The silver-haired Sky Dharma Queen of Terravolt and the golden-armored Sky Dharma King of Glacivane straightened, the weight of Rose's words sinking deep into their bones.

There was a heavy silence, one not of hesitation, but of realization.

Rose, standing before them, radiant without artifice, added one final note.

"When you return to your Dynasties," she said, her voice steady, "Draconic Hybrids will follow you back. Silent. Watchful."

…!

The leaders stiffened slightly.

Rose smiled gently, disarming.

"If your Thrones decide to join us," she continued, "the Emperor King will know imdiately through them. No need for formal emissaries. No delays. If the answer is yes, he will move to bring your cities into the skies imdiately."

The Sky Dharma Queen's lips parted, but no words ca out at first. She shared a look with the Sky Dharma King of Glacivane, a glance filled with unspoken understanding.

They had seen enough.

They nodded, slowly, and bowed deeply once again.

"We understand," the Queen said softly.

"We will return quickly," the King added, his voice low with urgency.

Their delegations turned, moving as one, filing out of the Primal Neon Tower.

As they passed Aliya, Thorndike, and the other dignitaries, they bowed their heads in respect. And when they reached the vast crystalline threshold of the Tower, the cool wind of the high skies greeted them, but it was not the wind that made them pause.

They looked back.

Beyond the thrones.

Beyond the luminous woman who had spoken with such earnestness.

They looked past the crystalline halls and out toward the dense forest that spread like a sea of silver and green within the Primal Neon Tower grounds, the mystical forest that cradled the Life Spring.

Starlight spilled down like rain, the setting sun casting a molten gold glow across the trees. The Life Spring shimred faintly in the distance, a well of pure, living energy.

The forest breathed in rhythm with the light.

A living dream.

The delegations turned away with difficulty, boarding their vessels, Warships and glider crafts forged with Evolutius technology, and rising into the skies.

As they ascended, the full grandeur of what the Adrastia Dynasty had beco revealed itself.

The forr Kingdom of Neon was no longer a re city-state.

It was a living continent suspended in the heavens.

The Titanwall Do, that miraculous, unbreakable lattice of golden-purple scaffolding layered with Living Runescriptures, shone faintly from beneath the massive landmass.

It glowed softly, casting a gentle, protective luminescence over the world below.

From above, the Do resembled a second sun beneath the earth, a deep, golden core that breathed with the light of conquest and salvation.

But it was what lay atop that truly captured the eye.

The Sea of Thalassara, radiant blue and impossibly clear, stretched out like an ocean cradling the skies. Coral reefs of impossible shapes and colors blossod beneath the surface. Glimring Sacred Pools dotted the landscape, each one a portal of transformation.

And as the delegations watched, they saw it.

New Colony Cities, the once-proud capitals of the Thornveil Dynasty, approached.

Their own Titanwall Dos, smaller but equally radiant, connected seamlessly with the central Do of the Adrastia Dynasty.

As each Colony City clicked into place, the Sea of Thalassara expanded, an impossible, graceful flow of blue light extending to cover the new arrivals.

The air trembled as the Sacred Pools glowed brighter.

Across the connecting Colony Cities, people surged forward, n, won, children, wounded and weary but alive.

They ca as they were.

And they stepped into the Sacred Pools of Thalassara.

BOOM!

Each ti a body subrged, light erupted.

Normal humans, frail and vulnerable, erged transford.

Wings of gold and blue blossod at their ankles, delicate and strong, allowing them to hover in the water.

Oceanic tattoos, symbols of strength and rebirth, etched themselves in gleaming blue across their skin, weaving along arms, backs, and faces.

Not crude or tribal, but elegant, almost ceremonial, like the markings of deep-sea royalty.

The delegations stared in stunned silence, so capturing the scene with their wristband holographics and mory codices.

The Sky Dharma Queen spoke first, her voice a whisper.

"They're transforming into sothing else..."

The Sky Dharma King nodded grimly, his hands tightening.

"They're being reborn as Advanced Humans."

The humans leapt from the Pools, not just healed but empowered.

They smiled, laughed, so wept openly, free at last from hunger, disease, and fear.

And high above, the Sea of Thalassara glead brighter, as if rejoicing in the birth of a new future.

The Sacred Pools were more than just a gift.

They were hope.

The Sky Dharma Queen wiped a tear from her eye, turning toward her warship.

"We have to hurry," she said, voice fierce with urgency. "We have to tell everyone. We have to join them here, in the skies."

The Sky Dharma King gave a single, firm nod.

They boarded swiftly.

The Warships cut through the air, leaving shimring trails behind them as they sped away, not just ssengers, but bearers of the future.

From the skies, they cast one last look at the Adrastia Dynasty.

A continent in the clouds.

Gold and purple hues shone from beneath, the woven scaffolding of the Titanwall Dos, aglow with ancient Runescriptures alive and humming.

Blue stretched endlessly above, the radiant, living Sea of Thalassara.

And above it all, the night sky deepened, stars beginning to flicker into being.

Yet it was the Adrastia Dynasty that shone brightest, a floating constellation of life and hope.

A miracle.

A bastion.

A promise.

They flew on, their hearts alight with the certainty that this was the answer humanity had long waited for.

The answer to the tyranny of the Ancient Ones.

The answer to the prayers whispered in blood and silence.

A new dawn, born not from despair but from defiance.

And at the heart of it all, unseen, deep within the mystical forest of the Primal Neon Tower, a man with dark hair and violet-gold eyes sat silently in ditation.

His bloodline refining.

His Dynasty rising.

Achilles Adrastia Maxwell.

The Emperor King, was coming upon a critical juncture as he felt like soon, all the dense starlight he was taking in would cause a unique change, with his Bloodline Refinent taking a large step.

There were also his machinations as he spread false information to Thalassphere Arx and the Everburn Aerie Continent!
