While continuously firing Tailed Beast Bombs, the Nine-Tails also kept suppressing Kushina's consciousness.
Finally, as Kushina's consciousness sank into complete slumber, the final sealing chains snapped with an audible sound.
Crimson Chakra erupted like a volcanic explosion. The Nine-Tails' massive form finally broke free completely, standing proudly atop the ruins on Konoha's outskirts.
"Hahaha! Finally-!" The Nine-Tails roared at the sky, its voice filled with the ecstasy of regained freedom.
It stretched its nine sky-obscuring tails, every hair standing on end from excitent. Its golden beast-like pupils shimred with a cruel light. "Now, I will let-"
Its declaration was cut short.
An unprecedented pressure suddenly descended. The air was thick with an indescribable aura… not Chakra, not Natural Energy, but sothing more primal, more savage, as if it could swallow the whole world.
"This familiar yet alien aura... it couldn't be-" The Nine-Tails stiffly turned its head towards the source of the aura. Behind Setsuna, a giant demonic shadow had materialized. It was the very sa demon that had threatened to devour it inside Kushina last ti.
The Nine-Tails felt its vision go dark. It had finally broken free from its cage, only to deliver itself right to that demon's doorstep.
It wasn't just the Nine-Tails. Even Hiruzen, who considered himself familiar with Setsuna, felt his heart tremble. He had never seen such an eerie existence, one that seed to devour even light itself.
"Th-This is-" Tsunade involuntarily took half a step back. Her instincts as a dical-Nin made her shiver slightly.
Danzo, who had returned due to so secret intelligence, watched from afar. Witnessing this scene, he sucked in a sharp breath.
Although he had always internally grumbled that Setsuna was a demon wearing human skin, he never imagined an actual demon was hiding inside Setsuna's body.
Although terrified, the thought of the 'vanished' Tailed Beasts transford the Nine-Tails' fear into power.
"Speak! What did you do to them?!" The Nine-Tails roared in fury. Although it spoke disdainfully of the other Tailed Beasts, it still considered them companions in its heart.
Don Sli didn't answer. Instead, it clenched its fist, seriously savoring the sensation of having a physical body. A smirk curled its lips as it thought inwardly with a sinister chuckle, "Hehehehe, I finally tricked you into giving your body! Now, everything you have, including the chance for immortality, is mine!"
Setsuna calmly comnted, "Your laugh is subpar. The standard villain laugh is 'Gehehehe'."
Don Sli was displeased. "Can't you at least act a little nervous?"
Setsuna smiled slightly. "Wouldn't that show a lack of trust in you?"
"Hmph, you're just too trusting." Don Sli snorted lightly, though the corners of its mouth couldn't help but curl upwards.
Seeing Setsuna remain silent, the Nine-Tails' anger erupted. "I'll tear you to pieces!"
Its nine tails stood upright simultaneously, coalescing a super-sized Tailed Beast Bomb over twenty ters in diater.
"Die!"
The Tailed Beast Bomb tore through the sky, distorting space wherever it passed.
Yet, facing this destructive strike, the possessed Setsuna rely raised his right hand nonchalantly.
The mont his palm made contact with the Tailed Beast Bomb, the world-obliterating energy sphere was slowly 'eaten' away as if falling into a black hole!
"Impossible!" The Nine-Tails' pupils contracted sharply.
"My turn." Don Sli's voice issued from Setsuna's throat.
The next second, his figure was already above the Nine-Tails' head.
A simple straight punch landed on the Nine-Tails' snout, yet it unleashed unimaginable power.
The Nine-Tails' head was knocked backward, its massive body staggering back, each step leaving a deep crater in the ground.
The enraged Nine-Tails swiped back with its claws but was easily dodged.
Don Sli, controlling Setsuna's body, weaved through the Nine-Tails' attacks with an almost playful deanor, each strike landing precisely on a vital point.
