When did this girl co back?
Kris Cooper’s heart skipped a beat. He hastily put down the piano and ran outside, rushing to the window to hold Vera Wave’s arm.
"Vera?!"
Vera opened her eyes and looked at Kris Cooper in front of her, still a bit dazed.
A mont later, she excitedly jumped over and hugged his neck.
"Honey, I rember!"
With just one sentence from the little girl, Kris Cooper’s heart tightened into a knot.
She rembered?!
"You..." He pulled away the little girl’s arms from his neck, frowning as he anxiously watched her not-so-excited face, "Did you rember everything?"
"Not entirely." The little girl frowned a bit helplessly but soon grew excited again, "But I rembered a lot of things. That song, you learned it for , didn’t you?"
It seems she truly rembered!
With a light nod, Kris Cooper felt both excited and a little anxious, while also feeling so guilt.
Why did he have to play the piano? If she really rembered everything, wouldn’t that include that incident?
Thinking of this, he cautiously asked, "Besides this, what else did you rember?"
The little girl didn’t speak, then suddenly turned around and rushed into the room across the way where the miscellaneous items were stored, Kris Cooper hurriedly followed.
Entering through the door, Vera walked in slowly, reaching out her hand to touch the things placed in the room.
In her mind, a chaotic scene imdiately surged out. She tried to control her emotions and picked up a music box from the table, opening it in her hand.
Kris Cooper followed her in, watching her closely, not daring to disturb her, simply watching her quietly.
After a long ti, Vera finally turned her face, "This was from the ti in xico, and you bought it from a little girl, right?"
"That’s right."
She then put down the music box and picked up a CD from the side, frowning as she carefully sorted through the chaotic mories in her mind.
Saying it was simple, but it wasn’t really an easy thing to do.
Her temples throbbed with a constant dull pain. It was as if a door had been suddenly opened, and too many things were pouring out from behind it, and she had to put those mories in order, piece by piece, like a ticulous organizer...
Seeing her eyes closed, her small face pale, and her brows furrowed, Kris Cooper finally couldn’t hold back any longer and rushed forward to take the CD from her hand.
"What are you doing?!" Disturbed by him, Vera opened her eyes with so annoyance, "I almost rembered just now."
"Co with to the hospital!" Kris Cooper pulled her towards the outside as he fished out his phone, "Andre, are you there... get to the hospital imdiately..."
Now that she’s suddenly rembering, whether the result is good or bad for her, he couldn’t be certain, and whether her thod was scientific or would cause any harm to her brain, he didn’t know either.
He couldn’t let her take the risk, so the first thing he thought of was to seek help from Andre Colin.
On the other end of the line, Andre Colin asked gently, "What happened?"
"Vera..." Kris Cooper glanced at Vera walking beside him as he held her hand, "She... rembered!"
"Take her to the hospital, to my office, I’ll be there right away."
Kris Cooper led Vera to the front courtyard, just in ti to see Grandma and Mrs. Feng standing there, tending to the grapevine.
Seeing this scene, Vera imdiately rembered so related mories.
