The young man was startled by Shi Guang’s deanor, quickly removing his arm from Shi Guang’s shoulder. He suddenly couldn’t figure out Shi Guang’s relationship with that woman. Clearly, he had incited those two troubleso girls to teach her a lesson, but now he was defending her.
"I was just joking." The young man chuckled sheepishly.
Shi Guang ignored him and turned to walk to the other corner where there were seats, allowing him to see what was happening near Beisitian.
The young man sensed that Young Master Shi was in a foul mood and dared not provoke him further, touched his nose, and left.

Her friend chid in mockingly, "Auntie, don’t you even realize what age you are, trying to be a cougar? If it weren’t for you, Jiaojiao and Young Master Shi might’ve been together today! You know bad relationships bring bad karma, right?"
Beisitian blinked as she listened to this mindless chatter. Who exactly is Young Master Shi?
Ruan Xiaoqiao’s eyes reddened at this, glaring and saying, "Go tell Young Master Shi you have soone you like!"
Beisitian opened her mouth but found it hard to retort. Though this young lady wasn’t a scheming type, her pretentious deanor paired with her lack of intelligence was truly speechless.
"Yeah, go tell Young Master Shi you have soone you like. Jiaojiao and Young Master Shi are ant to be together!" Friend said angrily.
Seeing another person adding fuel to the fire, Beisitian felt a headache coming on. It’s frightening encountering two blockheads like these.
"Alright, you call that Young Master Shi over here, and I’ll talk to him." Beisitian nodded, appearing very agreeable.
Ruan Xiaoqiao was taken aback by this, exchanged a look with her friend, and scrutinized Beisitian’s expression, hesitating if she was lying.
The friend hadn’t expected Beisitian to act against convention, but thinking it over, Young Master Shi only said Beisitian was pretty, not necessarily liking her.
This brainless Ruan Xiaoqiao was led to such thoughts by her. If they could really call him over, it might prove Ruan Xiaoqiao was just an empty pretty vase.
