The old n finally felt relieved. They watched from afar for a long ti, not daring to make a single sound, behaving as obediently as possible.
These two were figures capable of influencing the global landscape. If there were any bad blood between them, no one knew what might happen. Discovering that they were old acquaintances was the best possible outco.
As for the exact nature of their relationship and their shared history, the old n didn't dare to speculate.
After the pleasantries, Wu Tao followed Sister Han into the flourishing tropolis. A casual glance from him in their direction was enough to leave the group feeling overwheld by the unexpected favor.
They had visited this underground world before, but the opportunities to et Sister Han could be counted on one hand. Today, however, they were able to personally follow her into the city. Even if it was just an insignificant perk, they knew they were entirely riding on Mr. Wu's coattails, which was already a trendous honor.
After walking along the dazzling, long road for a short while.
Led by Mo Sihan, Wu Tao strolled leisurely toward the towering spire in the center of the city.
Along the entire route, guards in suits stood at attention to respectfully welco them, presenting an incredibly imposing sight. Sweeping his gaze over them occasionally, Wu Tao noticed that these n exuded profound spiritual energy. It seed Sister Han had developed quite well on the Blue Planet, and he felt a faint sense of gratification in his heart.
Standing beneath the crystal spire.
Mo Sihan smiled faintly, gesturing toward Wu Tao as she parted her red lips.
"This is the Second Young Master."
As her gentle voice fell, the guards lining both sides of the endless road knelt in unison.
"Respectfully welcoming the Second Young Master!"
Thousands of n moved with uniform precision, kneeling at almost the exact sa millisecond. The overwhelming aura that washed over them left the old n following behind secretly clicking their tongues in shock.
Wu Tao, however, remained calm.
Although these immortal cultivators stood far above the masses of the Blue Planet, having long since transcended human limits, and radiated an oppressive might that ordinary people could not face, to him, it was still not much of a spectacle. He had long grown accustod to such scenes.
They entered the spire and stepped into the elevator.
As the crystal elevator continuously ascended, the night view of the subterranean tropolis was taken in at a glance. Although he was riding an elevator just the sa, the feeling now was completely different from when he first arrived. Whether it was the magnificent decorations or the visual enjoynt of taking in the entire panorama, it stirred the heart.
When the elevator stopped at the top floor of the crystal spire.
Mo Sihan stepped forward gracefully, walking toward the dazzling crystal platform. Her breathtakingly beautiful back, illuminated by the night, looked utterly soul-stirring. Coupled with the gorgeous dining table on the platform and its variety of exquisite dishes, it was no longer just a visual feast; it could truly be called a dreamlike banquet.
Wu Tao naturally followed with a smile, taking his seat at the dining table as comfortably as if he had returned ho.
Watching the two sit down one after the other from a distance, the old n did not dare to show the slightest disrespect. They could only stand far away on the crystal terrace below the platform, pretending they couldn't see anything, and looking down to admire the brilliant night view from afar.
Even so, they were already completely satisfied.
As long as this visit didn't cause any trouble, it would already exceed their expectations. Now, being able to follow two absolute titans to the pinnacle of the underground tropolis was an eye-opening experience. In the future, when encountering people from other major nations, this alone would be enough to brag about for a lifeti.
The group obediently turned around to gaze into the distance, their eyes filled with deep emotion.
On the high platform.
The dining table was the epito of luxury, far grander in scale than the long tables of dieval courts. The long surface was filled with tableware, and it was unknown just how many people it could seat.
At this mont, only Wu Tao and Mo Sihan sat at the front. The head of the table and the seats beside them were largely empty. They did not sit next to each other, but rather sat in specific seats facing one another, as if the other seats already had their own masters.
All of this seed like a tacit understanding, or perhaps a rule that was ant to be. As the two sat down and adjusted their tableware, a rare look of relaxed joy appeared on both of their faces simultaneously.
With the formalities complete, Mo Sihan looked over with a smile.
Studying Wu Tao's face, a hint of reminiscence flashed in her eyes.
"Back in the day..."
"When Master took you in, you were still just a little boy, a crybaby with a runny nose all day long. You were so timid you didn't even dare to lift your head. I didn't expect that in the blink of an eye, endless years would have already passed."
Hearing this, Wu Tao smiled and nodded.
"Yes, ti flies like an arrow. We feel the weight of those words more than anyone else."
As he spoke, his expression grew slightly more serious, quite different from his usual lazy deanor.
"Sister Han."
"I ca to find you this ti because I wanted to ask..."
