The hospital room slled of antiseptic and silence. Machines beeped in the background—slow, steady, almost as if counting down to sothing inevitable.

Shaurya didn’t react with tears or fear. He simply stared at the ceiling, blinking slowly. Then, after a long mont of silence, he nodded.

That night, against dical advice and with barely enough strength to walk, Shaurya left the hospital.
He travelled to the mountains, where the skies were clear and ti seed to pause. A massive temple of Lord Vishnu stood amidst the cliffs, silent and eternal. Inside, a giant idol of Lord Vishnu radiated calm divinity. Eyes closed, hands in blessing, the Lord sat atop the coiled Sheshnaag, watching over the universe.
Shaurya knelt before the statue. His breaths were shallow, his heartbeat faint, but there was peace in his eyes.
"My Lord..." he whispered, voice cracking, "I’ll be coming to you soon."
He sat cross-legged, closed his eyes, and began to chant.
"Om Namo Bhagavate Vasudevaya..."
Again and again.
For minutes. Then hours. Then an entire day.
As ti passed, his breathing grew slower. His voice weaker. But the mantra continued, soft and unwavering.
Until finally... it stopped.
Shaurya’s body leaned forward gently and fell still.
A soft smile lingered on his lips.
Silence.
And then... light.
A golden radiance enveloped his body, and his soul slowly rose, glowing with purity and peace.

The darkness faded, replaced by surreal beauty. Golden lotus flowers floated across rivers of light. Celestial music echoed in the distance. He had entered Vaikuntha, the eternal realm of Lord Vishnu.
Shaurya’s soul floated peacefully in the divine space when suddenly, a golden panel of light shimred before him. It pulsed softly, sacred Sanskrit letters dancing in midair.
And then He appeared.
Lord Vishnu—blue-skinned, radiant, with four arms holding the conch, discus, lotus, and mace—stood in front of him, smiling gently.
Shaurya’s soul trembled.
He fell to his knees, overwheld by awe, tears of devotion streaming from eyes that no longer existed.
"Narayan!" he cried. "I... I don’t deserve this..."
The Lord raised his hand in blessing. His smile deepened.
"Tathastu," He said.
In that mont, a golden thread of divine energy shot from Vishnu’s palm and struck Shaurya’s soul.
