Everything was proceeding smoothly as the barrier filled with concentrated Alchemical authority flowed into Rose’s existence, and from the cracks spreading through this breaking structure, even more seas of THE Civilizational Authority of Alchemy were flowing toward THE Endless Dream’s projection.

"That old bastard of Alchemy might manifest soon through one of his vessels. Even though we’re all collapsed and operating at diminished capacity, with careful usage of THE Civilizational Authority we can montarily express our true power through living mbers of our Civilizations."
