Above, the torn black vortex didn’t collapse despite the summoner’s power fading—it was held steady by an even greater force.

The mysterious seventh-rank wizard calmly braced the ethereal portal, as if it were a trivial task.

He even exerted more force, slowly widening it!

The Sage’s face crumbled.

The dizzying fall from triumph to hell, stomped into its depths, shattered his supposedly resilient heart.

Beyond the incomprehensible seventh-rank wizard, the island’s outer skies were now filled with countless wizards of varied forms!

So wreathed in flas, others treading frost, so surrounded by alchemical constructs.

Yet, without exception, their energy fluctuations were at least third-rank!

The Sage couldn’t fathom how or when these cursed figures appeared.

It was as if they’d been there from the start, like theatergoers watching a play, ignored due to so unknown force!

Now, these “spectators” wore expressions of excitent, greed, and fervor.

No wonder—for wizards, stumbling upon a new, unknown world with notable strength was a jackpot!

Like a mortal finding a treasury of gold!

Jie Ming, arms crossed, stood beside David.

Gazing at the seventh-rank wizard whose re presence made the sky tremble, he clicked his tongue, awestruck.

This was the wizard civilization’s true elite!

When they realized the Sage used a power outside Noren Workshop and Elosia’s systems, Jie Ming and David suspected he’d contacted an unknown “external entity.”

His life force plundering and remote sacrifices were perfect for communing with evil gods as a sacrificial ritual.

A bold idea, but not impossible in the wizard world.

After all, sixth-rank beings could navigate the chaotic void for short trips.

Other systems struggled in the void, but seventh-rank beings could travel long distances.

And the vast multiverse wasn’t labeled “Property of the Wizard Civilization.”

A developing civilization could accidentally extend its influence into a remote wizard-controlled plane.

So, two years ago, upon spotting these clues, Jie Ming and David reported everything to the academy.

The academy’s response was far greater than they’d imagined!

The report drew out Avery Knight, the never-seen seventh-rank soul wizard and dean of Elosia’s Noren Academy!

He abandoned a critical research project, secretly trailing Jie Ming and David for two years, using them as bait for the bigger fish.

With his soul-manipulating prowess, Dean Avery Knight cloaked all high-rank wizards interested in “otherworld coordinates,” hiding their presence!

This created the spectacle of “the oriole watches the mantis”!

Dean Avery Knight radiated imnse power, stabilizing the unstable portal while infiltrating his terrifying soul force through it.

Across worlds, he pumled the “Destroyer Demon”!

Jie Ming watched, heart racing, remarking, “Incredible! That summoned civilization knows our wizard na… their strength must be formidable.”

David nodded in agreent.

To Jie Ming, the wizard civilization was obscure in the multiverse.

Their ruthlessness left few survivors.

Entire civilizations were harvested as experintal material or resources.

No survivors, no fa.

Yet, this “Destroyer Demon” clearly knew and feared wizards.

Their civilization must have fought wizards and survived!

Whatever their escape thod, it ant their strength was significant!

As they marveled, Dean Avery Knight’s “battle” with the Destroyer Demon neared its end.

Or rather, his one-sided thrashing of the unfortunate demon!

Though both hands stabilized the portal, limiting complex spells, his soul-level combat overwheld the demon!

When other wizards joined, casting stabilizing runes to secure the portal, the outco was sealed.

With hands freed, Dean Avery Knight reached into the vortex!

The next mont, Jie Ming saw a writhing, indescribable black mist, radiating endless destruction, shrieking as it was yanked out like a radish!

The mist’s screams were pitiful, like a girl surrounded by thugs.

Yet, its aura—a staggering eighth-rank presence—confird its title as “Destroyer Demon”!

Its passive decay-inducing aura made Jie Ming’s body falter.

Unimpeded, it could annihilate an entire plane cluster alone!

Normally, sealing this eighth-rank demon and stabilizing the portal to map its world’s coordinates would spark a lucrative planar war!

But the demon knew its fate.

It frantically tried signaling its civilization about the stable wizard-world channel.

All ssages were blocked by Dean Avery Knight’s soul field!

With no resistance left and its soul bound, the demon’s chaotic will erupted in desperate resolve.

It roared, “Wizards!!! I won’t let you win! I’ll protect my world!!”

In Jie Ming’s stunned gaze, the eighth-rank demon, shouting about “protection” and “hope,” self-detonated!

Pure, devastating energy erupted from the mist’s core, carrying a terrifying aura capable of destroying an entire plane.

“Tch! Troubleso!” Dean Avery Knight reacted instantly.

With a cold snort, he conjured thousands of glowing soul seals, caging the cataclysmic explosion in a tiny radius.

Not a shred escaped!

He even casually extracted fragnts of the demon’s eighth-rank essence from the blast’s core.
