Right after Ethan revealed his plan, all the unit commanders began to disperse.
They relayed Ethan’s ssage to their city team mbers through team chat. The majority of them believed in Ethan’s orders without hesitation.
Ethan remained inside the tent with Yuna and Gerrard. His eyes were still fixed on the map table, observing the arrangent of gray markers representing troop placents.
"I’m quite nervous about this situation," Gerrard admitted.
Yuna felt the sa way. Even though her position in this event was technically that of a hostage under Ethan, she still had the obligation to follow him.
If Ethan went to the battlefield, then Yuna was forced to go as well. That was the greatest threat hanging over her.
"Everyone is nervous. Only traitors can stay calm in a tense situation like this," Ethan said.
"Can my people help you too, Ethan?" Yuna asked.
Ethan shook his head. Although he had begun to place a bit of trust in Yuna, he remained cautious.

"The discussion is over. You may return to your units."
They nodded obediently and followed his orders. One by one, they left the tent. Ethan and Gerrard were the last to step out.
"Will you join us?" Ethan asked, turning his head.
"I don’t think so. I will remain at the canyon with my remaining unit, keeping watch in case anything happens."
"Alright," Ethan said. "You are the gatekeeper of the desert territory. Take care of yourself, Gerrard."
"You as well, Sir Ethan. The course of this war rests entirely in your hands."
Ethan and Yuna summoned their mount horses and rode toward the northern gate. Outside the camp gates stood tens of thousands of soldiers, composed of alliance city troops and LionArk forces.
LionArk’s soldiers made up roughly fifty percent of the total combined alliance forces.
When Ethan arrived, all city soldiers stood at attention, gripping their armor and spears, ready for war.
"The War of the Eastern Lion is the mont of our alliance’s awakening! After defeating them, the Eastern Alliance will be unmatched across the continent!" Ethan declared.
"Raise your weapons. Fight alongside !"
Everyone shouted as they lifted their weapons high, their spirits burning with fierce determination. With more than seventy thousand city soldiers, it was more than enough to crush the Blood Ink River Alliance.
"Everyone! Move out!"
Ethan and Yuna rode at the very front of the alliance formation. They advanced at a steady pace, matching the marching steps of the soldiers.
The alliance army moved through the canyon, and the canyon guards raised their hands in salute to the invading force of their alliance.
This kind of situation was entirely new and filled Ethan with excitent. This ti, he would deploy all three of his servants directly in the war against Redemption Sword.
Ethan knew that Sera and Luna’s strength was unmatched. With them, the Eastern Alliance’s chances of victory increased by thirty percent.
They exited the canyon and continued marching north, toward the border between the tropical region and the archipelago region.
The reconnaissance Ethan conducted the previous day confird that the troops guarding the northern border were no longer there.
It was likely that Arthur had pulled them back to reinforce the main alliance forces attacking the archipelago.
"Should we conduct reconnaissance around us?" Yuna asked, riding beside Ethan.
"That won’t be necessary," Ethan replied. "No fool would dare attack a combined alliance force of eighty thousand city soldiers."
"You’re right."
"Even if they’re only scouting and reporting back to Arthur, let them."
"Sooner or later, Arthur and all the enemy alliance city leaders will realize our presence."
Ethan narrowed his eyes as he looked ahead. "And when that happens, they will have no choice but to die or surrender."
