Carrying her computer towards the Planning Departnt, Little Wang pouted, "This one sure knows how to make her presence felt. Just joined the company and already wants to climb ranks. If it were , I wouldn’t give her such a chance."
"Exactly!" rlin Bradley agreed.
Vera Wave smiled, "Honestly, I’m quite grateful to her."
Little Wang and rlin Bradley looked at her in confusion. They couldn’t understand how she could be thankful after being questioned.
"I also think that Archie’s doubts aren’t entirely bad for Vera." Ruben Campbell, who had been in the workplace for a long ti, thought deeply, "With Vera’s current status, she’ll definitely face skepticism from others, they just don’t dare say it out loud. "Alright, let’s start preparing. First, research the information for this new project, then we’ll have a eting to discuss and draft a work plan!" She checked her watch, "In an hour, everyone et in my office for the eting."
"Isn’t your office too small?" rlin Bradley glanced around at everyone, "Should we go to the conference room?"
"Archie’s place is even smaller, let’s leave the conference room for her!" Vera Wave smiled, "We can squeeze in."
At this mont, Archie Perkin had already entered with her team and happened to overhear Vera Wave’s comnt, her eyes flickering with a different color.
"Alright, see you all later!"
Vera Wave turned around and entered her office.
Sitting by the table, she imdiately opened her computer to start gathering information on the company’s new project.
Just as she opened the webpage, her phone rang, and she saw it was a call from Rowan Nichols, she hurriedly answered.
"Director Li?"
"Vera, there’s no problem visiting Eriwald this weekend, right?"
"This... Can I get back to you later?"
She had promised Kris Cooper to et his parents; he only ntioned the weekend without specifying a day, she still needed to discuss it with him.