Normally, as a Chakra Aggregate, the Nine-Tails shouldn't have vital points. But every ti Don Sli hit it, it felt like a critical strike, causing the Nine-Tails to howl in agony.
Each blow made the watching spectators' hearts jump. Hiruzen's pipe had long since fallen to the ground.
Tsunade's face was also full of disbelief. "This is a one-sided beatdown. How did he suddenly beco so much stronger?"
The battle was a completely one-sided crushing defeat. The Nine-Tails' proud speed, strength, and Chakra beca a joke before Don Sli.
In less than thirty seconds, the once fearso Tailed Beast was already covered in wounds, panting heavily.
"Even the Nine-Tails is going to lose?!" Danzo watched, cold sweat pouring down, as if seeing his own nightmare scenario of being wantonly slaughtered reflected in the Nine-Tails.
'As expected of the forr Emperor of the Universe. Don Sli's realm is far superior to mine.' Setsuna's consciousness observed intently from within, studying how Don Sli fought.
Borrowing power from Don Sli could be roughly divided into three modes.
The first was letting Don Sli descend completely. His body would collapse instantly afterward.
The second was borrowing the maximum power his body could withstand, increasing his strength severalfold for about 30 seconds. Afterward, he would be severely injured but not fundantally damaged.
The third was the current mode: letting Don Sli 'pilot' his account, which could last up to three minutes.
Of course, all three modes had a hidden restriction: he needed to enjoy a feast afterward, and it couldn't be food he had tasted recently.
This was the underlying logic of an Appetite Demon, and even Don Sli was no exception.
The Nine-Tails was thoroughly beaten and disoriented, finally rembering the power that had previously blocked Setsuna.
Its nine massive tails shot upright. Tailed Beast's Chakra madly gathered in its mouth.
In an instant, ten black Tailed Beast Bombs ford simultaneously, shooting out at different angles, sealing off all possible avenues for Setsuna to advance.
Each Tailed Beast Bomb traced a destructive path through the air. Where they passed, the air distorted, and the ground shattered.
However, the Setsuna possessed by Don Sli curled his lips into a mocking smirk.
"You think an attack of this level can touch ?"
Setsuna in the consciousness space felt a bit offended.
Don Sli stood still, not even moving a step. It rely slowly raised its right hand, fingers spread.
"Airflow Control: Chaotic Vortex."
Instantly, an invisible force swept across the battlefield. The Tailed Beast Bombs, originally flying straight, suddenly veered off course as if brushed aside by an invisible hand.
Boom, Boom, Boom, Boom, Boom-
The ten Tailed Beast Bombs collided mid-air. Terrifying explosions linked together, a dark energy storm swallowing the entire sky.
The shockwave tore a massive fissure in the ground. The watching Anbu's mbers in the distance had to crouch low to avoid being swept away by the gale.
"Roar?" The Nine-Tails' large eyes were full of bewildernt, 'It can be done like this?'
Before it could even strategize, a black figure pierced through the residual blast waves, instantly appearing before it.
"The ga is over." Don Sli's voice was as cold as an echo from the abyss. Its right fist slowly drew back, blue-white energy madly gathering at its knuckles.
The air solidified at that mont. The Nine-Tails horrifyingly discovered it couldn't move, as if the weight of the entire world was pressing down on it.
Don Sli threw its punch violently. The mont its fist made contact with the Nine-Tails' head, ti seed to freeze for an instant.
Imdiately after, the Nine-Tails' Chakra Cloak shattered piece by piece. Its massive fox head caved in violently. The rampant impact force shot down its spine, penetrating its entire body.
"Rooooaaaarrrr… wooo-"
The Nine-Tails' golden pupils rolled back. Its consciousness scattered under this punch. Its massive body began to change.
Kushina's body fell from mid-air, caught steadily by Minato, who had instantly flashed to her side.
The Tailed Beast's Chakra on her had vanished, replaced by calm, even breathing.
