She gave him two nudges and leaned closer to his face, "I didn’t either. Even when I was with Harry Snowpine, we just held hands, never even kissed. Except for you, I reject all other n. Probably because deep down I still rember the promises I made to you!"
She chuckled lightly, but Kris Cooper’s eyes revealed a touch of heartache.
Now that she is gradually recovering her mory, will she rember that incident?
"What are you thinking about?"
Seeing his expression, the young girl asked in confusion.

Vera did not sleep in. She would be flying to the United States in the afternoon. Before going to the United States, she wanted to take Kris Cooper to visit her parents’ grave.
One reason was to pay respects to her parents, and the other was to announce such a significant matter as marriage to them, to give her parents resting in peace an explanation.
Of course, she couldn’t tell Grandma Wave about this; the old lady still ******** believed her son was on a business trip abroad.
Vera only told Grandma Wave she was going to visit her mother’s grave. Grandma Wave originally intended to accompany her, but Vera used her inconvenient health as an excuse not to let her co along.
Fortunately, with the elder’s mind not being as sharp now, she soon forgot about it and was supported by Mrs. Li to go for a walk outside.
After buying a bouquet from the flower shop, Vera and Kris Cooper headed to the cetery in the suburbs.
This cetery was purchased by Vera’s father when Vera’s mother passed away, and even Vera’s grandfather’s remains had been moved here. Vera’s mother and father were buried together.
Vera placed a bouquet in front of her grandfather’s grave and paid her respects before leading Kris Cooper to her parents’ grave.
Vera crouched down and carefully placed the lilies she held against the tombstone.
"Dad, Mom... Today I brought Kris over because I wanted to tell you both that I’m getting married." Her fingers gently stroked the cool tombstone as Vera turned to look at Kris Cooper not far away, then returned her gaze, "Actually, we’ve been together for a long ti; back then, I was afraid you’d be upset, so I didn’t dare tell you... Dad, please don’t be mad at ."
Six years ago, because she was too young and worried her father would oppose her dating so early, she and Kris Cooper dated secretly, hidden from her father.
