That very night, Setsuna entered Vegapunk's laboratory.
Within the sealed, multi-layered, secure lab, Setsuna retrieved a Capsule from within his body and opened it in front of Vegapunk.
"Is this spatial folding technology? A truly astonishing achievent. I wonder which scientist developed it?" Vegapunk's eyes lit up with professional curiosity, clearly impressed by the Capsule.
Setsuna couldn't easily explain and just said casually, "This is technology I acquired from an ancient kingdom. Of course, that's not the main point. Please, Doctor, examine the cells of these two lifeforms."
Setsuna took out a glass vial containing Piccolo's blood and a small cloth pouch containing Goku's hair, presenting them to Vegapunk.
Vegapunk imdiately shifted into work mode.
He put on specially made gloves and used precise instrunts to transfer the blood and hair samples into separate petri dishes.

"Please wait a mont. Let run a few more tests." Vegapunk rapidly operated various cutting-edge instrunts… laser scanners, quantum analyzers… all humming to life simultaneously.
A short while later, he pointed to data charts on a holographic projection. "With two days of preparation, I can transplant the cells from this drop of blood. As for this hair..."
He displayed an uncharacteristic hesitation. "It seems to contain a very peculiar type of cell. The feeling it gives is... as if it can change based on emotional fluctuations."

An elderly researcher couldn't help but advise, "That project is far too dangerous. You should give it up."
"Give it up? Hmph, it doesn't matter anymore." Caesar suddenly cald down, thinking smugly to himself: 'These days are almost over. Soon, I'll have my own lab.'

"What?! Kaido?!"

Kaido's signature Azure Dragon form lood within the storm clouds. Each beat of his draconic wings stirred up violent whirlwinds.
"Wororororo!" Kaido's laughter bood like thunder. "Ti to co with , brat Caesar!"
Caesar smugly adjusted his collar, raising an eyebrow challengingly at Sentomaru, whose face was livid. "It seems my new boss is very punctual."
