Lu Zi pulled Ci away from the square. With so many onlookers gathered here, this was definitely not a good place for a chat.
*Step step step…*
Ci had also received permission from Yini to follow the girl away, and would return later.
The two arrived at Lu Zi’s room, where Lu Zi poured Ci a glass of water before going to close the door.
Since the girl now worked as a music teacher, she would naturally be allocated a room in a cent house.
However, this cent house was rather far from the square and not particularly close to the central area.
Ci looked around in amazent, never having imagined she would be brought here. She said in shock. "This is where you live?"
"Yes, this is where I live. It was allocated to recently." Lu Zi also poured herself a glass of water.
"You can actually live in such a good house? Amazing!" Ci hadn’t recovered from her surprise yet.
She had seen that there were still quite a few wooden houses within the Fla Dragon Tribe, and had assud the purple-haired girl lived in a wooden house. She never expected to be brought directly inside a stone house. This was beyond her expectations.
"Because I now work for the Fla Dragon Tribe, and the work I do is very aningful, so I was allocated a room in a cent house." Lu Zi explained.
"What kind of work are you doing for the Fla Dragon Tribe now? Don’t tell it’s just standing there singing like you were just now?" Ci widened her orange eyes.
"Of course not. I work as a music teacher for the Fla Dragon Tribe." Lu Zi felt a little proud.
"Music teacher? What’s that?" Ci heard completely unfamiliar terminology.
Lu Zi took a sip of water and said with a smile. "It ans teaching the Tribe’s children to sing. This profession is called a music teacher."
After the girl finished speaking, she seed quite proud, as if waiting for the other to praise her.
"There’s such a thing? Aren’t Tribes supposed to have nothing but Warriors?" Ci did not quite understand.
At first, she had thought the purple-haired girl was not living well, since usually only Warriors received preferential treatnt from Tribes. If one was not a Warrior, they could only do other things, but they definitely could not live well.
"The Fla Dragon Tribe is different. There are so many different professions here. Everyone can find suitable work to do." Lu Zi gestured dramatically with her hands.
Ever since entering the Fla Dragon Tribe, her worldview had been constantly refreshed by all sorts of amazing things.
"Are you living well here?" Ci asked, though she already knew the answer.
She just wanted to hear the other say she was living well, which would put her mind sowhat at ease.
"Of course I’m living well here. It’s even better than life in our original Tribe." Lu Zi said without hesitation.
"Oh! That’s right, you still haven’t told how you left the Tribe? Why did you appear here?" Ci asked puzzledly.
This was the question the girl most wanted to ask. She had left the Tribe even earlier than the other.
"The Tribe was attacked, and we had no choice but to flee for our lives." Lu Zi’s expression beca particularly sorrowful.
Su Bai had also asked her this question before, but she had not wanted to answer then. Recalling those scenes was simply too painful.
"The Tribe was attacked? Is the Tribe alright?" Ci imdiately stood up.
"I don’t know. Father told to take the Tribespeople to flee." Lu Zi sighed deeply.
The Mountain Elephant Tribe was not being attacked for the first ti; they could be considered a Large Tribe, so everyone coveted their supplies.
In the vast desert, supplies were sothing everyone dread of having.
Naturally, people coveted the Large Tribe’s supplies, so those Small Tribes would often join forces to attack a Large Tribe.
The Mountain Elephant Tribe had been attacked many tis before but had survived each ti.
This ti was different. Too many Small Tribes had joined forces this ti. The Mountain Elephant Tribe felt they could not hold out, so they had Lu Zi and the others take their people away and escape.
"Darn it, people are attacking our Tribe again." Ci said through gritted teeth.
She had been ambushed on the road while escorting supplies to other Tribes.
The entire Team had been scattered, the supplies had been completely looted, and she had gotten lost in the vast desert.
Later, without realising it, she had co to the other side of the great river. Perhaps because she was too hungry and thirsty, she had plunged headlong into the river.
What happened after that was drifting to this continent and waking up in the Earth Tiger Tribe.
"I don’t know how the Tribe is doing now either. It would be good if I could go back and have a look." Lu Zi sighed again.
Though life in the Fla Dragon Tribe was certainly good, she often thought about life in the Mountain Elephant Tribe. She would think even more about her Father, as well as her friends over there. At least now over a hundred Tribespeople were all here.
"Don’t worry. Having been attacked so many tis before, our Tribe will definitely be fine." Ci imdiately comforted her.
She also missed her old Tribe very much. Otherwise, she would not have run over like a mad woman after hearing the familiar song.
Ever since drifting to this continent with the river water, she had never again seen any Tribespeople from the desert side.
Not one person here had wheat-coloured skin, and not one person spoke with as heavy an accent as theirs. Even more so, no one knew how to sing. Most residents from the desert side could sing; it was just a matter of singing well or not.
"You’re right. What about you? Are you living well in the Earth Tiger Tribe?" Lu Zi imdiately asked.
The two’s voices kept echoing in the room. With only the two of them in one space, these voices did not seem out of place. Instead, there was a harmonious feeling, as if the two were still in the Mountain Elephant Tribe.
"They’re all very good to and haven’t excluded because of my skin colour or the sound of my voice." Ci said imdiately.
She was also very aware that this might be because she was a Warrior. After all, gaining a Warrior was not easy.
Those people were probably thinking of the Tribe’s benefit, so they hadn’t done anything to make her feel uncomfortable.
"That’s good. It seems being a Warrior does get you preferential treatnt. Fortunately, I’m now in the Fla Dragon Tribe." Lu Zi said imdiately.
At first, she had also been sowhat annoyed that she was not a Warrior. That way, she could have received a lot of preferential treatnt. But after coming to the Fla Dragon Tribe, she discovered that all her worries had been for nothing.
The people here would not be impolite to her just because she was not a Warrior. As long as she was willing to work and had so skill, they would respect her.
This point was rather eye opening. After staying longer, she had also co to love this place.
"Would you like to leave with ?" Ci imdiately said.
Not having seen her Tribespeople for so long, she naturally hoped the other would leave with her.
