"All just leaves and stems?" Su Bai raised his eyebrows slightly and continued to ask, "What sort of wild beasts are running about over there?"

He wanted to understand exactly what their living situation was like. By learning about their living habits, he could better prepare for future interactions.

"Yellow Sand Beasts and so other wild beasts." She said with her eyes still fixed on the food being roasted by the campfire, clearly not having eaten her fill yet.

"Continue eating." Su Bai waved his hand and continued, "Would you like to co to our Tribe?"

He noticed these few people were still children, about the sa age as Yan Hua and the others.

"Go to your Tribe?" The purple haired girl was stunned.

She had been holding a skewer of at, but upon hearing these words, she froze.

"Shaman, is this wise?" Yan Hua felt it might be dangerous.

"It’s fine. They aren’t bad people; they just need food." Su Bai calmly said.

The purple haired girl blinked her purple eyes and said. "We have many people."

"Many people? How many?" Su Bai was pleasantly surprised, not expecting this unexpected gain. Having more people would be good as they would provide labour. He had assud there were only the four of them.

"Altogether there are over a hundred people. We’ve been stuck here for quite a long ti…" Said the purple haired girl.

"A hundred or more can all co to our Tribe, if you’re willing." Su Bai nodded.

The purple haired girl could hardly believe her ears and asked again, "Really?"

"Of course what I say is true. If you’re all willing, you can all co," Su Bai nodded with certainty.

"But we don’t have anything to give you." The purple haired girl’s expression was sowhat troubled.

"As long as you’re willing to work, that’s fine. If you’re willing to work, you’ll receive food." Su Bai said. He truly did not care if they had anything to offer; he just wanted them to add to his labour force. Bringing labour to the Tribe was the most important thing for him at this mont.

"That works for us. We are all tough and strong; we can help you with work." The purple haired girl nodded repeatedly.

She had thought they would need to give sothing in return, and since they had nothing, she assud there would be no deal. She had not expected that only labour would be required.

"What’s your na?" Su Bai asked.

"Lu Zi," the purple haired girl introduced herself.

"That’s a nice na. Bring all of them over then." Su Bai said.

Sha Lan flicked her blue hair and softly said. "Shaman, we don’t have that much food left."

She had just checked and saw that the remaining food was only enough for their return journey. If they had to share with these people, it definitely would not be enough.

"It doesn’t matter. We can hunt again. It’s not long before we return anyway." Su Bai said.

These hundred-plus people would bring fresh blood into the Tribe.

"They’re so distance from here. The four of us just ca out to find food." Lu Zi turned her head to look into the depths of the forest.

"How long would it take to bring them here?" Su Bai planned to arrange so matters.

"If we walk, it would take a day," Lu Zi said.

"Then you go and bring them over first, and we’ll go handle our business. When we finish and return, we’ll et up with you." Su Bai said.

Lu Zi looked at him expressionlessly, appearing to be unable to believe his words, and after a while asked, "You won’t just leave, will you?"

She was worried they might leave after they departed, and she did not want to easily lose this hope they had finally found.

Since coming from the other side of the great river to this side, they had been hoping each day that soone would pass by.

Besides gathering whatever food they could find, they were also looking to join a Tribe, because in this vast forest, to live safely, one must join a Tribe.

Being in a Tribe provided security and sufficient food. The alternative was out in the Wilderness, where they were just waiting to die.

"Of course not. We’ll return imdiately. I am the Shaman of the Fla Dragon Tribe. I always keep to my word." Su Bai earnestly said.

He wanted to know more about the other side of the great river, so there was no way he would abandon them. To understand the other side of the great river, these people were undoubtedly the best resource to question.

"I don’t believe you." Lu Zi suddenly stopped eating, looking rather aggrieved.

"How about this: I’ll have so of my people stay behind. Then you’ll believe , right?" Su Bai said.

He did not know how to handle this girl’s desperation. Seeing her like this made him feel sowhat sympathetic.

"All right, but you must co back." Lu Zi showed an expectant expression.

She had finally t soone willing to give her food and who did not mind that she had attacked them. Additionally, he wanted to bring her and her people to his Tribe. She had never seen such a good person before, so she could not easily give up on this opportunity.

"Yes, you go back to find your people first, take so of my people with you, and then wait for us here the day after tomorrow." Su Bai said.

"All right." Lu Zi nodded without hesitation.

Su Bai smiled slightly and turned to instruct Qing Mu and Chi Tu. "You two will stay behind and go with them. Rember to protect yourselves."

"Yes," Qing Mu and Chi Tu responded imdiately.

The two were known for their strong abilities and cautious nature, which was why he arranged for them to go.

*Step step step…*

Su Bai watched their departing figures and began to consider what ca next. It would be sowhat difficult to get the Tribe to accept these people upon their return.

After all, these people differed drastically from the Tribe’s people in both appearance and manner of speaking. It would be easy for the Tribe’s people to reject them due to such differences.

Although the people of Primitive Tribes were all with different features, these few were truly different in culture, manner of speaking and appearance. Furthermore, a few of such individuals would be one thing, but they had about a hundred people. Having so many new people in the Tribe at once would create so inevitable fiction.

"Shaman, isn’t it dangerous to let Qing Mu and Chi Tu go with them?" Cheng Shi suddenly asked.

"I can’t guarantee they will be absolutely safe, but there shouldn’t be any major problems. That’s why I need you to follow them." Su Bai added.

Cheng Shi blinked and puzzledly asked, "Shaman, you want to follow them all the way?"

"Yeah, follow them secretly. If anything happens, imdiately co to to report." Su Bai said seriously.

"Yes," Cheng Shi loved doing this kind of thing and imdiately flapped his black wings and flew away.
