With a smirk, Kris Cooper asked.
"Is your arm okay?"
Maggie Clarke originally thought she would get another scolding, but was surprised by his words.
Could it be he’s not planning to pursue the matter, or does he think it’s just part of filming?
Relief washed over her, and she hurriedly smiled and replied.
"It’s nothing, nothing, just a little injury... It’s inevitable to get hurt while filming."
Beside her, Kenton Maverick lightly shook his head.
The Maverick Family and Cooper Family have been family friends; these two grew up together from wearing diapers to playing, how could he not know him well.
Seeing Kris Cooper smiling like that, he knew Maggie Clarke was done for.
