Kate Palr raised her lips, revealing a smile, and the appreciation in her eyes beca increasingly evident.

Everyone was originally chatting in small groups, but upon seeing Kate and Vera walk in, they imdiately stopped their discussions and turned to face the two of them.
Signaling Vera to sit in the chair to her left, Kate proceeded to stand in front of the head position of the conference table.
Surveying the room, she spoke sternly.
"I’ve called everyone here today to announce two things. I know you’re all busy, so I’ll keep it brief." Kate lifted her right hand and made a gesture of invitation, and Sam Davis imdiately stood up, "As you all know, Manager Xu from the Design Departnt is leaving due to pregnancy, and her duties will be taken over by Manager Davis."
Upon hearing this, everyone imdiately applauded in congratulations.
Sam Davis smiled and nodded towards everyone.
"Thank you. I’ve been working in the Planning Departnt and lack understanding of the Design Departnt’s work, so I ask the colleagues there to offer more assistance."
The departure of Manager Xu from the Design Departnt was well-known; his lateral move to manager was expected, so there was no particular reaction from anyone.
Now, everyone’s mind was more focused on the position of the Planning Departnt Manager.

"With Manager Davis taking over the Design Departnt, Vera Wave will take over the Planning Departnt."
