like a true Easvil."

He walked forward, running his fingers over the scattered docunts.

Regina approached Julian, adjusting the collar of his shirt. "I have sothing for you," she said.

Julian smirked as he leaned in, "Are we going to have a quick fuck?" he whispered. Regina rolled her eyes, her lips curving into a slight smile, but she didn't respond to his teasing. She reached into her pocket and pulled out a small box, handing it to him. Julian's eyes imdiately shifted to the box as he took it from her. His smirk faded, replaced by a mixture of anticipation and curiosity.

Regina opened the box, revealing a badge hidden inside. Julian's heart pounded rapidly. "The final badge..." he whispered, almost to himself.

Regina watched him closely. "It's yours now. You have earned it."

Julian's fingers trembled slightly as he reached for the badge, his gaze fixed on the symbol of his new power and responsibility. The badge glowed golden, its surface etched with the Duke's symbol, accompanied by the small crest of the Easvil family.

Julian's gaze locked onto it, and he felt a surge of power rush through him. After a brief pause, he brought the badge to his chest, wearing it proudly.

With that, he sat on the chair, his eyes observing the ss before him. He picked up one docunt and read, "The trade deal with Guire County has to be finalized."

He set it aside, reaching for another. "Import list." Another paper, another task. Business, logistics, strategies... one after the next, each more brain tiring than the last.

After countless papers, he slamd his hand down on the desk in frustration.

"Fucking hell, so much…"

Regina stood nearby, observing him with a teasing smile. "Welco to your duties as Duke," she said.

Julian leaned back in his chair, running a hand through his hair. "I knew there would be work, but this..." He gestured at the mountains of paperwork. "This is just ridiculous." Regina smirked slightly. "Every great leader faces this. But it's all part of the ga."

Julian exhaled sharply, his fingers tapping restlessly on the desk. "Looks like I am in for a long torture."

Regina gave him a knowing smile, her eyes filled with amusent. "Well, good luck to you, Duke Easvil. I will leave you to it." Julian looked at the ss on the desk again. "No, mother, please don't leave with this ss," he said desperately.

Regina's expression softened, but she said nothing. With a small nod, she turned and silently walked out of the room, leaving him alone with his responsibilities. Julian sighed heavily. "Fine... I am better alone, anyway." He pushed the stack of papers aside, trying to focus and regain his composure. There was work to be done, and it was his now to handle.
