After reconstructing his physical form, he gently inhaled a wisp of the pink mist, his eyes lighting up.
"This stuff is actually pretty good."
He looked up at the guns set up at the four corners, scratched his palm open with a fingernail, pressed his hand to the ground, and let blood flow out, spreading in all directions.
At the sa ti, alarms blared from the Scorching Sun Departnt’s instrunts—the energy fluctuations were spiking rapidly.
The next instant, rippling pools of blood appeared on the ground. One by one, devils of all shapes and sizes burst out of the blood, howling in pain.
Within a dozen seconds, the street was swarming with masses of demons.
Once they appeared, the demons began fighting each other, blood splattering everywhere, severed limbs flying.
The Pain Demon Lord stood there, eyes half closed, quietly savoring the surge of agony gathering to him. His frail body and flagging powers now began to rapidly recover.
"Go, let us spread pain across the whole new world."
The Pain Demon Lord swept his arm. The devils pouring out all around him bellowed as they spread in every direction.
The guns mounted here kept firing. The specially optimized animal’s anesthetic really did work better than ordinary bullets.
If you shot these devils with regular bullets and failed to kill them in one hit, it would only make them stronger.
But a single custom tranquilizer dart would make a Little Demon stagger and then collapse, their power weakening with each dose.