Halfway through his sentence, Mo Sihan had already picked up a piece of pastry with her chopsticks and placed it on his plate.
She instructed him with a smile, her eyes filled with the peaceful look of an elder.
"Eat first."
"Once we finish eating, I'll take you there. I haven't seen everyone in a long ti. How are the other little ones and those few doing now?"
Wu Tao paused upon hearing this, then smiled, nodded, and lifted his plate to accept the pastry.
"Alright, let's eat first."
"It's been a long ti since I've eaten with everyone, too."
He took a bite, and a fragrant taste lingered on his lips and teeth.
A fleeting look of enjoynt appeared in Wu Tao's eyes, and then he opened up, recounting everything in detail to Mo Sihan, who rested her chin on her hand and gazed at him.
"Our martial brothers have always been doing quite well. Most of them stay on the Shadow Island, doing what they need to do just like before. Master's great undertaking is nearing completion."
"Except for Eldest Senior Brother, who set off the earliest and seems to have already reached the end of the world, the rest of our martial brothers and junior sisters are all busy with their own affairs. On the surface, so are planting vegetables and others are cooking, but in reality, they are all secretly laying out their plans..."
Listening to his account, Mo Sihan nodded with a smile, her eyes filling with warmth.
Occasionally, she would ask about certain specific individuals.
"What about Little Eighteen? Is he still as hot-tempered?"
"Sigh, Junior Brother Hong's Great Dao is just like that; self-detonation is his path of combat. Lately, who knows where he blew himself up. It took several martial brothers quite a long ti to look for him..."
"Little Ten's physical body must be very strong by now, right?"
"Yeah, Junior Brother Bai is still the sa old way. He can clearly jump to another planet in a single leap, yet he insists that he doesn't know how to fly."
"Hahaha..."
"Pfft..."
As they chatted about everyone they knew, the atmosphere grew increasingly relaxed. Wu Tao spoke with enthusiasm, continuously making sharp, sarcastic complaints. Cheerful laughter rang out across the dining table, and even Mo Sihan chuckled lightly.
The two ate and chatted idly, as comfortable as family.
Towards the end.
Mo Sihan couldn't help but look up and sigh, her smile fading into a trace of faint lancholy.
"I often think about the days when we were all together. Those tis are truly worth missing."
Seeing Sister Han's sentintal look, Wu Tao also put down his chopsticks. Following her gaze, he looked up through the icy illusion, gazing at the endless sea of stars as night fell.
He nodded slightly, his tone firm.
"Yeah, too."
"We will return to the past together, and then everyone can reunite. That day is coming soon."
Hearing these words.
Mo Sihan put away her subtle emotions, elegantly wiping her fiery red lips with the corner of a napkin. As she stood up again, she had already restored her usual cold and glamorous deanor.
Without needing any verbal exchange, the two of them walked away from the dining table with resolute gazes.
There was no more sound, and the atmosphere suddenly turned solemn.
Just as they were about to set off.
The old n below the high platform also slowly focused their attention, their eyes full of curiosity.
Mo Sihan swept her clear eyes over them and spoke faintly.
"Since you have followed us here, and the ti is right, there are so things you ought to know. You will co with us shortly."
"However, no matter what you witness, you must brace yourselves and be fully ntally prepared."
These unfathomable words left the group completely bewildered. Had anyone else spoken them, it would have sounded like the senseless ravings of a madman. But coming from this particular person, it could only an that sothing truly extraordinary was about to unfold...
Instantly, the group grew incredibly tense, filled with apprehension regarding the unknown situation that lay ahead.
Within the space of a single breath.
Wild conjectures flooded their minds, accompanied by an ominous premonition that sothing monuntal was about to occur.
Yet, in the very next instant.
All of their theories were completely shattered by what they saw.
Mo Sihan simply gave a gentle wave of the hand.
The surrounding nightscape vanished without a trace, replaced entirely by a boundless sea of stars swirling around them!
The group was left utterly dumbfounded on the spot, unable to process such a colossal shift in their environnt. Initially, they assud it was so sort of illusion. But as they felt their bodies floating uncontrollably in the void, their hearts suddenly sank.
They hastily widened their eyes to scrutinize their surroundings, only to find that the massive planet looming before them looked strikingly familiar. The longer they stared, the more undeniable that sense of familiarity beca, leaving everyone frozen in a daze...
That was, until the leading Grand Commander broke the silence with a trembling voice!
"Is... is this our Blue Star!?"
