Now reading: Chapter 298: Reversal from I Arrived At Wizard World While Cultivating Immortality, a Fantasy novel by 食草凯门鳄.

The newly arrived Tier-6 wizard wasted no words, gathering imnse power.

His palms, imbued with the paradoxical forces of destruction and creation, tore fiercely along the path Balsa had ripped open!

Buzz…

The space groaned under the strain, the shrinking rift forcibly widened, even expanding slightly.

With a flash, the wizard darted into the passage, joining Balsa.

The two Tier-6 wizards stood shoulder to shoulder amidst the raging torrent of energy and endless tallic tide.

Yet they did not recklessly plunge into the Giant Spirit Realm’s depths, choosing instead the most cautious and arduous tactic—holding their ground and awaiting reinforcents.

Like two silent reefs, they stood resolute, unmoved by provocation, enduring the Giant Spirit Realm’s unleashed fury.

With their bodies, they anchored the initial gateway to victory and destruction for the wizard army.

Jie Ming watched the two unyielding figures standing firm under relentless bombardnt, knowing the critical mont was near.

Whether they could truly enter the Giant Spirit Realm and reap resources and rits depended on whether these two could hold until more reinforcents arrived.

Before Jie Ming could ponder further plans, a piercing alarm blared through the legion’s command network into his mind.

Warning!

Large-scale enemy units detected approaching rapidly from the flanks and rear!

Clearly, the Giant Spirit Realm recognized the torn barrier as a lethal threat.

Not only did the internal defenders surge toward Balsa’s passage like mad, but fleets from other contested zones outside the plane detached massive flanking forces.

Like sharks scenting blood, these warships charged toward Jie Ming’s “vanguard remnant.”

Their intent was to crush this deadly “wedge” from both sides!

“Prepare to engage!”

No further orders were needed. The surviving wizards suppressed their exhaustion, rallying their dwindling fodder troops to form a sparse but stubborn defense line.

Jie Ming took a deep breath, reactivating the Great Radiance Formation, its glow now dimr than its peak.

His internal factory operated at overdrive, churning out fresh runic artifacts to fill the formation’s gaps.

In an instant, the flas of war reignited.

Energy beams sliced through the void, explosions flaring endlessly.

Jie Ming conserved his strength, directing the Great Radiance Formation for precise strikes and area suppression.

He also commanded a newly spawned cluster of Prowlers for suicidal intercepts, slowing the enemy fleet’s advance.

Every second drained his precious reserves; every mont saw wizards or their constructs reduced to ash.

Pressure surged like a tide.

anwhile, within the planar barrier’s passage, Balsa’s situation didn’t ease with the second Tier-6 wizard’s support.

“Get out of our world!”

A roar of fury and resolve accompanied a towering chanical golem charging forward.

Its energy signature reached Tier-6, wielding a laser greatsword brimming with destructive power—one of the Giant Spirit Realm’s top native champions.

It swung the sword with world-rending force, slashing at Balsa!

Yet the blade, capable of cleaving mountains and evaporating seas, struck Balsa’s seemingly fragile invisible shield, failing to ripple it, as if swallowed by endless void.

The golem’s operator—a sli-like creature with imnse ntal strength—felt its pupils constrict in disbelief.

Worse, rely approaching Balsa allowed a sinister, toxic energy fluctuation to bypass its vaunted defensive field, eroding its life essence!

It burned its life force frantically to resist the law-infused corrosion, to little avail.

Balsa didn’t even glance at the enemy, casually raising a hand and pressing down.

Crack!

The laser greatsword shattered into scattered light.

The hand continued, descending toward the golem.

“Damn you!!!”

The native champion roared in desperate defiance, channeling all its energy into one point, charging forward instead of retreating!

Then, Balsa’s palm pressed lightly.

Boom!

Like a swatted fly, the massive golem flew backward faster than it ca.

Terrifying force disintegrated it midair, exposing the writhing sli within.

As Balsa’s power spread, both the resilient tal and the lifeform dissolved, annihilated, and vanished completely.

One strike instantly killed an enemy of equal energy signature.

