Chapter 287: Triarcan Keep I

In the already busy skies…then ca the ships of desperation.

Twelve colossal vessels- black and white warships, their hulls carved with jagged armor plating and glyphs of battered valor, sliced through the sky like grieving wolves.

They bore the blazoned crest of the Aurorax Dynasty, a fractured sun wrapped in iron thorns.

Each ship thrumd with low, lancholic energy.

A dynasty on the brink.

Within the foremost warship, the pressure was suffocating.

The Aurorax Throne sat upon a throne of obsidian-reinforced Evolutius tal. His body was a fortress- a burly giant carved from flesh, grit, and Celestbone, with forearms like plated columns and eyes dimd from too many burdens carried too long.

Behind him stood his wife, a Luminblood Stage Astral Core Ascension entity, her elegance weathered but not broken. Her long gray-blonde hair was braided.

She stepped forward quietly.

“Husband,” she said gently, but firmly, “a choice has to be made.”

Her voice trembled with clarity.

“We cannot survive as we are. We either bend the knee to the Ancient Ones… or find a Human Dynasty strong enough to shield us.”

A pause.

“…But do such humans even exist anymore?”

The silence was a dagger.

The Aurorax Throne, once known as Harnax the Steel-Willed, gritted his jaw.

His hands clenched the throne arms. His Celestbone shimred weakly, the glow dim compared to others they’d seen arrive.

The weight on his back wasn’t just political.

It was ancestral.

Dynastic.

He had held off ruin for decades.

But the tides had shifted.

The rise of Ancients had decimated two of his colony cities…and handed the death toll of 1 million to him in the past few days!

1 Milliom lives!

“…”

And still, he said nothing.

His silence was broken as an Overseer burst into the command hall, clutching a shimring black tablet.

The Overseer’s face was pale with disbelief.

“Sir!” he shouted, voice almost cracking. “We’ve confird entry into Triarcan Keep of another Human Dynasty…”

“…?”

That alone was sothing normal.

But it wasn’t that alone.

“They’re riding a floating landmass, and the energy readings…” The Overseer turned the tablet. “It contains over 15 confird Astral Core Ascension entities.”

“…What?”

Harnax stood.

His shadow fell over the command deck like a collapsed tower.

He seized the tablet, eyes scanning as data flickered in real ti.

There it was.

An elegant, undulating mass, coated in rivers of glowing energy, brimming with vitality.

And yet… it soared like it belonged.

A floating landmass… with more than 15 Astral Core Ascension signatures.

More than his entire fleet.

More than most Dynasties could muster as even in his Dynasty…there were a total of 3 Astral Core Ascension entities!

“…It’s real,” Harnax whispered.

He turned slowly to his wife.

Hope- bitter, cautious, and blooming- began to tremble behind his eyes.

“…Keep watch on them.”

His voice was firr now.

“Depending on how they act in the Keep… we may not need to bow to the Ancients.”

He looked again toward the Triarcan Keep, its blackstone towers now within reach.

“If they are humans… unbound by the influence of Ancient Ones, and strong enough to forge their own path…”

His grip tightened.

“Then the Aurorax Dynasty may yet find a future with their help!”

…!

There were many reasons for those coming to the Triarcan Keep.

So…were beaten and broken as they just wanted the pain to stop, and they ca seeking help and support!

The Vessel of Adrastia drifted silently across the skies.

A continent of glimring white-gold.

And upon its prow, Achilles stood with his arms crossed behind his back, the winds of the high-altitude stream threading through his garnts, his hair lightly tousled.

His gaze was stern, searching, and coldly aware.

He had arrived.

And the first thing he saw… was the expanse of mountain ranges filled with power!

No masses of Evolutius Beasts were present here as this entire area seed to be unique with this power.

Power in its purest, most undisguised form.

Far from him, he was able to see, with Ecological Empathy, the Thrones of Drakorith and Myrrnith hovering regally above a golden sun-shaped vessel that glead with Primordial Energy. Around it floated Ancient Ones- winged lions with manes of starlight and golden eyes that radiated judgnt and balance.

He knew them from the many mories he obtained.

The Pride of Aeonthar.

Achilles’ gaze narrowed as with his new grasp of Destiny, he actually felt a sense of hostility from these Winged Lions!

As for the Myrrnith Dynasty and Drakorith Dynasties…

He made note of their composure. Their confidence. He marked them for what they were.

Dynasties that had submitted.

“See them?” a voice said beside him.

Achilles didn’t need to look.

Sun floated lazily on his golden staff, one leg draped across it, his tail swaying like a lazy fla. His golden fur shimred under the sunlight, and his eyes glead with power.

“They’re called the Ancient Royal Panthera,” the Mythological Monkey King said, his voice distant, as if recalling an old mory. “Their Supre Force is nad the Golden Pride of Aeonthar. Once rulers, always watchers.”

Achilles inclined his head slightly. “I know this.”

Sun blinked while scratching his head at this, continuing to look at them.

But Achilles had already moved on.

His gaze drifted past the Pride.

To the crimson banners of the High Elves, rolling across the clouds like blades of silk and light as they already made their descent into the Keep.

Achilles’ eyes passed them coldly. He noted their numbers.

Then…

He saw it.

From the southern horizon, two vast cloudstreams parted, two forces arriving in tandem.

The air grew warr.

The winds shimred.

Fire and Water.

From the head of the floating volcanic continent of the Everburn Aerie!

Solmyron the Golden Pyre.

Dozens of Acheron Phoenixes followed him, their wings spread wide like ons of resurrection and ruin.

And beside him, leading the Atlantians…was shockingly Selamira!

The one who had discovered his Spores and collapsed all his plans for the Thalassphere Arx and Everburn Aerie Continent!

…!

Achilles turned his head instantly.

He didn’t even look at her.

The Draconic Hybrids were nowhere near this battlefield. They had been left behind hundreds of miles away. He had made sure of it.

Anything that had Spores nearby was deactivated as this woman was too powerful!

His mind was cold as he continued ahead.

This place, the Triarcan Keep, surrounded by the Mountains of Auremount, Veyrspire, and Duskaran, had gathered many nas he needed to rember.

Dynasties.

Ancient Ones.

Supre Forces.

Enemies, and potential allies.

All here.

All watching.

And now, so was he.

It was a ti of great risk…and equally greag opportunity!

His hand flexed behind his back as he whispered internally.

‘Planar Destiny… show the paths they think they walk.’

…!
