Hua Changdeng had never seen such a shaless ancient swordsman.

His original intention was to leave Xu Xiaoshou with a dying ssage, but unexpectedly, this fellow grasped the mont when he softened his heart and escaped!

Even before leaving, he threw dirty water on the Dao Qiongcang of Qianshi.

How Xu Xiaoshou learned the "Heavenly chanism Thirty-Six Forms·Divine Descent Technique," Hua Changdeng did not know.

After performing this technique, where Xu Xiaoshou fled first, Hua Changdeng surprisingly did not detect it imdiately.

"Guidance, Forget, mory..."

The traces of these three paths coexist and at the root, they can be summarized in one word "Intent."

Yet, Hua Changdeng was not particularly adept at this "Intent."

He cultivated the Will Ghost of Sword Ghost, only focusing on Intent Attack, which was suitable for direct combat.

If it was about the "Trickery" of Intent, its "cunningness," it truly could not compare to that sneaky little mouse.

But it’s okay if it remains unfathomable.

The only thing Hua Changdeng knew was that Dao Qiongcang was not bold enough to create strife in the Yunshan Emperor Realm and oppose him.

Therefore, observing the Yunshan Emperor Realm, searching for anomalies, finally finding so traces of ancient sword art near the Yun Mountain Temple.

Hua Changdeng realized that the little mouse must have got the location wrong and ran to the great hall instead.

He hurried back to the great hall without any delay.

But upon landing, not only were the elders’ behaviors strange, the word "again" was baffling.

Even at the entrance of the great hall, there was a peculiar feeling...

"Empty, as if sothing is missing?"

Hua Changdeng didn’t pay much attention, forcibly summoned the elders back with holy power, and went straight to the point asking:

"Who used the Fantasy Sword Technique?"

Around the Yun Mountain Temple, there lingered traces of the illusion left by the Fantasy Sword Technique, the swordsmanship realm was extrely advanced.

Others might not notice when they co, but Hua Changdeng saw it at a glance and scrutinized the elders.

Too strange!

Among this group of old fellows, there was actually soone secretly striving to cultivate ancient sword art to this realm?

For what?

To amaze the world with a single brilliant feat?

Haven’t they long passed that age?

"Fantasy Sword Technique..."

The group of returning clan elders was bewildered by the family head’s words, and soone hesitantly said:

"Nobody used the Fantasy Sword Technique?"

No?

Hua Changdeng only trusted his own eyes.

He did not ask again, only scanned everyone with a cold gaze.

The elders were drenched in sweat, feeling like they were being stared down by a predator.

Clearly, no one lied, everyone felt it was themselves who made the mistake, surely they had lied.

In the end, unexpectedly, the elders directed their gaze towards Hua Zhiyao, who was not exactly the head among them.

And Hua Zhiyao, unabashedly stepped forward, full of solemnity, cupped his hands, and said:

"Family head, truly no one employed the Fantasy Sword Technique, weren’t we just discussing the Ancestor Stone Carving matter?"

Ancestor Stone Carving?

Hua Changdeng was montarily stunned.

The "we" Hua Zhiyao referred to clearly did not only include the elders.

As he spoke, his hand pointed between himself and the elders, clearly including Hua Changdeng in the "we."

But...

"When did I discuss the Ancestor Stone Carving with you all?"

Hua Changdeng glanced towards the great hall, what he had discussed with the elders was only the distribution matter of Wurao Emperor Realm inside the temple earlier.

But halfway through the discussion, he left to catch the mouse.

"Haha, the family head is a bit forgetful today, isn’t he?"

Hua Zhiyao seed to suddenly beco very close, even daring to laugh and joke, as if playfully blaming Hua Changdeng for sothing wrong.

Indeed!

Hua Zhiyao was being sarcastic.

He chastised the family head for first forgetting his na and now forgetting the Ancestor Stone Carving matter, being quite mischievous.

"Strategy!"

Hua Zhiyao smiled slightly, ending with a single word full of aning, attempting to help the family head rember sothing he hadn’t forgotten.

"..."

Hua Changdeng fell silent.

His silence sent a shiver through the hearts of the elders present.

Hua Zhiyao sharply sensed sothing amiss, his skin twitching twice as he forced calm.

Again squeezing out a smile, extending both hands, he bowed and pointed to the previous location of the Ancestor Stone Carving, chuckling as he said:

"Family head, look here!"

Rember, quickly rember.

This happened just a mont ago, hasn’t even been fifteen minutes, the family head is a bit humorous today, haha...

Hua Changdeng looked silently.

He stared for a mont, his pupils trembling a few tis as he showed emotion.

He finally realized why upon returning to the hall, things seed much more empty.

A stele once stood on the side of the great hall’s door, inscribed with "The Dao is endless, cease when appropriate," left by the ancestors of the Hua Family.

Now, the stele was gone!

All that remained was a grindstone-sized stone imprint.

The stone impression was very clean, the color distinct from the temple’s front steps, noticeable only under deliberate scrutiny...

Hua Changdeng opened his mouth but couldn’t speak.

He gazed at the stone impression, then with an incredulous look, cast his gaze upon the elders.

The elders looked on expectantly, their nurous eyes fixed on him, yet nobody spoke, just watching and waiting.

It was as if they expected their family head to provide so sort of conclusion to so sort of question.

Unable to wait for a proactive explanation, Hua Changdeng looked back at the impression, unable to resist anymore and emotionally asked:

"The stele?!"

The elders turned collectively to the impression, their expressions as usual, even smiling.

Hua Zhiyao squinted, chuckled, and retorted:

"Yes, family head, where’s the stele?"

—Who are they joking with!
