"Why are you yelling..." Vera Wave struggled fiercely. "Why are you looking for for no reason... I... I don't even know you..."

Kris Cooper was livid.
Looking at her dazed and bewildered face, Kris Cooper reached out, hoisted her up from the ground, and pulled her towards the restroom.
"You.....let go of ..."
She struggled, not wanting to go. He grabbed her, lifted her into his arms, and stord into the restroom.
Placing her on the washbasin, he cupped so cold water and splashed it onto her face.
"Snap out of it and explain! Where have you been all these years?"
The person he had longed for back then, the one who had promised to marry him, had suddenly disappeared without a trace. He had searched for her for six years, and now she claid not to know him...
"What the hell are you doing... let go of ..." A slightly sober Vera Wave, sensing danger, instinctively began to shout, "Help... help..."

Panicked, Kris Cooper pulled her into his arms and swiftly kissed her.
