Beisitian realized he might have heard sothing. No matter what it was, it wasn’t beneficial to her, so she smiled and said, "It’s just small stuff, nothing for you to worry about."
Luo Xudong looked at her in silence.
Seeing this, Beisitian shook her head with a soft laugh, "I’m not a child. If I can’t handle these things, how can I manage? Besides, how they act and what they say doesn’t bother at all."
The people she didn’t care about didn’t have much impact on her emotions, no matter what they did.

Beisitian blushed, glared at him, and got up to clear the dishes.
Luo Xudong stood up, moved behind her, and wrapped his arms around her slender waist, resting his chin on her neck, gently inhaling the fragrance emanating from her body. This scent belonged solely to her.
"Let’s take care of business first; I’ll clean up later." With that, Luo Xudong lifted her up and headed towards the inner room.
Beisitian bashfully buried her face in his broad chest, the masculinity radiating from him dizzying her, causing her breathing to beco irregular and slow.
The night was dim and beautiful, with their low whispers carried by the night breeze, adding a touch of warmth.
