Li Yuan, however, is going through the rit-based promotion route, requiring a rit report to be submitted first, followed by internal reviews, and finally reported to the court for Eastern Royal Palace’s decision.
Generally speaking, for positions below Thousand Households, as long as they have been approved by the Qilin Pavilion, the Empress usually won’t look at them, which ans Li Yuan’s position as Hundred Households is practically assured.
