Black Goji, also known as black fruit Goji, has larger berries that resemble small grapes, while the smaller ones look like beans, containing seeds. They can be used to brew water or tea.
Black Goji is extrely precious and is truly a rare dicinal material. It can nourish the kidneys, invigorate the essence, protect the liver, improve vision, strengthen the body, and enhance sleep quality, among other effects.
