Luo Xudong pursed his lips, his face cold enough to chip ice. Beisitian could tell, so how could he not? Although he knew there was likely sothing going on, he still couldn’t help but feel uneasy.

After Zheng Qiwai left, Beisitian expected Luo Xudong would let go of her. With so many people around, it was quite embarrassing to be seen like this.

As Beisitian turned to leave, Tian Zhi sprinted over, "Cousin, are you okay?"

Beisitian shook her head, "He mistook for soone else. When are you leaving this afternoon?"
Tian Zhi knew she was changing the subject but didn’t press further, replying, "Two schools are having lunch soon, then we’re getting on the bus. We should arrive at the West Station by evening, and then we’ll go ho separately."
"I won’t see you off then. Rember to call when you arrive in the Capital City." Beisitian said with a smile.
Tian Zhi noted her smile wasn’t forced and nodded, "Cousin, don’t worry. I’ll call when I arrive. When are you visiting the Capital City next?"
"I’m not sure yet. I’ll let you know when I do." Beisitian glanced behind him, "Your teacher’s calling you. Go on."
Tian Zhi looked back briefly, then said a couple of things to Beisitian before leaving.
Beisitian left the school, casually searching for Luo Xudong but couldn’t find him. She decided to head to the residential building.
Today is Sunday, no work, so she’s not in a rush. She went to the community service station to buy so groceries to cook.
When she’s alone, she doesn’t plan to waste too much; just enough to eat is fine.
In the afternoon, Beisitian lay down to sleep for a while, barely dozing off when there was a knock at the door. She opened it to see Uncle Wang from the reception standing there expressionless, "Phone."
Beisitian thanked him, went back in to change her slippers, and headed downstairs. When Uncle Wang said things like this, it usually ant the line was still connected, waiting for her.
Downstairs, Beisitian saw the phone receiver resting to the side. She picked it up and answered, ’Hello,’ and imdiately heard a panicked voice from the other side.

Beisitian was shocked, "Where are you now?"
Li Yong urgently gave the address, as they were planning to leave by bus in the afternoon, the dining location was chosen close to the long-distance bus station to foster friendships between the two schools.
But just after they finished eating and before settling the bill, several people suddenly rushed in and took Tian Zhi away without a word.
Both schools’ leaders were frightened, those people moved too fast; they hadn’t reacted before Tian Zhi was in their grasp.
The leaders didn’t even have a chance to speak before they saw Tian Zhi being dragged into a yellow van. Nowadays taxis use such cars, making it hard to discern who they were.
The leaders of Beijing University of Chinese dicine hurriedly reported to the police, and Lu Tao and Li Yong were terrified, then realized they needed to notify Tian Zhi’s family besides the police.
The Tian Family, to prevent Tian Zhi from getting arrogant and spoiled, didn’t accompany him here. The exchange matches usually had late-night rebroadcasts, so they planned to watch TV.

Beisitian listened as Lu Tao and Li Yong recounted the incident, feeling anxious. Even though Tian Zhi was kidnapped in front of witnesses, there was no information on these people, no way to find them, not a single clue!
Tian Zhi was visiting Anding City for the first ti, was a student, usually well-behaved, couldn’t possibly have offended anyone in society. How could he experience a kidnapping?
