Capítulo 1477: Chapter 829: Savior of the Association? (Part 2)

Is the Pan-Continent Mage Association his ho?

Even if the next mont the First Speaker, the Master of Ti Traces, Lord Osiris appeared and admitted that Lis was his illegitimate child, others would not be too surprised.

However, just as everyone’s attention in the association was focused on Lis, he did not appear from beginning to end.

The Source of All Magic was the sa, developing steadily as before, as if nothing had happened.

With the presence of the Third Speaker, Tarinda, the Pan-Continent Mage Association quickly stabilized, as if nothing had occurred.

However, everyone in their hearts knew that the Pan-Continent Mage Association had begun to move in a completely different direction.

Feis Kingdom, a small border town,

In this forgotten borderland, there was once an ordinary and remote small town.

Located at the edge of the plateau in the Southern Kingdom of Feis, it was far from strife, where ti passed slowly, and the residents led a simple and honest life, working at sunrise and resting at sunset.

However, at this mont, the small town had completely changed, shrouded in a terrifying and eerie scarlet hue.

The last rays of sunset had been devoured by darkness, as if the entire city had fallen into an endless abyss.

The usual hustle and bustle of the streets had long disappeared, replaced by an eerie silence.

The once lively market now consisted only of broken stalls and scattered goods, emitting a pungent stench after being soaked in blood.

The doors and windows of most houses were broken, and a cold wind howled through them, emitting a bizarre moaning sound, as if the city was groaning in pain.

Everyone in the small town seed to have vanished into thin air, leaving no trace.

Only trickling blood remained, flowing freely on the city’s streets.

The blood gathered into small streams, winding through the streets and alleys, finally converging at the city’s center.

It seed like a living demon, constantly rolling and surging, as if about to engulf the entire city in a sea of blood.

Every drop of blood seed to contain endless pain and despair, sending chills down one’s spine.

In this city shrouded in blood, only a few people dressed in black robes remained.

Their figures looked particularly mysterious and sinister in the dim light, as if they were ssengers from Hell.

These people wore black masks, revealing only pairs of eyes flashing with eerie light, making it impossible to see their true faces.

They slowly walked towards the city’s center where an altar made of piled white bones stood.

That altar was tall and terrifying, with each bone symbolizing a curse, emitting a cold and evil aura.

The bones interlocked to form a complex and bizarre pattern, as if signifying so mysterious strength.

At the top of the altar lay a huge black crystal, emitting a ghostly light, seemingly containing endless dark power, constantly attracting everything around it.

Several of the black-robed figures silently ca to the altar. The leading person slowly raised both hands, palms up, and began to chant a mysterious spell in an ancient and hoarse language.

The others stood around the altar in a circle, whispering along.

Their voices intertwined, forming a strange wave of sound that echoed through the silent city.

“We are here to offer our most devout respect to the great Master of Blood Shadow, Atos!”

The leading black-robed person suddenly shouted loudly, his voice filled with fanaticism and reverence.

As his voice fell, the other black-robed figures took out daggers gleaming with cold light from their bosoms.

They unhesitatingly stabbed the daggers into their wrists, and blood gushed out, dripping onto the altar.

The blood flowed along the gaps in the bones, as if guided by an invisible force, converging beside the black crystal at the top of the altar.

“Great Asathos, you are the source of darkness, the ruler of blood.

With our own blood as a guide, we open this passage to your Divine Domain.”

The leading black-robed person continued to pray, his voice trembling with excitent.

“The lives in this city have all beco your faithful sacrifices, their blood will nourish your strength, their souls will forever be imprisoned in your darkness.”

“We beg you to grant us supre power, to beco your ssengers in the world, spreading your terror and majesty to every corner.

Let those who dare to offend you turn to dust in your fury.”

The other black-robed people also shouted in unison, their eyes gleaming with madness, as if they already saw the glorious scene of obtaining the Evil God Power bestowed upon them.

At that mont, an inexplicable and majestic force quietly descended.

It carried a dignity that transcended the mundane, yet subtly exuded an extrely evil aura,

echoing in the depths of everyone’s soul like the whispers of Ancient Gods.

This power seed alive, shuttling among the ruins of the city, making even the air tremble where it passed, as if the entire city was responding to its call.

Under its influence, the previously calm and undisturbed city suddenly beca extraordinarily eerie.

Guided by this force, the Blood River flowing throughout the city seed alive, winding and crossing streets and bypassing buildings, ultimately pointing to the white bone altar in the city’s center.

Witnessing this, the expressions of the black-robed people beca extrely excited, their eyes gleaming with fanatical light, as if they saw the long-dread-of strength beckoning to them.

They knew this was a sign that the sacrificial ritual was about to reach its climax.

Once the Blood River completely gathered at the altar, they could, through this ancient ritual, offer their most devout respect to the supre lord, thus receiving the ultimate gift and power.

However, just as everyone was imrsed in the thrill of impending success, an unexpected change occurred.

The Blood River, originally converging towards the city center with unstoppable montum, suddenly seed like its throat was choked by so invisible force, the flow slowed dramatically until it completely stopped.

Imdiately following, an even more shocking scene unfolded.

The Blood River began to evaporate at a speed visible to the naked eye, turning into wisps of smoke, quickly disappearing into the air, as if it had never existed.

With the total disappearance of the Blood River, the entire sacrificial ceremony seed to lose all support, abruptly halting as if a shell had been stripped of its soul.

The frenzy on the faces of the black-robed people was instantly replaced by bewildernt and fear. They looked at each other, unable to believe what had happened.

What’s going on?

Had the consciousness succeeded?

Then why had they not received the Lord’s bestowed power?

As the black-robed people were filled with doubts and looked around cautiously like startled birds, trying to catch a trace of unusual aura in the thick darkness, a graceful figure unexpectedly appeared above the altar.

It was a girl in a blood-colored princess dress, her figure lithe yet exuding a formidable presence not to be underestimated.

She stood at the edge of the altar, surveying those black-robed people with horrified expressions below, her eyes filled with intense disgust.

Then, she moved her right leg, drawing a beautiful arc in the air before fiercely stomping onto the white bone altar beneath her.

This seemingly casual kick actually contained an extrely terrifying strength.

Though her figure was petite and appeared insignificant compared to the towering and sinister white bone altar,

the mont her foot made contact with the altar, it seed to suffer a heavy blow, beginning to tremble violently.

The black-robed people gasped, so even trying to step forward to stop her, only to find themselves utterly immobilized by the terrifying force.

Subsequently, under the girl’s decisive and powerful kick, the white bone altar finally collapsed, raising a cloud of dust and bone fragnts.

“Alright, with this disgusting thing taken care of, before sending you to et your master, I want to ask a question first.”

The girl shook her foot, dusting off the dirt before continuing:

“Which direction is Danerluo Port?”