Balsa’s expression remained impassive, as if it were trivial.

He swung another palm, invisible force spreading, pulverizing thousands of Tier-5 enemies into dust.

“Those guys still haven’t caught up?!” Balsa roared irritably.

His voice shattered nearby low-tier native creatures, their bodies twisting and collapsing as if crushed by an invisible hand.

Clearly, his mastery was over sound-related laws.

“Lord Oboros is coordinating; the others should arrive soon,” the supporting Tier-6 wizard replied calmly.

By now, Balsa’s entire body had “squeezed” out of the rift’s narrowest point, replaced by the second wizard anchoring the passage’s critical node.

Feeling his body freed, Balsa let out a deafening laugh. “Hahaha… I’ll make you pay a heavier price!”

Despite his words, after a few casual attacks, he remained firmly at the rift’s forefront.

He bore the brunt of the fiercest assaults, easing the burden on his ally.

“Foreign god, don’t get too arrogant!”

A grander, terror-laden roar echoed from afar.

A chanical golem, several tis larger than the last, like a tallic star, wielded a greatsword and tore through space, charging forth!

Its energy signature reached Tier-7!

The true formidable enemy had arrived!

Balsa’s eyes narrowed, his guard up.

The Tier-7 golem’s sword, drawing on the Giant Spirit Realm’s native power, carved black spatial cracks wherever it passed.

Balsa’s palms danced, invisible soundwaves forming the sharpest blades and sturdiest barriers, clashing furiously with the sword’s light.

Each clash unleashed devastating energy shockwaves, ravaging the surroundings.

Nearby low-tier native warships and beasts, rely grazed by stray energy, were instantly vaporized or reduced to tallic dust.

As the energy storm subsided, both figures erged.

Balsa’s energy shield fluctuated wildly, his robe’s edges slightly tattered, looking sowhat disheveled.

But the Tier-7 golem was worse off—several massive arms broken, its heavy armor webbed with cracks, one leg component disintegrated by soundwave laws, its movents visibly hindered.

Wizard civilization, with its deep understanding and efficient use of laws, often fought above their tier.

Though Tier-6, Balsa’s soundwave sorcery naturally countered the Giant Spirit Realm’s reliance on precise chanical structures and energy conduction.

In this brief clash, the Tier-7 native suffered greatly.

Yet, Balsa and his ally’s expressions didn’t lighten—they grew grimr.

In the distance, three more Tier-7 auras, equal or stronger, approached the battlefield at alarming speed!

“Invader! Your corpse will be the grandest trophy in my temple!” the damaged Tier-7 golem’s ntal wave taunted.

The two Tier-6 wizards stood silent, resolute, guarding the rift.

Outside the plane, other wizard legions sensed the crisis, intensifying their assaults to divert more enemies and ease the pressure here.

At this critical juncture…

Buzz!!!

A powerful sorcery fluctuation, distinct from both the Giant Spirit Realm’s power and Balsa’s, surged from the other end of the rift!

The healing rift, driven by the plane’s rules, was forcibly held open by a cold, nihilistic force.

A colossal head, seemingly ford of writhing shadows, slowly erged from the rift.

Its diater exceeded ten kiloters, its features blurred, with only two glowing points like eyes scanning the battlefield.

It first looked at Balsa, whose ntal state was slightly disrupted, and spoke in a voice that grated like tal, striking the soul directly:

“Balsa, well done.”

Then, its glowing eyes turned to the steel-and-fire-laden continent below, with a hint of scrutiny and curiosity:

“So… this is the Giant Spirit Realm?”

The shadow giant grasped the rift’s edge, forcibly squeezing its massive form through.

Following it, the passage trembled violently as one Tier-6 wizard aura after another forced their way in!

Soon, including Balsa and the initial supporter, six Tier-6 wizards gathered—nearly half the expedition’s high-end forces!

The remaining high-tier wizards couldn’t join, bound by maintaining law-stabilized domains; six was the limit.

Balsa glanced at the arriving reinforcents, then at the stunned Giant Spirit Realm natives, their assault faltering, and a chilling smile spread across his face:

“Now… it’s your turn to flee!”
