The world beneath Achilles was shifting.

No, not shifting, but rising.

The golden-purple scaffolding, woven from endless seas of Runescriptures, ford a do that cradled the broken Capital of Thornveil.

Ancient roots of Evolutius Energy and Primordial Energy constructs wove together in an impossibly intricate web, dense, luminous, alive as it did not even need the other materials that the Titan Dwarves normally required!

It rose higher and higher, like a crown of devastation reborn into defiance.

Above them, the Titanwall Do blossod further, circular layers unfurling in widening arcs, its surface etched with a symphony of Living Script. It wrapped the city in a shell of protection not even a Celestbone Stage Astral Core Ascension power could breach.

A fortress against the world.

A bastion.

Achilles stood at the very heart of it all.

His arms outstretched.

His body exhaled energy not with strain, but command.

Runes poured endlessly from his palms, cascading in waves of brilliance. They sank into the earth, solidifying the rising platform. Each mont, more of the Capital was being lifted, weightless, defiant against the chains of the ground below.

He watched.

And for a mont, as the winds howled past him, Achilles let himself think.

How far he had co.

Just over a day ago, he had been a na spoken in the back alleys of Colony Cities.

An Advanced Human, yes, but no king. No ruler. No one who could have imagined raising an entire Capital into the sky.

Just a few days ago, he hadn't known the truth of his bloodline. Hadn't known of the Adrastia Emperor Kings.

Hadn't known he was ant for more.

Now?

Now, his hands birthed miracles.

Cities rose at his command.

Titans fell at his will.

The Capital of Thorns, the once proud heart of the Thornveil Dynasty, floated fully now, cradled by the scaffolding, covered by the Titanwall Do that glead like a newly forged world.

The Runescriptures slowed.

The process completed.

The massive structure hovered with steady grace above the Cenotaph Wild Lands, untouchable.

Achilles lowered his arms slowly.

The winds cald.

The flas around him dimd.

And from the fractured streets, from the vines and broken towers that had been pulled upward in this ascension, a group approached.

Thorndike.

The Thorn King.

His battered armor half-nded by vines that still clung protectively to him, blood dried upon his gauntlets. Beside him, three figures, his Dharma Kings, stood silent, wary, but determined.

They approached Achilles carefully, almost respectfully.

And Thorndike, he looked at Achilles not with pride, nor jealousy.

With awe.

With the quiet understanding of a man who knew he was standing before a tide he could never resist.

He stopped a few paces away.

The question ca, heavy.

Simple.

"Who are you?"

The wind tugged at Achilles' cloak.

He didn't answer imdiately.

How could he?

Just days ago, he wouldn't have known how.

Just days ago, he was an Advanced Human struggling against a world that saw him as little more than dust.

But now…

He raised his eyes, violet-gold and burning.

He looked into Thorndike's weary, searching gaze, and the gazes of the Dharma Kings who stood behind him.

"I am Achilles," he said.

His voice did not shake.

No doubt.

No hesitation.

"I am Emperor King Achilles."

The words fell into the air like stone dropped into still water.

The ripples spread.

Achilles' voice carried, through the broken streets, through the risen gardens and fallen palaces, into the bones of the Capital.

"I am the Ruler of the Adrastia Dynasty."

…!

Thorndike and his Dharma Kings stiffened.

Eyes widened.

They exchanged glances, as if to confirm to one another that they had all heard the sa thing.

Thirteen Dynasties.

Thirteen.

Each known.

Each ancient, bound in old blood and older wars.

But this na…

Adrastia.

It was not one of them.

Hesitantly, Thorndike spoke again.

"There are…only thirteen Dynasties," he said, voice quiet. "I know them all."

Achilles nodded once.

"A fourteenth is being born."

Thorndike's mouth opened, then closed.

How could he answer that?

Achilles' gaze was patient. His hands folded behind his back.

"For protecting those who could not protect themselves…" Achilles said softly, "…a new Dynasty had to rise."

His wings of Nirvanic Fire unfurled slowly, golden embers scattering into the winds.

"And you," he continued, voice steady, "you will get to see it as your Colonies will be under its protection in the skies."

…!

A Dynasty…in the skies!

Thorndike's breath shuddered. His eyes burned not with defiance, but acceptance.

Achilles gave him a mont.

A final offering of choice.

Thorndike swallowed.

Then, he knelt.

Slowly, reverently.

The Dharma Kings behind him knelt as well, lowering their knees to the ground.

A vow without words.

Achilles nodded once.

It was done.

But there was no ti for ceremony. No ti for titles or declarations.

Other Colony Cities needed him.

Other people waited.

Achilles turned.

He lifted his hand again, the air around him shimring.

Thorndike looked up, startled.

"What—" he began.

But Achilles had already begun to disappear.

White flas erupted around him, coiling like sentient serpents, wrapping his form in pure speed.

He spoke, one final ti.

"This Capital will continue to fly," Achilles said, his voice carrying even through the rising roar of energy. "It will move to join the Adrastia Dynasty."

He turned his eyes, brighter now, nearly blinding.

"And I will do the sa for the other Colony Cities under the past Thornveil Dynasty."

Thorndike reached out as if to call him back.

But it was too late.

With a final crack of light, Achilles vanished.

Gone in a flash of Nirvanic white fire.

And the Capital of Thorns?

It floated onward, slowly, majestically.

Guided by an unseen hand.

Watched over by a new Dynasty.

The Adrastia Dynasty!

Born not from ancient bloodlines.

But from the will to protect.

And from a man who had chosen, at last, to na himself King in the face of another!

The citizens of the decimated Capital looked at each other before they stared out at the skies around them, their hearts those of mourning and wonder as they observed silently!
