Even if she doesn’t answer, the Dark Elf girl in front of her had almost guessed the truth.

As for why there suddenly appeared a ground entrance to the Salvador Forbidden Land deep within the Underground City, it’s not sothing impossible.

The Underground City is quite a special area, although located beneath the continent’s surface, its position and space are chaotic and disorderly.

Of course, this doesn’t an that the Underground City is akin to a spatial turbulence, but rather that the areas within the Underground City cannot correspond one-to-one with the surface.

For example, entering through one entrance of the Underground City, one might continue descending, but suddenly encounter another entrance leading back to the surface.

Logically speaking, this is absolutely impossible, but it occurs in the Underground City.

Therefore, currently all maps of the Underground City can only be recorded based on each entrance as a standard, making it nearly impossible to correlate different maps of the Underground City one-to-one.

It is precisely because of this reason that only high-level Teleportation Scrolls can directly exit the Underground City and return to the surface.

Pascal knew about this situation, so he did not doubt the Dark Elf girl’s speculation.

"What more do you know about the Salvador Forbidden Land?"

"Ah, not much, really."

The Dark Elf girl leaned on a nearby rock wall, smiling as she spoke:

"The Salvador Forbidden Land is an extrely dangerous place. Even we almost never enter this area."

"The magic beasts wandering in the Salvador Forbidden Land are too troubleso to deal with. It’s fortunate that those beasts remain within the Forbidden Land."

"No matter how many of these magic beasts are killed, they never end, so this area was simply abandoned."

"So, in which faction’s area is this entrance to the Underground City located?"

"In the Kingdom of Telan."

Without hesitation, Pascal replied crisply.

She wasn’t lying.

Gray Stone City is just a small city on the edge of the Kingdom of Telan, but the entire Telan Kingdom is a domain of the Pan Continent Mage Association.

"A human kingdom can react so quickly and even dispatch adventurer squads like yours?"

The Dark Elf girl squinted at Pascal, speaking teasingly.

Pascal did not respond, but instead imdiately raised another question.

"Didn’t you say there would be many magic beasts roaming the Salvador Forbidden Land? Why haven’t we encountered any?"

"Well... actually, we find it strange, too."

Discussing this, the Dark Elf girl beca serious, speaking earnestly:

"The magic beasts in the Salvador Forbidden Land are extrely dangerous. Although these beasts do not leave the Forbidden Land, we always have personnel watching over the situation in the Salvador Forbidden Land."

"Recently, we suddenly discovered that the wandering magic beasts in the Salvador Forbidden Land had all disappeared. Worried sothing might be wrong, I was sent to check the situation and find the reason."

"By the looks of it, haven’t those beasts all passed through the Underground City passages and reached the surface?"

Facing the Dark Elf’s inquiry, Pascal hesitated for a mont, then said:

"...Indeed, magic beasts have traveled through the Underground City passages to the surface, attacking surrounding cities, but when dawn breaks, these beasts return to the Underground City."

"So, that’s strange. I obviously didn’t find any traces of those beasts’ activities. What’s going on?"

The Dark Elf girl spoke, sowhat perplexed.

Just as Pascal was about to continue questioning, she suddenly felt a tingling sensation spread through her body, and her hands gripping the magic wand felt unsteady.

What’s happening, is there danger?!

Pascal’s expression changed, instantly realizing what was happening.

Did this Dark Elf act secretly?

But she had been maintaining various early warning spells, and there was no magic power fluctuation!?

It seed to notice Pascal’s abnormal expression, the Dark Elf girl smiled and waved her dagger, her figure suddenly retreated and beca a shadow blending into the wall.

"You are indeed cautious, making use such a precious spore dicine powder."

"How does it feel to have your body paralyzed and numbed?"

Pascal’s teammates also noticed Pascal’s abnormal state, and simultaneously started to feel a tingling sensation in their bodies.

"Everyone else, be on guard and prepare to attack. Van Buren, quickly use the scroll!"

Pascal tightly gripped the magic wand to support herself, feeling the growing paralysis, she hurriedly spoke.

"A High-level Teleportation Scroll, what extravagance!"

The voice of the Dark Elf girl echoed through the passage, seemingly not in any hurry.

Standing beside Pascal, Van Buren hurriedly attempted to activate the teleportation scroll in his hands, but he just discovered the paralyzing feeling surged to his core, directly interrupting his magic power output.

"Don’t struggle, this powder was given to by the Lady. You still have a long way to go to resist."

"Be good and co back with ; the Lady is very interested in you."

The warriors in good condition and the two stalkers still tried to make an effort, forcibly trying to kill the Dark Elf.

But no matter how they searched, they could not find the opponent’s trace.

The opponent seed to have rged with the shadows in the Underground City, disappearing without a trace.

Soon, the five-person squad collapsed on the ground, unable to move.

It was only then that the Dark Elf girl reappeared, smiling and walking over, kicking Van Buren on the side.

Pascal struggled to lift her head, barely speaking to the Elf girl before her:

"So... were the things you ntioned before... all lies?"

"So were true, so were false, but do you still have the mood to care about this now?"

The Elf girl shook her head, squatting down, looking curiously at Pascal and said:

"You look quite pretty. I wonder if the Lady could grant you to ."

"Rest assured, I will take good care of you!"

"Is this really the Salvador Forbidden Land?"

"So stubborn."

The girl shook her head and said:

"Indeed it is, but this Forbidden Land was built by the Divine Envoy Salvador, and we are its absolute rulers."

"This Salvador, is he the Divine Envoy of Rose?"

"Of course... Who is it?!"

The Dark Elf girl instinctively was about to answer but suddenly realized the voice was not from Pascal in front of her.

She swiftly turned around, and saw a middle-aged man standing there.

The man was dressed in a simple gray robe, looking at her calmly.

He seed like an ordinary person, yet exuded an aura that filled the girl with fear.

Just like the Lady’s feeling!

He’s a Legend!

The Elf girl instantly realized, respectfully greeting him:

"Honorable Legendary Crown, Kaelina sends you the most sincere greetings, please forgive Kaelina’s offense."

"Lift the abnormal status on them; I have so questions to ask you."

"Yes, Honorable Crown."

The Dark Elf girl Kaelina said truthfully, then took out a bottle of black-gray liquid, making Pascal and others drink it.

Before long, Pascal and others recovered.

At this ti, they no longer paid attention to Kaelina but obediently stayed aside.

The Legend in front of them they knew; he was the Association’s Bitter Reciter, mber Bren!

They did not expect a Legendary mber to be following them!

Looking at Pascal on the side, they also began to speculate.

Because this mber Bren seed to share the sa surna with Captain Pascal?

Pascal, however, appeared sowhat sullen and depressed.

Bren glanced at Pascal, nodded, and began inquiring Kaelina for relevant information.

In the passage not far from Bren and Pascal, there stood a figure blending in with the shadows.

Quietly watching Bren and the others, without catching the attention of the Bitter Reciter, Bren.

anwhile, twenty ters behind this figure, Lis stood there, curiously observing everything before him.

This Legendary Dark Elf... was specifically setting traps for the Legend of the Association?

Interesting!

Just not sure who will be the final oriole to laugh last!
