Watching the two concerned pairs of eyes, Vera Wave nodded gently.
"Alright, I’ll be good!"
Seeing them off and sitting down to paint, Christoper Cooper reminded Kris Cooper a couple more tis before watching the car drive away. He imdiately turned with Bailey Hansen to walk towards the nearby surveillance center.
Kris Cooper took Vera Wave back to the old mansion, where Henry Cooper was waiting in the living room. Hearing the door open, he imdiately ca forward, and upon seeing Vera and Kris walk in, the old man silently breathed a sigh of relief.
Kris Cooper feared he might ask too much and hurried to give the old man a look, "Grandpa, I’ll take Vera upstairs first."
Henry Cooper nodded imdiately, "Yes, go ahead."
Taking Vera to the upstairs bedroom, Kris Cooper casually pulled off his dirty clothes and guided her into the changing room to switch to loose-fitting loungewear, then brought her to the bedside to lie down.
"Now close your eyes." Sitting beside her, he comfortingly stroked her hair, "Relax... deep breath... yes... good... relax... I promise, I’ll find Grandma Wave safe and sound..."
Leaning against his leg, Vera slowly closed her eyes.
After a whole day of being tense, she could finally relax a bit, and fatigue quickly arose, curling up next to him, she gradually drifted into dreamland.
Watching her fall asleep, Kris Cooper carefully dimd the bedside lamp, then fell into deep thought in the dimness.
Irene Spencer... where could she have put Grandma Wave?

When Vera left, he was at a eting. Calculating the ti, from when Irene picked up Grandma Wave by the river until she reached the villa, there wasn’t much ti; even if there was no traffic on the way, she couldn’t have driven too far.
Thus, deducing this, Grandma Wave’s current location must be within a half-hour’s drive.

Based on these conditions, Kris Cooper quickly identified a region on the map.
With Irene Spencer’s cautious nature, she certainly wouldn’t randomly place Grandma Wave anywhere. The location must be familiar to her, a place she could control.
Thinking of this, Kris Cooper reached into a drawer and pulled out all of Irene Spencer’s previous records.
Flipping through them, he took out a sheet showing Irene Spencer’s property details in Jingcheng.
He compared carefully but didn’t find any address eting the criteria within these properties.
It’s impossible that the addresses on these properties haven’t been checked by the police.
Irene Spencer definitely wouldn’t place Grandma Wave in a hotel; the whole city is searching, and if she were in a hotel, soone would surely see her.
