"Alright, I’ll leave the matters of the shooting team to you, and also..."
Vera was halfway through her sentence when the phone on the table started ringing.
Since Wang Xiaoya was sitting closest to the table, she imdiately got up to answer the phone.
"Ashton Advertising Departnt."
"I’m looking for Vera."
"Okay, please hold on." Wang Xiaoya covered the receiver, "Boss, soone’s looking for you, and judging by the voice, it’s a real hottie!"
Soone looking for her?
Vera was montarily stunned, then guessed it was Kris Cooper calling, and quickly got up to pick up the receiver.
"Hello?"
"I just t with a client."
"Oh, no worries, I... just had a little sothing to talk about."
"What is it?"
"I..." Vera glanced at the three people beside her, "This morning, my manager assigned an office."
She found it quite odd, so she specifically called to ask Kris Cooper if it was his doing.
A newbie who’d just joined the company having their own office was indeed rather unconventional.
But in front of rlin Bradley and the others, she couldn’t say it outright, or else they’d suspect she had connections with the big BOSS.
Kris Cooper imdiately guessed her thoughts, "So... you think I arranged this?"
"Isn’t it?"
"It’s not."
"Don’t lie!"
"If I wanted to arrange an office for you, I would have done it on your first day, not now. Vera, even if you don’t believe in your abilities, you should trust my judgnt. The person I like has to be amazing."
Vera blushed a little.
"I have to attend a eting."
"Since you already have your own office, we should celebrate. Save so ti tonight, I want to go on a date with you."
"Okay," Vera softly agreed.
"Hang up the phone now."
She hung up the phone and looked at the three sitting by the sofa, quickly coughing before moving over.
"Sorry for making you all wait, let’s... continue!"
The four of them continued their discussion, finalizing the work steps and confirming all the specific details one by one.
After the eting concluded, the four imdiately sprang into action.
Ruben Campbell went to contact the shooting team, Wang Xiaoya was in charge of sketching the storyboard, and Vera joined rlin Bradley to find actors.
To economize, Vera intended to cast ordinary extras for all the roles this ti. Firstly, it would save costs to the greatest extent, and secondly, since these actors were fresh faces, it would help everyday viewers feel more imrsed, rather than feeling like they’re watching a performance as soon as they recognize famous actors.
With the tasks set, Vera grabbed her half-charged phone and headed out with rlin Bradley to look for extras.
As rlin Bradley opened the door, Kylo Sail was just about to knock.
Seeing him, rlin Bradley was a bit surprised, "What are you here for?"
"This isn’t your office!" Kylo Sail gave rlin Bradley a haughty look, pushed her aside, and stepped into the office with a smile, "Manager Zhou, I brought back so costics from my recent trip to Hong Kong..."
She was originally planning to gift the costics she bought to Sam Davis’s wife, hoping to curry favor with her superior. Seeing Vera stand up from behind the desk, Kylo Sail’s smile froze on her lips.
"What are you doing here?!"
"Doesn’t Planner Xu know?" rlin Bradley snorted lightly, "This is now our Planner Vera’s office."
